Great place to stay the waves at the beach were rough making fishing almost impossible during our stay so glad we had the pool for the littles to play in and the bay for the men to enjoy their fishing check in/check out was easy and the owners quickly responded when needed.

The house was not well kept but it was clean when we arrived. Pool was great and so was the dock except for someone let there dog poop on it and not clean it up! We started putting up our things and unloading food and prepping food when we noticed roaches started to come out with the smell of food. We could not leave anything out or opened because here would come the roaches to infest our food. We had to throw a whole bowl out full of meat due to the roaches getting in the bowl. The only place we saw them was in the kitchen and only when we would be cooking. Beware of renting here!

The email that supposedly gave me info right before my visit gave me the address, but no contact phone only this link to my “host”. When we arrived, a woman was cleaning a unit and made a call to get our room and entry code. All good so far. Then the dishwasher wouldn’t start or stop making noise. I tried the only contact link I had…no response…ever!

Rented the property for 4th of July weekend. Great location, clean house, had all the advertised amenities. Owner was quick to respond to all questions/comments. Only "complaint" would be the parking situation. Obviously not under the owner's control and it WAS a holiday weekend, but we rarely were able to park in front of the property. We were promised two spots in front of the townhome and a contingency spot in front of the garage; rarely did that work out. In the end we made it work and it's still a spot we'd look for (and recommend) next time we're in Corpus Christi.

We love the area this is in. Right by the beach. The manager Martin was great to immediately answer any questions we had. There is plenty of parking and a nice boat dock for our boat. The house was very nice. They even left us a welcome basket. I would recommend this property.

Overall, family was happy with townhouse and location. Loved the boat dock and we were able to park our boat and catch our bait in peace. Only massive issue was that the pool was drained of water the day we arrived, but before I could contact someone to complain other guests beat me to it. A pool man showed up and started filling it, so we could not use it for two days though. There were other minor issues but nothing that we could handle. Just update your pictures and let people know that random people can pop in the back area at anytime. We were surprised when two females were stopped in our back area talking and scared me so much. We made sure we left nothing of ours in the back area. My husband was not happy with that surprise. Thank you for letting us stay and would reserve again.

This was one of the best family trips ever. The place was spacious for my group of seven adults. Had a couple of small issues to addressed but not a deal killer. It's within walking distance of the beach and having a pool was nice. Looking forward to coming back and I definitely recommend this place for lodging. Chirs. C. Dallas Tx.

Stay was comfortable and there was plenty of room for 7 . Bathrooms had plenty towels, etc ... the townhome kitchen was well stocked ... there was a new grill on patio .. deck space by pool was really nice for us to watch sunset and have family laughs..we drove to beach because we had little ones but it’s a very short drive - easy to access. took off 1 star because there was no cable/tv .. owner in process of setup for new cable company. Had to use Netflix. Although not having it made us enjoy our family time more - wasn’t a huge deal for our family.. we would stay here again on future visits to Corpus Christi.

They had plenty of everything there towels pots and pans lawn chairs the one thing that made me mad was the ticket on beach we had our permit we went to show them they still refuse to take it off said they had call it in already know that's uncalled for that SPID beach stoops that low they place we stay was great

When you first walk in the condo it looks clean, but as you get into it further you can see how dirty it is. The kitchen counters were sticky, and you can see on the edge of the counters all the build up they have. Can opener was extremely rusted, metal whisk was rusted as well, out door grill was disgusting, extreme filth. Keurig had an old used Keurig cup in it, coffee maker did not work; had to go out and purchase one. Stove was dirty, grease all over it; which I had clean before using. Shower in hallway bathroom upstairs was gross, water back up in shower; seemed more like a tub bath than shower. Same thing for the sink in the same restroom. Carpet is dirty and smells dirty upstairs. Pulled out the sleeping bed downstairs, and there was trash inside the mattress as well as candy wrappers, other trash under the couch. When we arrived at 4:00 pm ( which is the Check in time on the email I received) the owner was there cleaning the condo, we waited outside for 45 minutes for her to finish. Power went out for about an hour also.
