Immaculate three bedroom home that is less than 2 miles from the beach!!
Come relax in this newly renovated Southwest Florida home. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, that is close to several restaurants, three grocery stores and shopping. This island cottage has lush tropical landscape and is decorated in neutral tones, and beach themed decor. The best part of this house is that it is located less than two miles from Marco Island's beautiful white sand beaches! This island house is in an established neighborhood that is very quiet and family friendly.
Relax in the warm Florida sunshine by the private pool in the enclosed screened lanai. You can take a nap, or read a book on the oversized wicker outdoor sofa on the upper balcony that overlooks the pool. A dining table and refrigerator are located outside to enjoy meals alfresco while swimming or enjoying the sunshine. Several comfortable chairs are on the upper balcony so that you can enjoy your morning coffee. The pool deck has two comfortable chaise lounges to lay on while soaking up the warm rays of the sun. The private in ground pool has an extra large shelf on the uppermost step where you can sit to play with the little ones in the shallow water. The pool is equipped with a heater and a solar cover to keep the water nice and comfortable during every season of the year.
There is no need to rent bikes while sight seeing on the island because we have provided six bicycles of various sizes for you to use during your stay.
The house is stocked with everything that you need for a trip to one of the white sand beaches of Marco. There are beach buggies to carry the provided chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach towels for a day at the beach. We have several sand buckets, shovels, boogie boards, and shell bags for those who like to walk along the beach and collect the beautiful sea shells that wash up on the shores of Marco.
The house is centrally located and is within minutes to many of the area restaurants and shops. There are two Publix grocery stores and a Winn Dixie with a 5 minute drive. Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, the gas station, drugstores, and a couple banks are all within a five minute drive.
The living room is decorated with an island theme, and has two comfortable large sofas and a loveseat so that everyone has plenty of room to relax and enjoy watching television, playing games, or talking about the great day they had at the beach. The dining area can seat up to 6 guests comfortably and there is additional seating outdoors to enjoy meals poolside.
For guests who enjoy staying in and cooking the house has a modern kitchen complete with an induction cooktop and a dishwasher for a quick and easy clean up. The kitchen is stocked with several small appliances for your convenience such as; a crockpot, blender, hand mixer, toaster, and a coffee maker.
The house has an oversized flat screen television in the common area with local channels, HBO, and a few other cable channels. The house has wifi, and an additional television located in the master bathroom. You can enjoy watching DVDs, playing board games, or reading one of the books in the library while relaxing on your vacation.
There is a large washer and dryer, ironing board and iron and each bathroom has a blowdryer.
The master suite is complete with a walk in closet, a comfortable king size bed, and the master bathroom has a luxurious soaking tub and beautiful tiled shower. A desk with a printer is provided in case there is some work that has to be done while on your vacation.
The first guest room has a luxurious Stearns and Foster queen size bed, a dresser and a large closet. All of the closets have plenty of space to hang clothes and dressers to put all of your things during your stay.
The second guest room is complete with two twin beds, dresser, and a large closet.
If you have time, visit the the Ten Thousand Islands National Wildlife Reserve or the Collier County State Park, both are located on the mainland, and they are worth a visit for anyone who enjoys birdwatching, nature trails, and seeing the coastal woodlands.
Mackle Park is within walking distance or a short drive. It has outdoor and indoor activities that can be enjoyed at no cost. The park has basketball courts, bocce ball courts, shuffle board, There is a playground area for the children and the center of the park has a lake that is surrounded by a paved jogging/exercise trail.
The local YMCA is within walking distance and allows the purchase of daily passes so that you can participate in classes, play tennis, do water classes or use the equipment.
The local manager for the house lives next door. They will do their best to answer any questions or assist you if an unforeseen problem should arise.

