Las Palomas Diamante 302 is an Oceanfront 2 bed 2 bath condominium unit in Phase 1 of the Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort. The resort is located in the Sandy Beach area of Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point) and is ranked 4 diamonds by AAA. The groomed beach includes palapas, loungers and lots of beachcombing. Stay. Unwind. Enjoy!

Your rental entitles you to the use of all resort amenities and services; including daily maid service, pool towels, in-suite room service, and charging privileges.

Our Condominium:
Watch the sun set over the sea of Cortez from our large patio that overlooks pools, slide, spa, and pool bar. The patio has access from both the living room and master bedroom. The outdoor table has seating for 6.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, Samsung black stainless-steel appliances with oversize microwave and ice making refrigerator. Other appliances include toaster, coffee maker, and blender. We offer place settings for 10, plus a large assortment of cookware to create gourmet meals.

And to enjoy that gourmet meal, our glass top dining table has seating for 6, plus there is additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. The table is centered under a remote controlled ceiling fan for climate comfort.

The master bedroom features a large 4 post king size bed. Above the oversize dresser is a wall mounted TV. A Remote Controlled ceiling fan is located above the bed. The walk-in closet includes a safe for your valuables. The master bath has double sinks, a large relaxing soaker tub and a separate walk in shower.

The guest bedroom also has a king size bed and wall mounted TV. A Remote Controlled ceiling fan. is located above the bed.

The guest bathroom has a full size walk in shower.

In the living room, we have a queen size memory foam sofa bed and loveseat (newly purchased in Sept of 2023). There is a remote-controlled ceiling fan above the sofabed. All TVs are Roku smart TVs (new for 2023) connected to the internet and cable; and have a large selection of channels in both English and Spanish. The living room TV is mounted above and electric fireplace. Premium channels ESPN, HBO, Starz, Disney and Showtime are included with your stay.

30mb WiFi internet connection (included) makes staying in touch with friends and family easy.

There is a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and utility sink for your convenience.

The BBQ area is just outside this building off the lower floor. One call to customer service and they will even light the barbeque for you.

Had a wonderful time there. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed eating our breakfast and dinner out on the patio and had the view of the pool area, ocean view, comfy beds, and close to the elevator! I would recommend having extra trash bags, dishwashing soap, and a spatula for flipping pancakes. Disappointed we had to leave early as they ran out of water, EVERYWHERE!

We had a great experience staying at this Vrbo. The host was great and would answer all my questions immediately. We got all the hotel amenities. Room service came every morning to make the beds and give us new towels. It was spacious and we enjoyed hanging out in the living room and balcony.

We had an amazing room.. would totally stay again! Great view to beach and pools. Beautiful inside.. a little warm in the rooms, but the AC works great in the common space areas. Can't wait to come back!

Overall the property was clean and very comfortable. The showers need a different floor or some rubber strips. The floor is very slippery, we had to wear tennis shoes to shower. We had also reserved on the 2nd floor and ended up on the 3rd floor. We still enjoyed.

We have stayed at other resorts on Sandy Beach and this was by far the best. So many amenities offered. Filtered water provided, you can check out beach towels, daily cleaning service. Generous cooking utensils provided so we could make full meals. Beachside bar and additional friendly vendors. Many pools and shady spots to choose from. Our reservation and check in process was seamless. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location near the elevator and stairs. Condo was very clean and Rob is friendly and responds quickly. We had an issue with the sofa bed and he responded promptly and had maintenance fix it right away.

Great location, close to elevator/pool. It is a pretty large resort and did not get directions to our room, however, there were plenary of nice employees around to help. The sofa bed was difficult to use, but called the front desk and they put a work order in immediately.

Since the condo has a full kitchen we planned on cooking several meals during our stay. However it was very difficult because kitchen didn’t have many suitable pans or cooking utensils. Couch cushions were dirty and had clumps of long hair. We were also charged for damage to a bar stool which was broken when we arrived. Refrigerator filter needs changed and we had to call for service for a remote control because the battery was completely corroded. There are many other options for condo choices in the area which may have been better for us. Won’t choose this one again.

First time staying in this unit. Everything was clean and nice! It’s also not too high up on the 3rd floor. The dishwasher only rinsed though, there was no door to hold the soap bar to run the actual dishwasher. Everything else was fine though!!

The place was very nice, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed time in the pools and lazy river (though the lazy river on our side was closed during out stay for renovations). The stairs and elevator were right outside the door, which was convenient and because it was only a couple stories up, we used the stairs much of the time. The only thing I would suggest as an area of improvement would be the patio door handle. The locking mechanism slid down twice while we were outside, locking us out. We had to call for help to get back in the first time and luckily kept the bedroom door unlocked after that, which was how we got back in the second time. Other than that, it was wonderful. Thanks for.a great stay!

This was our first time visiting Rocky Point. Our stay was great! Check-in was quick and easy for us. The condo had everything we needed. We liked the location and view. Enjoyed the morning shade on the patio. Proximity to elevator, parking, pools, and beach were great. Would definitely recommend to anyone! A couple of minor things to note: - the sliding door from the main room to the balcony can fall to the locked position if the door is closed with any force. Luckily, this didn't seem to be an issue with the sliding door from the bedroom otherwise we may have been locked out on the patio! - the floors could've used a cleaning prior to our arrival. They were fairly dirty.

The front desk couldn’t give us WiFi pass word and said it was in the room- it was no where to be found. We could have messaged and asked and didn’t. That’s on us. Everything else was as advertised in the ad.

No issues with the unit, and owner was responsive. Check in was a nightmare. I could not complete the pre check in process as the Palomas app could not locate my reservation under my name. This required a one hour wait at the check in counter. Once checked in 5pm, I was told my room was not ready, and required us to wait an additional 30minutes for cleaning to be done. We didn’t get access to our room until 5:30pm.

The condo was great! They had everything we needed and we really enjoyed being there. Very clean and I love all the dining service available. This resort is my fave! Check in always sucks, as usual, but that isn't the owners fault. It always takes about an hour or more and it becomes late really fast when you can't even start the check in process till 5 pm. Can't wait to go back :)
