Great stay

The room looks wow, and have many space. Breakfast is different, we need to order and use what is there, I think it's missing salads and more greens.

Pool is small, people from the outside can get in which feels like there's no privacy.

The area was great ,location, Louis Restaurant was by far the best for Quality and great service

The breakfast was limited and the 'hot' food was barely warm The room was comfortable but you needed to be a mountaineer to climb into the bath/shower A wooden step was provided but was very slippery when wet

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Hemen önündeki plaj gerçekten çok güzeldi. Yatak oldukça rahattı.

Banyoda küvet çok yükseğe konumlandırılmış. Önüne bir tabure konmuş küvete resmen tırmanarak giriyorsunuz. Duşun su tazyiki çok azdı. Bizim odamızın lavabo giderinde bir sorun vardı su çok yavaş aktığından içi su doluyordu sürekli. Temizlik açısından hoş bir görüntü değil. Banyoda hiç priz olmaması çok kötü. koydukları saç kurutma makinesi eski tip ve çok yetersiz. Malesef priz olmadığı için ve odanın içinde de ekstra ayna olmadığı için kendi getirdiğim aletleri de kullanamadım. Plaj var ama şezlonglar için ödeme yapmanız lazım. Havuz var ama oldukça küçük. Havuz başında bir soğuk kahve içtim. Gerçekten çok çok kötüydü. Kahvaltıda servis çok çok yavaş. En fazla yarım saat sürecek bir öğün için en az 1 saat o masada kalıyorsunuz çünkü istedikleriniz bir türlü gelmiyor. Keşke açık büfe yapsalarmış çünkü gerçekten kaotik bir ortam var. garsonlar isteneni anlamıyor ya da eksik getiriyor veya hiç getirmiyor. Sadece biz değil başka misafirlerde de benzer şeyleri gözlemledim. Genel olarak otel 5 yıldız kalitesinde değil. Küçük sorunlar iyileştirilse çok güzel olabilecek bir yer ama malesef o küçük sorunlar konforu çok etkiliyor.

Fabulous decadence in a good quiet location

It’s almost a hundred years old and full of charm of a stylish place where hob nobs used to hang out. The staff were honestly proud to do whatever they could to make one’s stay memorable. The breakfasts were unbelievably well presented with top quality ingredients. Too good in fact that we gorged on them. The restaurant is good but lacking clientele which is a shame as it’s well run. Rooms are kept spotlessly clean as soon as you leave the room.

No Netflix on the TV is my only gripe.

traditional elegance treated like royalty

The standard of service and food was way beyond any hotel we have ever stayed in. staff exceptional ,room huge and spotless, just cross the road into town where there were hundreds of bars and restaurants, so grand and traditional with top class service.

Lovely Hotel, luxurious large room. Rooms and public áreas spotlessly clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing for anything at all just ask. Maria and Irene made breakfast very pleasant. An exceptional hotel. Spa opens soon which we would have tried.

Very disappointing stay

It was a good location, easy access to the old town, boat trips and buses.

The swimming pool, spa and restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay, something we weren't aware of when booking. There were facilities we had booked the hotel for. Breakfast was disappointing, it was a "daily selection" of a few bits brought out on a cake stand and then a menu, I ordered eggs one morning snd literally was just brought a plate of scrambled eggs. There were only a few options on the menu, so after a few days you've had everything. It didn't feel like a 5 star hotel breakfast, maybe an average 4 star at best. We arrived late on the first night and so wanted to eat at the hotel, the main restaurant was closed so we ate in the breakfast room. Paid €20 for a dry piece of grilled chicken and 5 pieces of grilled veg.

The facility was clean and out room was fantastic

We had a bad experience with your waitress in the breakfast crew. She accused my son of not being a guest at the hotel, she talked in a very loud voice across the room "You are not a guest here" we were appalled. The Captain of the crew was taking my sons order and asking him for the room information where she did this. There was no regard for her behavior and she continued to be a server, I had to ask that she not wait on out table. We were guests and 3 queen suites at your facility for 4 nights. This experience ruined the entire stay. We would not stay at your facility again

Lovely beachfront hotel, close to beautiful Rhodes Old Town

Lovely seafront hotel with beautiful clean beach yards from the door. All staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Kostanca who regularly served us at breakfast. Very professional staff who couldn't do enough to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was brought to us at the table - not buffet style. Everyone from cleaners to receptionists always greeted us when walking through the hotel, which was spotless. Clean pool with outside bar in lovely garden setting. Also ate very substantial breakfast outside. Very handy to Rhodes old town for lots of shops and restaurants and has a lovely harbour where you can book boat trips from.

Nothing to criticise, apart from the noise of the lift which was close to our room

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and historical hotel.

The hotel itself is beautiful - we had a wonderful aerial view of it when flying into Rhodes. Its position is fabulous - only a path separates the lovely garden restaurant from the seafront. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were so friendly and welcoming - receptionists, bellboy, restaurant staff, cleaners, etc. Goita, on the front desk, was always so helpful with her lovely smile. Meals, in the aforementioned restaurant, were of an exceptional standard, served by very attentive and friendly staff. The cocktails and pool bar were great too.

We booked a room facing the garden. Actually the "garden" is a garden of a mosque to the left of which is a tennis court and behind it a pub. That is, during the night we suffered from the noise of music and in the morning from the sounds of the tennis rackets.... I complained that advertising a room with a garden gave the impression of a room with a quiet garden in front of it - which in reality was a nightmare. The manager changed us to a room facing the sea - it was quieter. The employees told me that they are aware of the noise problem from the rooms facing the "garden".

The bedroom was excellent, great size great bathroom good lighting, plenty of sockets in all the right places, bed was very comfortable, heated trouser press was a useful touch! Pool area and bar was very cosy and good service!

Spa area very hap hazard reception desk was in the middle of the corridor! Restaurant in the outside garden needs sprucing up
