The property is newly built or renovated and in excellent condition. The layout is efficient, with an ample and comfortable living room with adjacent dinning area and open kitchen. Kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, even a salad spinner, colander, and decent knives. It’s simply but nicely furnished with simple, modern furnishings, which is to our taste. Bathrooms are well designed. Very clean and easy to keep clean.
The rental is a short walk, two to three blocks, into the town. An excellent restaurant, The Roadhouse Cafe, conveniently next door, has tasty food, especially breakfast. Pt Reyes Station is a small town that has all the essentials, including a few, but good restaurants. If you want to cook your own, the Palace Market is first rate, with excellent meats, vegetables, cheeses a and wines.
All in all, the rental met our needs perfectly. We hope to stay there again.

My family had a lovely 2 day stay at this beautifully decorated house within walking distance of Pt. Reyes Station. It poured rain for half our time there, but the house was a lovely and cozy spot to spend time together reading, playing board games, and relaxing. The kitchen was perfect and well stocked with dishes, glassware, etc... I really appreciated how light and cheerful the house is, with lots of windows and skylights. It is just as lovely as the pictures depict.

The cottage is very clean, comfortable, and well appointed on a beautiful lot.
You can walk to town (and there is a beautiful walking trail even closer).
Check in and communication were seamless. I will highly recommend this rental to friends and family.
