About this house rental

The property offers a great vacation. Decorated with beach theme, adding to your beach vacation get away. Can't beat waking up to see the beautiful sunrises. There are 4 bedrooms, each room has a king bed. Two bedrooms have TV's for your enjoyments as well. There is also a pull out coach with the memory foam bed top in the living room if needed. There are three bathrooms, one right off of the pool area.

Be sure to look at the view of Roberts Bay from the dock. If you are a boat lover, you have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. After enjoying the hammock on the dock or the lounge chairs, jump into the pool to cool off. The pool is heated for your comfort.

Enjoy eating your meals outside under the fans, sitting pool side. If you want you can enjoy a BBQ on the Weber grill.

You are only a 1 mile walk from the South Beach access off of Winterberry. There are beach chairs for you to bring to the beach with you as well. You are also close to many restaurants, ice cream shop, movie theater and the mini putt at the intersection of Winterberry and Collier.

This location is close to just about everything you can imagine. Our family enjoyed fishing off the dock, riding the bikes, the pool, and plenty of space for everyone. We had a little snafu with the checking process that was no fault of anyone and the hosts were quick and kind in their communication. We’re already trying to plan when we can come again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! We were celebrating two 60th birthdays and invited our children and significant others to join. We loved the house and the amenities! The owners were very kind and very responsive! We really enjoyed biking, spending time in the pool and hanging by the dock! We created so many new memories!!! Thank you to the hosts!!!

If you have never been to Marco Island, prepare to be humbled. It's all about life on the water here- truly a boater's paradise! This beautiful home has a screened pool and dock with a lift perfect for boats up to 27'. Nestled in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood amongst multi-million dollar homes. The house is well maintained and has four king beds and all the luxuries of home- perfect for our family vacation! This was our second stay and we'll definitely be back. Easy communication with owners. Great shelling and fishing- BIG 4-foot tide swings- stick to the marked channels on lower tides. Thank you for another great stay!

We had such a great week here! House is so spacious and clean and they have everything you need. We had dolphins visit us at the dock and caught some fun fish. We spent most of our time outdoors at the pool and lanai and the pool was so warm! Bikes were an added bonus to toodle around Marco. Great location - close to beach, restaurants and groceries. We enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood and residents were so friendly. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This property was fantastic. All 5 bikes in working order. Bikes all over the island. Ran at the near by park. Used the YMCA. Close to everything. Fishing poles were fun off the dock. The house was over equipped. Had every thing we needed plus more. The pool was clean and warm. The house was more than we expected. Would love to stay here next year.

We’ve been vacationing on Marco Island for a few years now. This by far has been one of the best homes we’ve rented. The home was very clean and decorated with a very tasteful beach theme. The three bathrooms and four bedrooms were awesome and allowed privacy when one wanted it. We vacationed with adults and two children ages 2 and the other 6 months. They enjoyed playing in the warm pool. We were a short distance from many good restaurants and the beach. The only minor downfall in February was that the pool was not fully in the sun, but we all managed. I definitely would rent this property again!

We have been visiting Marco Island for the past 8 years. This home was the one of the best homes we have stayed in. The physical set up of the house is outstanding with the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths it worked out perfectly for our group. You are never far from anywhere on Marco but this was a nice quiet street with a great dock and pool area. Hosts were available as we neede them.

Roof was being replaced and no communication from owners about that. It was noisy and dusty and we had to move our cars off the driveway for the roofers. Ended up with a flat tire on a vehicle from a nail from the torn off roof. Told the owners but no follow up on that at all. I waited over a week for a response but nothing.

There was a little miscommunication with the house cleaners so the house wasn't ready for new guests. But that wasn't any fault of Michelle's and she had the cleaners there immediately. The house is in a great location. Watching the sun rise from the dock is absolutely beautiful. We were even visited by a dolphin one morning. I highly recommend staying at this house. Michelle is prompt, friendly and informative. Thanks Michelle for everything!

We had a great time. My wife and I and my daughter/husband and our 2 grandsons (10 & 4). Towed my 22ft Dusky over and docked it behind the house. The fishing in Caxambas Pass was GREAT all 4 days we went (access to the Pass was great/simple from this location). Because of Marco Island rules I had to store the trailer at Safe Harbor Marina (used to be Calusa Island Marina) but that was not a big deal. I took it out there as the boat ramp on SR951 was not logistically very user friendly (where I initially put-in). The owners were VERY responsive to any concerns we had. This was the second time we stayed at this property and we plan to stay again next year at the same approximate time. I would highly recommend this location to any FAMILY looking for a convenient and well located rental (the 4 bedrooms comes in very handy). Bill (& Angie) Hein PS: I loved the pattern/fabric or the 2 ocean themed recliner chairs in the center living room so much that I am going to get 1 for my house in pembroke pines from city furniture (I am a ParrotHead, big jimmy buffett/Margaritaville fan after growing up in Sunny Isles/North end of miami beach barrier island in the 60s-70s-----------this is also why I love marco island, I has stayed low key and reminds me of the barrier island I lived on as a

We have been coming to Marco Island for several years now and have stayed at various homes on the Island. This home was one of the best and the location was great. The home is very spacious and the homeowner was very prompt in responding to a couple of minor issues that we encountered, which was greatly appreciated. We were visited by a dolphin and two iguanas which were amazing to watch. Overall we had a great stay and really enjoyed this property.

Spent a week at this spacious MI home with our 5 adult children...4 king size beds plus a sofa sleeper gave everyone comfortable sleeping space. Very close to beach, restaurants, Everglades and grocery store. Home provided indoor pool, abundant pool furniture, beach "toys," bikes, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, and games for all of the entertainment we wanted. Plenty of cookware, two gas grills, large frig/freezer and even had a small cooler and insulated bag to take food to the beach. It will be our Marco Island destination whenever we return. Three couples went to the house in early May and had a great time. Everything you need for a great stay is available. The beach is about a 20 minute walk as is some of the better restaurants on the island. The pool is a good size covered by a lanai and patio area with chairs and loungers. Home is located in a very nice neighborhood and during our visit the area was very quiet. Owners were quick to respond to questions. Hope to go back in the future.

We enjoyed our stay but we’re a little disappointed with the no cable in all the rooms. I think it would be helpful if the rules of the house were written down and left in the house. We didn’t know whether to leave trash in the barrels or not so we took it with us and one of the gas tanks was nearly empty. Our bed sheets were very old.

This house on Marco Island was beautiful with lots of rooms, fully stocked kitchen utensils, a nice pool and lanai. It was a great place to connect with old friends. The host Michelle was great and touched base before the visit with pertinent information and during the stay to make sure everything was o.k. It was a great house and great experience!
