Lounge/seating area stained cushions stained seats disgusting Pillows like house bricks to big and solid to be comfortable Bedroom air conditioning struggled never below 27 degrees

One of my fav hotel

Locations and staffs are very nice , food are very good . My fav room is mayon view its so relaxing to see every morning

Perfect stay if you’re in Legazpi City

The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel, as well as the very helpful staff.

If i will be given a chance to visit Legaspi again, definetely i will stay again at Morison .

The breakfast was fair and value for your money, i couldn't ask more for the price they asked..

The smell on the hall way when we first arrived the rug smell like an old one but the following day the smell gets better and big improvement.

This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel, but this time time the experience is not good. On my booking it says pool vi

Location, food at breakfast buffett. Airport transfer.

Leaking roof(lobby area), cannot access the gym at 0600 without the staff getting you in, very small bathroom in the deluxe room, no free breakfast for my 7yr old. Mediocre. Pricey. Did not get the poolview rooms that was promised on the booking. No early check in.

First rate hotel

The staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. Rooms were clean and kept clean everyday.The housekeeping staff are top rate! Food at Il Moreso was delicious. Plenty of choices in the breakfast buffet. There was a bit of a wait for a 2nd group of passengers in the airport pick up because our flight arrived earlier. But it was alright since we were in the cool shuttle. The room amenities were excellent. They thought of everything - combs, shower caps, toothbrush and tooth paste, shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, vanity kit and room slippers. If u forgot to bring Jem, you need not buy.

I wish they had a second chair in the room. There were three of us and had to take turns using the chair when we needed to do stuff requiring us to sit properly.

apart from UV issue the property is clean and good

concierge staff are really helpful and polite. property is clean

The room we have occupied had a very strong scent of UV product that comes out all of a sudden in the evening we did not understand where was this coming from could be from the air conditioned when we complained the house keeping sprayed some air freshener but it did not help cover up the strong UV product scent therefore we had a very bad night sleep waking up with a a very bad headache and sore throat otherwise hotel is good.

I was very disappointed during my first day because of the power failure & to be made to wait in a very warm room wa

I like the gym, it is well equipped.

Its very noisy & the air conditioning is also noisy. I stayed for 8 nights & I had a very interrupted sleep & luckily I was out most of the time during the day.I don’t recommend this hotel if you’re there to chill out. It has no quiet place to relax apart from your bedroom.

I think pool could be bigger for size of hotel and occupancy but overall nice place to stay.

Great hotel with weird T&B configuration

I like the whole ambiance of the hotel, the rooms, buffet breakfast was great.

The toilet and bath in all rooms (I booked 4 rooms total with different occupancies) are very weird. You'll be exposed because there are separate doors for the toilet and bath. The sink is outside, so it is almost beside your bed.
