Two entrances afford access into the private 1-bedroom guest suite or the foyer leading up to the 2nd level main living areas.
The private 1-bedroom 1st-floor suite comprises of a generous living space with a Caribbean-inspired living room that features a large TV, full bath, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, microwave, and a K-cup coffee maker. The private bedroom with a king bed includes a TV and leads out to a back patio that is nestled amongst the trees.
The second floor is the tropical main living area with an open concept design for easy flow from the family room to dining and kitchen. This area has plenty of seating with a couch and 4 armchairs should you want to view something on the large TV.
The kitchen has plenty of room for more than one cook! Stunning dark cabinetry is topped with dark granite and stainless appliances finish the elegant look. The dining table seats 6 and two patio chairs are easy to pull in for additional seating. The screened-in balcony on the second floor also offers the best of outdoor living.
On the third level is the guest bedroom with a queen bed, full ensuite bath and a TV. Also, on this level is the grand master bedroom with a king bed, TV, a bath with his-n-hers sinks, and an elevated spa tub with toilet and bidet. Accommodation was great with large rooms and comfy beds. All set in a super American charm marina setting.
The upkeep and cleanliness to the Accommodation and marina is good and with 24hr security on the electric entry and exit gates this adds to the relaxed feeling this location gives.
There is no beach area to this location so this is something to consider if it's is a must for your hols.
Also it is a drive to get your food and drink shopping. There is no amenities on site to buy any, not even a restaurant or cafe to buy food and drinks or a bar.
There was a lot of road works being done along the stretch of road right outside the location, which is good that the upkeep outside is being done as well, but it did mean walking to local restaurants was a bit of concern, not that there is very much focus on pedestrians along the main road anyway. Take care on this. Debbie at the office was very friendly and offered help when required.

The property was clean and in good order. There was some wear in the rental, but you could tell it was cleaned before we came. I was happy with the property. The location was great for our needs. The grounds were great, property was perfect for our family. The extra space downstairs was just right for my mother. Average quality of cookware, dishes and utensils. Our only complaint was the garbage can in the kitchen. It was super annoying to use and the bags did NOT go in easily. A foot step for opening would be quite helpful. Everyone including our kids complained about it, we all got a chuckle out of how many comments were made. We had some noise our last night because people came in and stayed next door. I could tell they were excited and loud because of that, we needed to get up at 2 am to make our flight out and they woke me up a couple of times. Thankfully it was only one night. We enjoyed so many fun things. Aquarium Adventures, Diving History Museum, Key West, Glass Bottom Boat, Alligator Farm. Communication was quick and we had no issues when in communication with BFR.

We absolutely loved our stay in Mariner's Cover number 701. Everything was pristine and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with the tools we needed. There were more paper products than expected, even if not needed, but nice to know they were there! The master bedroom was enormous and could easily house extra people or serve as a getaway (when someone has to work) The extra lower living area allowed our adult children a place to escape to when they needed some time.
The overall amenities of the Club were fabulous as well. Wonderful comfortable pools, hot tubs and sitting areas to see the ocean. A great gym area as well as some games that were perfect for any age.
The only concerns (not complaints, but everyone can use improvement somewhere!): A rubber spatula/food scraper would be nice, the kitchen sink did not change from spray to a regular running water and the dishwasher was awkward to open. SERIOUSLY..these should not be game changers! I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend others to stay.

This was a fantastic home base for my family of 5. We had hoped grandparents could come, but had to cancel at the last minute.
We enjoyed many amenities. We loved the pools, the game room at night, the Pickleball court, and the proximity to running trails. The kids fished off the pier, and enjoyed local snorkeling and ocean fishing experiences (we caught 6 tuna!)
We cooked most meals at home (one on a community blackstone), and the appliances worked great. My husband brought a knife from home to make sure it was in good working condition)
It was the perfect home base for us. Thank you for sharing this place!!!

I would say that unit 701 was overall very nice, but some of the appliances do need to be updated. The TV in the master bedroom turned on and off very frequently and was very small for that size room. Chairs in the living room a couple of them were shaky at best.

The property was very well decorated and maintained. I think we had the biggest swimming pool in the area! We had everything we needed for our stay - except for the swimming pool towels - and everything was working properly. I would definitely return! I was in touch with Mary and she was always very friendly and helpful. She even took the time to make calls and find out about restaurants that would be open on Christmas Day. Everything worked perfectly.

The unit was spottless clean but the cleaning charge was $275. which seemed really high to me. There was no hairdryer in the unit. I stayed at 2 other condo properties during this visit to Florida and both had hair dryers in the full baths. We loved hanging by the beautiful pool and hot tubs. The staff are friendly and helpful, I dealt with Deb.

The house was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. Great location close to activities, grocery store and restaurants. We had three couples in our group and this house was able to provide each couple their own room and bathroom. The Mariners Club offered two beautiful pools to relax in along with a nice game room. Gated community provided extra sense of security.

Ashley and Sheila from Barefeet are the absolute very best when it comes to customer service. I erroneously booked the wrong unit and they went above and beyond to assist in correcting the error and also helped so much in getting our paperwork completed ans making sure we could check in electronically. They are so lovely to work with and the security lady is also the best. The unit was awesome and even though had a plumbing issue it was resolved quickly. Property is great and we look forward to coming back soon

We had a wonderful time at this property! It is beautiful and spacious. The amenities were very nice as well. It had a good selection of cookware as well. I would suggest moving the crab pots from by the door, they smelled horrible the whole time we where there. Overall very good experience!

Evertying was perfect. Grounds are super nice. Kitchen is well stocked (not food) for cooking. Little touches such as laundry baskets in each room were nice! Parking is difficult if you have a guest f=visiting. Other than that,absolutely no complaints!
