We had a lovely weekend staying in this cosy place. The host was an excellent communicator, and very generous in offering us a late checkout on the last day which really helped us enjoy our stay to the fullest! We loved the fire in the cool weather as it made the house really warm and cosy and inviting. Would highly recommend.

This is a great, tranquil little beach shack, not far from town that feels like you are in the middle of the bush.
Everything you could need is here for cooking and even though I was here in December part of my stay was a during a cold snap so I needed the fire and there was plenty of firewood on hand to keep me warm and comfortable.
Bluetooth stereo was great and the supply of coffee pods was another added bonus.
This is a great spot with a host who is perfectly communicative and I've already recommended to friends.
As others have noted there is a little bit of dust in the place but I suspect if the hosts upgraded their vacuum cleaner this would be an easy fix.

Lovely place and spacious. It would have been nice if we had access to more condiments such as oil, peanut butter, jam, vegemite so on. Overall it was a very relaxing and comfortable place. Thank you.

Three generations back in the beach house Mum & Dad owned for 40 years, so it was a delightful weekend away full of memories of old as well as making new ones. So much of my parents were still there, some of the furniture and contents. I think my Dad would be pretty chuffed to know the house is still be used as a relaxing, quiet escape for families. Thankyou Patricia for your wonderful hospitality, message & champers on arrival!!
Together with my children and grandchildren, as well as my twin sister & her family who stayed nearby, we certainly had the best 60th birthday celebration we could wish for in the old house that has everything you need.

This was my favourite stay in the last few years. The property had plenty of old-style beach house charm but we were also surprised to discover everything was in fantastic working order and it clearly receives a lot of love and attention from the owners. They were great at communicating with us as well. Everything went smoothly and we would book here again without hesitation.

We have been here three times and it's the perfect beach house for us. It's simple but well set out with comfortable beds. There is a lovely large deck for outdoor meals, ample quantities of everything you need in the kitchen and the owner is really quick to respond to any queries.

Well provisioned, casual older house, with everything you need and lovely deck (the star of the house) for hanging with the cockatoos amongst the tree branches. Quick car zip down the big hill to the surf beach.

Patricia was super approachable, we cancelled because of covid and she responded super fast, we then rebooked the next weekend and again she was super fast with her responses.
The house uses a small floor plan really cleverly and has anything you could need. It's a cosy home, like visiting family.

Warrina is the perfect beach house: nestled amongst trees, unpretentious, comfortable. Patricia is a responsive and accommodating host. This was our second stay at Warrina, and I sincerely hope that it won't be our last.

We had a wonderful extended weekend in Patricia's Anglesea place. She was extremely communicative and helpful throughout and the house was exceptionally cosy, well-appointed, and in a nice, quiet location. We especially loved relaxing on the front deck amongst the trees to catch some of the wintry sun. My grandparents (80+) were perfectly warm and comfortable despite pretty freezing temperatures, too! Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a lovely extended weekend at this property which is so charming and very very cosy. Love the traditional beach house features and old fashioned décor with the luxury of dishwasher and the log fire burner. Plenty of space and everything you need for a wonderful relaxing get away. Very close to beaches and all the local attractions and plenty of wildlife on the doorstep too. Have stayed in modern properties before but that could not compare to this traditional beach house holiday and we all absolutely loved our stay there (very sad to leave). Highly recommend and thank you for the lovely experience :)

Warrina is an older style beach house in a peaceful and leafy part of town and is centrally located for easy access to the many local attractions. A large deck draws you outside to enjoy the bird song and settle down with a good book or crossword. The house is thoughtfully provisioned with all you could need, providing a comfortable stay in any season, and the owner was helpful and friendly. This budget-friendly retreat provided a very relaxing stay and we look forward to returning at the next opportunity.
