Spectacular luxury townhome located at Village by the Beach. PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED no expense spared! Unit is beautifully furnished with top of the line bedding, linens, décor, kitchen furnishings, flat screen, smart HDTV's: 55" Living Area, 43" in each bedroom. Located a short 3 min walk to the beach. Unit looks out at beautiful resort style heated pool with overhead fountain, colored night lights and separate kiddie pool. This unit sleeps 6 adults and 2 children; top of the line king bed in Master Ensuite, pillow top queen bed and twin with trundle in 2nd bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa; Charcoal BBQ grills located at pool, private patio with seating and pool view. Close to the Packery Channel, Jetties and Bob Hall Pier for the serious angler. Horseback riding on the beach just to the south near Padre Island National Seashore which is a great experience and also offers world class bird watching with more than 380 species of birds seen migrating over the Texas coast. Don't miss the sea-turtle nesting and recovery between April and August. There are beach cart rentals available and kite surfing lessons. Make your next vacation a memorable one on North Padre Island!

As a family (2 adults and 2 Children in the age of 5 and 12), we had a very nice stay in the condo. Everything you need for a stay is there. The complex also offers additional options (pool, grill,...). The surroundings are fantastic with the sea in the immediate vicinity and many excursion options.

Adorable unit. Clean. Nice size bedrooms and baths. Wonderful porch with comfortable furniture. I prefer gulf front views but this is the next best thing! Short walk/drive to beach. Heated pool close to unit. Would stay here again.

Everything was just as the property manager stated it was and the pictures are accurate as well. Very close to the beach (walking distance) can't ask for anything more! Will definitely let others know about this property and keep it in mind for next getaway!

We arrived on a Saturday, March 16, and prior to arriving had some questions that were answered practically immediately. Directions were very thorough and we made it there without any struggle. The location is EVERYTHING! The porch overlooks the HEATED pool (minus the kids side/cold water). The amenities are wonderful with beach toys, towels, pool toys, beach gear, etc... The instructions left by the host are crystal clear. If you need anything tho just text and they will respond 24/7 and quickly. Master has King bed and attached bathroom with shower. Other bedroom has full sized bed and a twin bed with trundle twin underneath. I believe the couch also pulls out into a queen but we didnt use that. There is a guest bathroom with shower/tub combo. Everything super clean! Beds comfy! Internet fast! Cable TV! Just a wee little drive to the drive on beach access. Doesnt overlook beach but its literally RIGHT THERE! No complaints! We will return! This property was very clean. The water toys & boogie boards were a great bonus! The heated pool was perfect for the cooler weather we had! The area is full of family entertainment. Easy drive from airport. Quick walk to the beach. We had a great time!!

We had a great time here! The weather was warm, even though it was December! The kids loved the swimming pool and it was a quick walk to the beach. We played Putt Putt at Treasure Island Golf, ate at Doc’s Seafood, La Palma Mexican restaurant and Surfside Sandwich Shop. We also bought some souvenirs Nextdoor to Treasure Island Golf. We had a great time and would definitely recommend!! My 16,15 and 8 year old agree.:)

We had 6 people stay at the property and really enjoyed the decor, cleanliness, close proximity to the beach, and patio area in the front. We did not get in the pool, but it looked spotless. Perfect place for families!

Quick visit to the beach with husband and adult son. The condo is conveniently located near the beach. It was comfortable, tidy, and quiet. We will inquire about availability when we return to the area. I recommend this comfy condo.

Came in for a quick beach trip with family, including 2 toddlers and a 5 year old. There were so many beach toys available and my the kids were so excited! The condo was beautiful and very comfortable! The location was perfect too, so close to parking, the pool, and the beach! The hosts were quick to answer and very helpful when I called with a question. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again!

Quiet neighborhood on the Island. Short walk to the beach. Large pool was great for the kids to play and not interrupt anyone else using it. Definitely a place to stay at again.

We loved this condo for our family of 5. It was spacious and nicely decorated. The location was fantastic. Parking was convenient. The pool was great and a nice break from the beach. The beach was a short drive around the corner. Definitely recommend. Would stay again.

What a great time we had here. Walk right out of the door to a fantastic pool and just a short walk to the beach! First time our young grandsons had seen the Gulf. They loved the boogie boards that were available for our use. Thank you for that! Home was very comfortable with everything we needed. Would return again without hesitation.

We booked this property for a fishing trip at Padre Island National Seashore. The property was better than expected and it was a great stay. The check in to the check went perfect and it great place to relax after a long day in the sun. We plan on returning in the future.

Nice family place to stay. Beautiful and clean. The three minute walk to the beach is more like 10 minutes so prepare for that. WiFi is not great but who needs that when you have to ocean nearby! The property management team took care of everything and made sure we had what we were supposed to have. If we could buy a place here we would!
