Was The perfect house for a large family, very spacious and open inside. Very clean. Outdoor patio new to us once complete will be a huge plus for outdoor enjoyment.

Good size house for 10, nicely furnished. Lots of updates since brochure issued. Walk to beach and decent provisions store. Owner resolved any issues quickly. Great vacation and family get together.

Unfortunately I cannot give a 5 star rating due to property construction done at 6:45am that consists of paving of the driveway! Noise level of trucks and workers yelling walking all of us on vacation was unacceptable also having to move several cars all around a narrow street to park as we could not use driveway for the last 4 days of the trip was not the best and having to walk around the driveway to get to grill and solo stove. The owner of the home came by to inspect and meet us lingering a bit too long talking of past experiences on the 3rd day of our stay. These things should be noted in the listing that improvements to the property may happen during your stay. Also home owner may show. Trash day is Tuesday at this property so left over overflowing trash is left for the new renters. 🙁 The house itself is really nice, beds super comfortable, lots of space, a/c felt great. Nice solo fire pit for cozy night outside as well as a nice rooftop deck. My grandson loved the open living area to move around. Could use more bath towels for the amount of people we had. Water in shower at times really too hot. Beach access maybe a bit more than 5 min walk, touristy area. Lots of fun things to do though if looking for that. The beach is wonderful. If the paving incident and the owner coming into our stay and staying a bit too long hadn’t happen, this was a great place to stay with my family. I will try somewhere new next time though. The paving just doesn’t make sense to me.

This property very deceiving from the outside. It is very big with lots of space. We had 8 adults and one child and there was plenty of room. Great kitchen and new patios outside. Close to Lamberts Market for supplies. Very close to everything but the house across the street a real eye sore.

Beautiful very spacious property. Beds are super comfy and 1000 count sheets were superb. Plenty of linens available for large number of guests. Had a wonderful stay and would return to the property without hesitation. Beau prefers texts for communication and that needs to be noted by Evolve in their instructions for host contact. He responded immediately to texts but missed 6 mos of emails. Wouldn't hesitate to return!

This was a great house with lots of room!! We loved it because it was a short walk to the beach. The only problem we had was the internet was not always reliable and it was a little frustrating at times. Other than that this house was perfect for our family of 8!

This was a great place--easy walk to the beach and a very large house. The beds were large and comfy, the kitchen was great and had what we needed; we loved it! We were a small group, and did find ourselves wondering where a larger group would eat, as the table is pretty small, but this didn't bother us at all and I'm sure a larger group could figure it out. Overall we highly recommend it, and will stay there again if we make it back to Old Orchard Beach!

We had a wonderful time in this large house near the beach. Enjoyed the space and BBQ and nice rooms. Very comfortable for our family. No complaints about the house itself, but communication was a bit tricky at first. When messaging through the VRBO app the management company responded with some incorrect information. It wasn’t until we started to communicate with the owner directly that communication got better.

This house was in the perfect area for us. It's roomy. The 2 bathroom situation turned out ok for 6 of us. Everything we needed was provided. It is on a busy street and we were not there during peak season. That was ok until about 6am.. work trucks etc. 😆 I would recommend this house for your stay.

This was a trip for 4 friends who 42 yrs ago started first grade together! Great location. We each had our own rooms. Let me start there…if the beds and pillows are comfortable- that impacts the entire stay. All of us were sooo impressed with how great we slept, 10 stars for sure in that category!!! The house was very comfortable and spacious for visiting and lounging in the mornings and evenings. I would definitely book this house again.

We were very happy with the house. Great location, spacious, well equipped. One tiny little detail: We probably would have been more happy if the bathroom/bedrooms upstairs had more of a door than the shutter style doors.

It was a very cold Thanksgiving. We were especially cold when in the kitchen and dining room. Despite being told there were extra blankets to wrap up in, the only blankets were on the beds. We were told that the ovens weren't working properly and they were not for sure. Several outlets in the kitchen were not functioning. We were happy that we could be together and all the beds were very comfortable. The water was scaldingly hot. This is not a handicap accessible home. We didn't expect the hill with steps to get into the place.

The house is spacious and well laid out. Plenty of off street parking. The house is perfect for a group of friends (we were 7 adults) or two families. We loved the large kitchen and living room. Beau was great to work with and quickly addressed and fixed the few concerns we had.

We loved our stay. Perfect size for two families. Five minute walk to beach, shops and more. 7 min drive to Funtown. Beau gave great tips like Thursday night fireworks. We did have problems with the lights in the downstairs bathroom but other than that we couldn’t be happier.

We wanted a quick getaway for our family of 6 before school and sports practices begin. The pictures in the ad are accurate - the rooms are large so we weren't on top of each other with a large kitchen with an island for breakfast open to a dining are and the living room, and the upstairs deck off the master bedroom was a 2nd hangout spot. We didn't use it much but there is a big tv with all the things you'd want - Netflix, Sony Playstation (and dvd's and games to play), music, etc. The neighborhood is fairly quiet but you're only a 3 minute walk to a grocery store and maybe 5 minutes to the main drag of OOB. We felt safe there too. The owner Beau is very accommodating and sincerely wants you to relax and enjoy your time. He was quick to respond to text questions and/or any needs we had. The place offers a mixture of updated rooms and some that need updating (carpet, etc.), which I'm sure Beau will address as we were only his 2nd renters. The bathrooms are good (one modern one old school as of 8/18), laundry facilities are new, he has lots of towels for bathing but bring your own beach towels and toiletries. All of the beds are super comfortable with nice bedding. There's A/C in a few of the bedrooms or fans in the others. There's lots of parking and a basketball hoop although we didn't have a ball. Outside is a shaded patio area with a gas grill we used. We would definitely rent this place again!!

Our family had a great stay in OOB! The property was perfectly suitable for 5 kids, my mum, husband and I. Close to the beach, comfortable living, clean, all the amenities we needed. Owner was readily available for any questions we had. Would love to book again! Thanks Beau!!
