About this house rental

Located in the Heart of Key Largo MM 100 our 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhome is located in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club) with 24 hr security. Kawama is a 24 acre complex surrounded by 3 sides by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Known for some of the best Scuba diving and snorkeling in all of the Keys. The property amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, a one of a kind saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, private onsite marina with a boat ramp, boat trailer parking, playground, outdoor BBQ areas, and tennis courts. This amazing townhouse is located in the townhouse building closest to the marina, oceanside firepit area and rock jetty for some fun fishing. Have a great day on the water and end the day in the pool or bonfire on the beach.

This is a three level townhouse where the first floor (entry level) has a full living area with a 55" TV. Walk a little further in and you will find a small bedroom with two twin size beds. Go up the stairs and find the full kitchen and living room with a 55" TV, front balcony and a rear balcony over looking the pirate ship playground which is steps away from the pool area. On the third level you will find the master bedroom with a King Size bed with a TV and another guest bedroom with two full size beds. Both bedrooms have balconies with seating. Two beach cruiser bikes also included. This is just a great place for families to get together and enjoy paradise.

Plenty of great restaurants in the area including Backyard Key Largo Fisheries and Pilot House within walking distance. Come swim with the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus which is also walking distance from Kawama.

Parking is first come first serve and 2 Cars MAX per unit.

This place is amazing! The space ( 3 floors) was awesome with teens. The house was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. There was beach stuff, bikes, and extra towels and bedding. The property grounds are amazing and definitely worth a bike ride around. We spent every morning watching the sun come up. The point is a short walk from the house. We loved the bikes. Bring mask and snorkel to enjoy the lagoon. It was beautiful. Something fun to look out for is the iguanas hanging out in trees. They are harmless and so cool to see. Thanks for an amazing place to stay. We will definitely be back.

Very pleased with the overall experience. From the pristine manicured grounds..Clean pool area… private sandy peninsula jutting in to the ocean. Fire pits.. Tiki huts … and that’s not all. The 3 storied property I reserved for my family was perfect. Very CLEAN .. comfy beds… A/C icy. Was hard to leave . Will most likely make this a yearly get together. 5 star experience.

There were some dirty dishes, a busted chair on one of the balconies , The guest book wasn't current as the list of amenities wasn't clear( Like which pools were available, and etc.) Also Florida State license expired 2022.

The property was exactly as listed. 3 story unit. 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor and 1 on the first floor. The unit is conveniently located. Playground, pools, grills, lagoon and jetty for fishing. Our family loved our stay and we will definitely visit again. There was an issue with the sleeper sofa but Raul was quick to resolve the problem!

Our family of 6 adults converged for a long overdue vacation. The property had plenty of space to hang out and we especially loved the screened in porches! It was super clean and was well stocked with everything for our group. Raul was a great communicator and answered any and all questions quickly with good detail. The property was fantastic! Enough space and bathrooms to accommodate 8 adults getting ready for wedding activities each day. THREE FULL bathrooms was perfect. Location was perfect for us as well, as we were only about 7 mins from our venue and plenty of good restaurants in the area. The condo had EVERYTHING you could need and great air conditioning (also a must). Very satisfied with our experience!

The marina and the house is located very nicely.Short way to the pools.House was perfect for a group of 7.It was nice to have thre bathrooms.The three storys and diffetent balconys allowed separation and private moments.

The condo is as described and is in a very nice complex. The water access to the ocean is not quite what we had hoped and we quickly discovered that Key Largo doesn’t have much for beaches. This is no fault of the property, just something to be aware of; The pool access made up for it. Communication with the property manager was timely and Raul followed up on all issues that we had. While we were there the batteries were going dead in the keyless energy lock to get into the condo, so we had intermittent access issues, which was fixed the next day. The pull out couch was broken, blender was broken, and a few other miscellaneous things didn’t work. We ended up buying a new blender, and luckily the guest staying on the pull out couch was 18, so he did okay just sleeping in the couch itself. Raul was very apologetic and refunded some of our money. I was truly impressed with the speed that Raul responded. The condo is clean and has all the basics. The beds aren’t the most comfortable, and I do think people should be aware that the twin room downstairs is TINY and does not have any windows; It appeared bigger in photos. We recommended renting a golf cart, it added a fun addition for the teenagers and a lot of the people in the area get around using them. Pools were not overly crowded, complex was fairly quiet and had a lot of activities on site. There are some great restaurants in the area that we really enjoyed and was a bonus to not have to drive 30 minutes to get to them.

The rental was perfect for our group of 7. We had a great stay. We were on the go everyday, so we didn't get to enjoy some of the amenities the rental had to offer. The owner was very helpful and polite to talk to. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for future vacations.

Property was really nice and beautifully decorated! We enjoyed the games that were there, abundance of patios, quiet and walkable neighborhood and having a washer and dryer. Owner was fantastic with communication and answered all questions quickly. Pools and playground were close and very nice. Would recommend and would stay here again!

First the good: location is great. We walked everywhere and the grounds of the yacht club are awesome. We particularly enjoyed grilling out and bonfires seaside most nights. Host is quick to respond to requests. However, the beds were uncomfortable and the first floor is a converted garage so my adult kids complained about staying there. Blankets were not clean when we arrived so I washed every single one the first day. But on the good side, all the blankets are clean now! Kitchen needs a stocking refresh - not enough silverware (I'm sure it disappears with tenants) and some appliances were broken. Overall we had a great time and the space was nice to have. Loved having 3 floors to spread out.

The property was in a convenient location. The water area was nice with tiki huts and fire pits. The pool was lovely. We had a nice time. The two flights of stairs are steep so be aware of this. The rooms were on the small size but adequate. The decor was cute. We had a great time overall!

We were there three nights and the location was perfect! The unit overlooked the play ground and walking around the lagoon to watch the fish was one of our favorite activities. The unit itself was very clean and a great fit for our family.
