This was a very comfortable home to stay in, supplied well with the things we needed to feel comfortable. Pt. Reyes is such a beautiful and mostly untouched part of the world--we felt so fortunate to have several days to hike and explore!

We can't say enough positive things about this rental. The location is ideal, about a 3 minute walk from downtown PRS. The location is also central to nearby beauty in surrounding towns, all the way up to Bodega Bay. Highly recommend!

This was a great place for us to use as a base to explore Pt. Reyes National Seashore. Nice central location, easy, short walk to town for dining and shopping. The rental was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Would like to return here in the future.

Very clean nice home in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk to the center of town. Only deficit was very poor lighting in living room, something mentioned by previous guests. Unclear why this doesn’t get remedied.

Clean little spot that had everything I needed to cook meals. Super quiet neighborhood. Walkable. I'll definitely be back for quick get a ways from the city.

Exceptionally clean house in great quiet location with a 5 minute walk into town. As others have said, really really really needs better lighting in the living room. Other than that it was great

Excellent cottage walking distance to downtown.

My wife and I were there for our anniversary. When we checked in there was a card in the table and a bottle of champagne in the refrigerator. What a nice surprise. That set the tone for the whole stay. Thank you for the really nice welcome.

Adventure home base!
My friend and I accomplished the adventure Trifecta week while staying in point Reyes station as a home base. The house was immaculate, well stocked, and the location could not have been better for walking and relaxing in Point Reyes Station. We biked across the Golden Gate Bridge, hiked Muir Woods, hiked the point Reyes sanctuary and paddle boarded Tomales Bay. We lucked out and had perfect, sunny weather, too!

Super home!
We loved our stay in this sparkling clean, well equipped, comfortable home in a great location close to restaurants and shops. We will return.

Cozy, clean, sharp, supplied, and well-located
We enjoyed this comfortable two-bedroom cottage very much. It provided us with everything we needed and more. The low-maintenance faux-fireplace is hot and realistic. The private patio is quite pleasant, with a small grill and everything you'll need to use it. The house is well appointed. You aren't likely to need to buy much, but if you do, town is a short walk away. The wifi signal is strong, the beds are warm and welcoming, and the water is hot.

Walking distance into town with great shops and restaurants. Driving distance to wonderful outdoor spaces. House and neighborhood was perfect for a family. Would stay there again.

Great place!
Wonderful house - super clean, warm and cozy, very well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. And what a perfect location - a few minutes walk to town, and a short drive to the highway and to the roads to the beaches, hikes, and everything. Loved our stay.

A Quiet Place Near the Sea
Walk a few blocks into town for coffee and baked goods in the morning or dinner at night. Make a short drive to Pt Reyes National Seashore. Say hello to all the happy cows in fields along the road, and note the scenery. No wonder they’re Happy California Cows! The house has good beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Except for the nightly coyotes nearby! Woo-hoo what a trip hearing them!
Due to Covid and fewer travelers, be sure to check the hours and mask requirements at the places you want to visit. Several are only open around the weekend days, and we were “vax-carded” at one restaurant (and we were totally ok with that!).
All in all, a lovely 5 days.

Property was exquisitely equipped and maintained. Owner was very responsive to a problem with a smoke alarm. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

The perfect VRBO with all the amenities we expected. Spotless clean throughout. 5 minute walk to the center of town. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and dinnerware. Gas fireplace was superb, plenty of heat. The street is quiet and the view of the hills from the front porch is pretty. The owner has done a great job creating a comfortable environment, with plenty of instructions and notes to help make the experience great!

This was exactly we needed and wanted for an intimate Thanksgiving. I had stayed in the house next door once before on a girls trip so knew the area well. It is quiet, serene and cozy. The kitchen had all we needed to cook a small feast - we brought our own spices and dutch oven for braising. The space was clean and well lit. The beds were very comfortable. There is some lovely wildlife in the area: a blue heron strolls slowly through the grass across the street, deer wander through neighborhoods at night and something definitely rummages through garbage late at night (so I'd hold off on taking trash out until the end of your visit). We were the perfect location to walk into town to visit the shops and restaurants. We were a 10 minute drive to Tomales Bay Oyster farm and from there a 45 minute drive to Hearts Desire beach in Inverness for an idilic sunny beach day. So relaxing!

Wonderful Point Reyes Hideaway
I booked the house for a college roommate reunion. It was a lovely property in a very quiet neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of parking for two cars, very cozy home. Beds were so comfortable! Nice patio where we lounged late every afternoon with good wine. One room had a bookshelf full of my favorite mystery/crime novelists so I was in heaven. Remote controlled fireplace was delightful.
So fun to see deer and quail outside the kitchen window. And it's a great place to head out to the various beaches and Tomales Bay. And the little town has some VERY good restaurants and everyone was friendly and accommodating in all the stores. The only challenge is spotty mobile connections so if you want to be fully connected be prepared for Wi Fi Calling if your cell phone doesn't work. It was not a property issue but a general Point Reyes location issue. But unplugging is good too. I would definitely book this property if I return to Point Reyes. The property manager was very responsive to my few questions. LOVED IT!

We loved having a comfortable place to come home to after exploring the area. It was well equipped and great to be able to walk to town. We hope to be back in the Spring!

The house is Fully Stocked! Meaning coffee, filters, garbage bags, laundry detergent, spices, etc., just about everything you need for a vacation. Location to the area was perfect. We headed north one day & south the next! One of the best things was there are other kids in the neighborhood that our son played with every day. Very friendly neighbors! I would highly recommend this rental!

My husband and I rented this charming little house in Point Reyes, CA to spend some beach time with our granddaughter. The house is adorable, we found it to be very clean, attractively decorated, well-appointed and not far from the ocean. In other words, PERFECT! We had such an enjoyable time at the ocean, in the town of Pt. Reyes and inside the house. I would definitely consider staying this house again in the future. My only suggestion would be to add a few additional sleeping pillows in the closets and a set of steak knives to the kitchen. Even with this small suggestion I rate our stay 10 out of 10!
