Love the dog rooms here so we plan our trip around stopping at this hotel. Rooms are clean and do not smell like other dog rooms.

Not much to like for this stay. For it being a newer facility, there were visible flaws in the cosmetics of the place. The air conditioner in the room didn't do much for the humidity, and the room smelled vaguely musty. Not a very good experience.

The floors in the room were still wet when we checked in (even though we checked in late), there was actually water standing on the bathroom floor. I have mobility issues, so I reserved the accessibility room, and the bathroom light kept turning itself off leaving both me and my wife in the dark at very inopportune times introducing the very distinct possibility of a fall! I noticed several cracked tiles in the shower and the barn style door hadn't been thought through very well as there was no latch on the bathroom door, you just slid the door until the handle actually crashed into the door jamb, thereby making the door handle extremely loose and you ran the risk of smashing your fingers if you weren't paying attention. The bed was lumpy and not even completely made when we got to the room (the bed skirt was only on one corner of the bed). There wasn't even an notepad or pen in the room!!! The breakfast was mediocre at best. The selection was very much lacking and nothing really had much flavor. The sausages (both patties and links) had little bits of aluminum foil stuck to them. The eggs were tough and dry. There were no bagels or muffins, only package bread.

Location, clean, friendly staff, great continental breakfast, comfortable, and it was a decent price.

It was very clean, and smelled good. The staff was very courteous. The breakfast was good with a little variety. Workout room was decent with a couple of different machines.

Where the ice machine was it smelled like sewage. The coffee makers in the room were middle of the mall, and the coffee even though it said dark roast was like tea.

Bathroom sliding door came of hinge, no repair. Have to request room cleaning and it didn’t occur

They knew there were 5 of us booked but we had to ask for more washcloths, I think there were only two in the room. The breakfast was just okay.. not the variety you’d expect at such a upscale hotel. Disappointed with that..
