Past guests reviews say it all. We have been hosting since 2017 with a proven track record. You are dealing directly with the owners, not a property manager trying to nickle and dime you or charge hidden fees.
A roomy 2300 square-foot home with a 15 x 30 heated salt water pool. Sitting directly on the Sunrise waterway canal with ocean access. Relax swimming in the spectacular heated salt water pool or while fishing from the private dock.
Enjoy dinners poolside opening the dual sliding glass doors to extend the poolside experience. With an updated and well appointed kitchen, a large master shower room, even a tiki breakfast bar, the home is meant to be a stunner.

The spacious home is designed for enjoyment with something for everyone and, with every room oversized. You can watch golf while the kids enjoy the pool or escape from it all and enjoy a book in quiet nooks created in the Florida room and Master bedroom.
The kitchen comes fully stocked including 3 sets of table service (1 plastic for poolside) allowing for everything from family meals to elegant dining, and the dishwasher guarantees you don't spend your vacation at the sink.
Ample plush towels are provided with additional beach towels near the pool for convenience.
The beds will trap you and the quietness of our neighborhood, combined with a masonry home and hurricane resistant windows, you can forget there is a world outside.
Clean, well appointed, fully stocked, and able to adapt to the needs of your day; we have worked to provide all the things we have missed in booking experiences of our own.

We had a wonderful family week at this rental. The house is beautiful, clean and close to everything we wanted to do. The pool overlooking the canal is a perfect place to relax! The only thing that could have made our stay better was warmer temperatures! We highly recommend this beautiful home and hope to stay again in the future.

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens, 1 child) stayed at this property for 5 nights and loved our time there. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space yet we could be together when we wanted to. The screened in pool and pool deck were amazing, we spent hours and hours out there. I love that its right on the waterway. The neighborhood is very quiet, but the home is close enough to shopping and dining at Fisherman's Village in Punta Gorda as well as other local restaurants and grocery stores. The beach park is right down the road and while there isn't much beach, there's a nice pier to walk out on and there's also paddleboarding/canoing/sailing available as well. We definitely would stay here again, the owners were very responsive when we messaged them with questions prior to and during our stay.

This is a nicely updated old Florida home with a beautiful pool overlooking the canal. Very comfortable and supplied with everything we needed. The neighborhood is still recovering from Hurricane Ian but it is close to shopping, restaurants and movies.

House was very clean and well stocked. Listing was accurate and pictures on listing were true to actual condition. Check-in was seamless. We did have a very minor issue with the hot water in the master shower. We texted the owner and received a response almost immediately even though it was the Saturday of a holiday weekend. Problem was solved in less than 30 minutes time. The pool was amazing and there were no red eyes from chlorine since the water is salt water. We would stay here or recommend to anyone needing a get away in the Charlotte Harbor area.

Renting the property was seamless and all instructions were received in advance. The neighborhood was very quiet, but some properties were damaged from the hurricane. Some aspects of our rental were outdated, but that really didn't concern us. Our stay was pretty much what we envisioned, and we really enjoyed the spacious pool. In addition, the beds were super comfy, and the kitchen wass well stocked in all aspects.

This is by far the best equipped house we have ever rented through VRBO! The kitchen literally had everything you needed, and in good quality and condition. The home was clean and neat with a nice size outdoor heated pool in a quiet neighborhood in short distance from stores and restaurants. Furnitures incl bedrooms very nice and comfy. Plenty of towels for your use both for pool and bathrooms. Punta Gorda was only 10 min away where you could enjoy the sunset over the Gulf while enjoying a drink from the Tiki bar. Venice and Englewood beach only 30 min drive away, and if you like a boat tour you found that in Boca Harbor 45 min away. We had a question regarding the pool temp, and the hostess responded right away and helped us out. We can whole hearted recommend this rental Home.

We rented this home for about seven weeks. It’s very conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants. The owners, Linda and John were quick to respond to our questions. House was very clean and well stocked. We did buy a bathroom plunger to add to the home’s ambiance. It is staying behind. Would recommend!

