The room was cosy, and the bed was comfortable. Feels like you're at home. I loved the boneless bangus breakfast. And the staff were very nice.

i highly recommend this place if you are travelling to legaspi especially with a group. Service was great! Water pressur

The property near touristic spots. The place is cozy, we felt at home. the staff were superb and courteous. they even gave us tips on where to buy souvenirs. we arrived 30 mins earlier than the usual check in but they allowed us to enter our room.

the water pressure in the toilet, shower and sink were weak. there were instances when no water is coming out of the shower. this can be improved on.

not recommended. look for another place to stay.

the staff were very attentive to the guest needs. very helpful and courteous.

I saw a big cockroach by the lobby. I have to kill it personally to prevent spread. the lady owner of the property is stern and appears not to listen and keeps cutting me of when I was conversing with her. her customer service is close to none. arrogance the way she speaks to customers. I would recommend other bed and breakfast place. foul odor emits from the bathroom, complained three times with no results. the water cut off on me three times when I was soaked with soap. unacceptable and extremely inconvenient. sad to say I will not recommend to stay here.

Everything i asked for was done with a smile , so no issues at , just needed the rain to stop.

Hotel in old city of Legazpi

It’s a nice enough hotel in the old city of Legazpi. The rooms are ok but no more than that. It feels like a hotel that was better in the past.

The rooms are small. Breakfast wasnt available although it has bed and breakfast in its name. I think you can make arrangements for it, if you wish, but I found Republik close by convenient. It is a bit of a pain having to find the receptionist to let you in and out of the hotel as they bolt the front gate. However, it’s ok though not convenient for the Bay Area around Legazpi Boulevard.

Superb

Centrally located - stone's throw away from City Hall and the Capitol (literally at the center of the city), yet the area is still very quiet and relaxing. Very cozy B&B, and the room had all the basic amenities and was really clean and well-maintained. Staff were very friendly. And since it's in the city center, you literally just have to walk a few meters to get to restaurants, cafes, etc.

What a pleasure to stay here even for one night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Even managed to sort us a tricycle to airport because we forgot. Thank you for having us.

Staff are very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean. I like the bed, its comfortable. Linens smells fresh. They have heater in the bathroom and bidet was a plus. Highly recommended for tourists who is looking to visit Legazpi city.