Just as beautiful as it appears in the photos and maybe even more so. Great house. Great neighborhood. The house was incredibly clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. Any interactions with people in the neighborhood were friendly. We felt so welcomed. It was a peaceful stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful first stay at Marco Island
My family and I had a great stay at this property! Not only was it super clean, it had all the amenities from extra beach towels, beach toys and gear. The check in process was seamless and there was a ton of great local info in the guest book. Clearly the owners take pride in their property! Highly recommend, would certainly stay again.

Had everything we needed. Good location. We arrived late so the snacks and stocked beverages were amazing. All the beach supplies were super helpful. Pool isn't huge but it was warm and big enough for my kids.

The house is just as pictured and spotless and has everything at hand. Pool was spotless and warm and the beautiful plantings behind the lanai made it feel secluded. The location does get some road noise from the next block over but that also added to the convenience of the house. Highly recommend.

Every thing you need is made readily there so you don’t need to do anything besides enjoy vacation and eat! Lol. There’s board games, books, extra flashlights incase of emergency, makeup remover wipes, snacks & drinks! Every type of device one uses in a kitchen! It was such a GREAT time we hope to make it back soon!

We had a great week. The property is very nice and had everything we needed. The pool was where we spent almost all of our time on our vacation but the bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could need to make sure you are happy!

Beautiful home, accommodating, and fun for all ages
My husband and I stayed here with our 17 month old, this was our first family vacation and it was a dream. We could not have asked for anything more perfect. Judy and Lance provided a beautiful and clean rental. The yard is breathtaking and gives all the tropical feels. We rented a full size crib and high chair from a company near Naples, Twinkle Twinkle Star. Judy worked with us and was more than accommodating with the delivery and pick up, they coordinated the drop off too. When we arrived at the rental the crib was already set up and ready for our little guy. It was a relief to know he would sleep well and be comfortable during our stay. We highly recommend this for parents traveling with young ones. Judy and Lance have thought of everything, from makeup wipes to snacks and beverages. Simply perfect! Thank you!!

An excellent and relaxing stay
Our family of six had an excellent stay at Judy and Lance's home. The furniture was very comfortable and the cleanliness was top notch. We really enjoyed having a completely stocked kitchen with spices and snacks!
The garage has everything you need for the beach. Beach carts, chairs, cooler, and toys for the kiddos. We usually vacation in Marco Island once a year and will be booking again in the future!

Beautifully decorated with very comfortable furniture - both living room and bedrooms - and a fully stocked kitchen. It was nice to have a swimming pool right off the back porch for little ones to play. Would highly recommend this property.

Breezy Ranch retreat
Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at Breezy Ranch for 6 nights. The house was so accommodating to our family. The kids loved the pool area, the kitchen and rooms were so organized and clean. We took to bikes out one morning and rode around the island and also enjoyed the beach toys and chairs when we went to the beach to swim in the gulf. Great central location on the island, so convenient. Absolutely zero complaints staying at this home and would book it again in a heartbeat. You won’t regret your stay here :)

Everything You Need on Marco Island
There could not be a better place to book for a fantastic family vacation on Marco Island. To start, the house has everything and is a 5-10 minute drive from all the tranquility that Marco Island has to offer.
The house was spotless, well-apportioned and the amenities are incredible. We had 4 adults and one toddler, and we all enjoyed the property. And it was extremely kid friendly! The kitchen had all the necessary equipment to enjoy a meal in, the bedrooms were extremely comfortable, the garage had everything you needed for beach or island adventures (the bikes were fantastic for getting around the island), and all the beach gear means much less to pack!) and the attached pool was relaxing and refreshing.
The location is fantastic- it's just off one of the main roads, and we were lucky enough to find parking at the South Public Parking lot for the beach each time we went. It's a quick shot to the grocery store, Snook Inn and much more.
And the owners - Judy and Lance - were very responsive and helpful. You have to check out their guide when you rent this property (super helpful!). They and the neighbors even helped out when the crib we rented arrived at the property before we had even landed!
Enjoy renting this property, but note: We're looking to make this an annual tradition, so we'll be looking to book this great property too!