This was the perfect property for us to have a long weekend with my daughter and grandson. My husband and I stayed a few extra days and absolutely love the fact that we could pull our boat right up to the seawall. Also loved having a pool to cool down in after a ride on the boat! Place is clean, well kept and up-to-date! Loved it! Definitely will go back again!

This is the second time we booked this home. The first was for a couples vacation & the second for family vacation. It’s spacious, comfortable & has everything you could possibly need. Pool toys, beach chairs, coolers, all kitchen wants/needs. We will continue to stay at this property when visiting Punta Gorda/Siesta Key. Go to Siesta for beaches, go to Englewood for sharks teeth (100x more than Venice) Merger’s for incredible lattes, the deck is perfect for fishing & morning Yoga. The renters are also responsive & incredibly kind!

We stayed Thursday-Monday morning. The location is pretty good. Engelwood Beach is about 15mins away and it was totally worth the drive. I had 2 teenagers with me and they used the pool ALL the TIME! It was so nice to have! We would stay here again!

We just finished a 6 night stay and we're so impressed with this house. It had enough room for our family of 5. The pool was amazing and our kids took advantage of it whenever we were not at the beach. The canal view was nice too. Saw some flying fish! The house had everything we needed. Just need to pack clothes, toothbrushes and personal items plus food! Location was great. Close to lots of restaurants and beaches were about 30-45 minute drive. I highly recommend Luigis as well as the Village Brewhouse in Punta Gorda. We would totally stay here again!

This property is A+. Beautiful Spacious home with a view of the pool and canal. The owners provide many extras like beach towels, kayaks, bikes, pool and beach toys, stocked kitchen. Great stay for what we needed. Enjoyed the heated salt water pool. Have pantry items were very handy. They really did think of everything you might need. I would have liked the a/c to not be locked. It made me unwelcome. Everything else was grate! Ps: very greatful they worked so hard to replace the fridge on very short time and did not cancel our reservation!

This home was by far the nicest we've stayed in. Large bedrooms, comfy beds, and the heated pool was large and relaxing. Quiet neighborhood, but close to restaurants and grocery stores. The next door neighbors were very nice and helpful. Owners were very informative about the area.

The property was immaculate and at an amazing location with sunrise over the pool and canal in the rear. Loved the heated salt water pool and lanai. Just a very spacious, light bright home with comfy beds as well. The owners have thought of everything, including beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels in a backpack and even long handled devices to search for and sift out sharks teeth and shells on the nearby beaches. The owners were very responsive when VRBO gave us an incorrect key access to enter the home and rectified it promptly.

The property was very clean and neat. Communications with the property owners was spectacular. They were very accomodating and welcoming. The pool was quite large compared to others we have experienced and the salt water was much less harsh than the chlorine pools we are used to. The pool was heated and that came in handy as it was not really warm outside on occasion. The neighborhood was very quiet and stores wers an easy drive or even walk away from the location. We loved it!

This property was so simple, which was a major bonus for us! It had enough decorations to make it beautiful, but not an abundance amount that you have to tip toe around. The process was easy as could be with a short list! We enjoyed our time in this beautiful home, as well as outside in the pool and on the dock. Everything was extremely clean and stocked to our needs. Anyone looking for a relaxing place to spend time with the family, then this would be your place. It is central for so many activities, but yet puts you out of the way of the hustle and bustle. Our family feels so refreshed and hope to one day rent it again. Thank you!

An amazing and relaxing vacation!! Completely enjoyable for the kids and adults. The pool was amazing on hot days, the guys enjoyed relaxing and fishing by the canal! The home was well kept and had everything we needed for trips to the beach or just hanging by the pool with a glass of wine. The owners are easy to communicate with. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!!! We are already looking at the calendar for our next trip!! ❤️❤️

We enjoyed our stay, nice pool. Only issue we had was there was an old truck parked in the garage that was leaking fluids that created a foul odor in the house. We told the owners about the smell but their response was to keep the garage door open while we were at the house. When we were gone for the day and came back to the rental the house again had the terrible odor.
