- NOTE: Hall County has rules in place for short-term rental properties that we are required to advise all our guest. Hall County has noise regulations that are contained in the Official Code of Hall County, chapter 8.8, under Noise Control. These regulations are in place to protect the rights of all property owners. Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors by keeping loud noise & music to a minimum, especially at night. Also, per our short-term rental permit issued by Hall County, we are allowed to have a maximum capacity of 9 occupants (we advertise accommodations for 8). These rules are strictly enforced and can result in a fine to the homeowner of $500 (may be charged to the guest) if occupancy & noise ordinances are violated
