Это место было нашим завершающим местом оставновки 10 дневного путешествия по Армении. Поэтому мы могли уже сравнить 3 других бронирования и это.
Сад по пути к дому. Удобная кровать. Достойный уровень внутренней отделки - "Обложка книги". Отель позиционирует себя, как "бутик" отель.
Все недостатки уже основаны на сравнении отеля, его цене\качестве и диссонансе отзывов других постояльцев и нашего опыта.
"Содержание книги". Объясню почему.
Вентиляция и кондиционирование
Кондиционера нет в номере, вентиляция путем открытия дверей на балконы, без москитных сеток. Сразу летят мухи и другие насекомые, с которыми не так просто бороться.
Звукоизоляция в номере.
Слышно как сверху ходят постояльцы, также очень слышно как закрывают соседние двери на этаже. Как я понимаю, рассохлись каркасы дверей и они закрываются с существенным трудом -> шумом.
Шум с дороги.
Гостеприимство.
Положительное впечатление оставил только хозяин (Тигран), который был открыт и шел на контакт.
На первых шагах нас встретила хозяйка (Анушка), которая не была приветлива сразу, в дверях нам вручили правила отеля, настоятельно попросили прочитать, забрали паспорта (так же вернули не сразу спустя несколько часов по нашему требованию), тут же попросили оплатить все проживание. Также попросили каждый раз сдавать ключ от номера по причине того, что мы его потеряем.
Wi-fi работает только в общих гостевых зонах. Внутри номера - вещь бесполезная вообще.
Бассейн
В наше использование была замечана "слизь" (не знаю как назвать) в воде на ступеньках лестницы, что говорит об органике и о том, что хлорки было довольно мало. А в бассейне купалось очень много детей и взрослых.
Ужин
Мы попросили его приготовить к 20.00. Заказали шашлык в день приезда, подчеркнув что за всю поездку еще не ели шашлык в Армении, что очень хотим. Поехали прогуляться и опоздали на 15 минут. Были в 20-15 уже на месте.
Шашлык был уже не с костра/мангала, т.к кухня закрылась ранее и был подостывший вариант. Лаваш был в пакете.
На следующий день мы заплатили за ужин, с нас хозяйка взяла за хлеб, к которому мы не прикоснулись и еще дополнительно 10% за обслуживание (это не гостеприимство).
Владельцы отеля, выдавая буклет с правилами поведения, никак не следят за "своими" друзьями или постояльцеми, которые могут включить музыку в колонке на улице на полную громкость.

this hotel is like a house with a beautiful garden with swimming pool, we stayed one night and also had dinner. the rooms are simple but comfortable, it is a very welcoming and hospitable family management. they have excellent apricot brandy!

Great location for exploring Garni and Gerhard. Lovely house, rooms and gardens.

We just loved everything about it!! The best friendly host, the best food, the best location.. travelling the whole Aremenia.. this was the best part of our travel. I would recommend it a million times!! We never felt like being in a hotel.. it was like staying at your best friend's house. They make you feel so comfortable and feel like family. Very helpful, always at your service. They are the most amazing charming people we ever met. The house itself was magnificent, spectacular location. They have 2 lovely, caring dogs.. our daughter loved them and enjoyed playing with them. She loved the host so much.. that she never wanted to leave. The homely traditional food, I have no words to express.. just fantastic. If we get a chance, we sure will visit many more times. We really miss them now.. your best Armenian travel memory was spending time with them.

The place is cozy and nice, the breakfast in the morning was quite good, but that’s it!
First of all, here they don’t have drinkable water coming out from the water tap which is so weird for Armenia, especially for Garni, because in Yerevan we drink the water which is coming from there. When we asked for some water to drink the housewife who is also the chef, offered us to buy bottled water and then, after we asked about the water from the sink, she offered free one.
In our room on the 3rd floor named Ani, we didn’t have hot water to shower, which is also a huge minus. After we asked the owner, he said that we have to turn the water on and wait for 3 minutes to warm it up, but after 3 and even 5 minutes of waiting the water was still cold. Btw they have a point marked as important in their hotel rules, bot to waste water, because Garni village has issues with it. These two things don’t go together.
Also one of the biggest problems of this place is not knowing about good service. We asked the household how long do we have to wait for some salads or even meat and she said that it will take 15 minutes to serve Kebab, but we wanted something light so we ordered two salads and omelette. It took them 50 minutes to make it and when we asked how long do we have to wait still the woman responded in a very rude form that she remembers about our salads.
The outdoors were both closed at 21:00 in the evening when we got back from the short walk and we were waiting there and calling them on the phone and ringing the bell for 15 minutes trying to get inside. That was also an inconvenience for us.
But everything i talked about is nothing, when we talk about this one point. They don’t have any window meshes there and in the evening when it was hot in the room and we wanted to open the window there was a bat flying outside so we couldn’t open it.

Gorgeous garden, great location. Cozy rooms. We really liked the hotel and we would love to stay longer to swim in the pool, sunbathe on the terrace. It would have been a wonderful trip, if not for the rudeness of the man who met us.
This is the first time we have encountered such a situation, although we travel a lot. I hope this doesn't happen again in this hotel, because it is really wonderful.
The accommodation bill did not match the one indicated on the booking. But instead of sorting out this situation, they shouted at us and spoiled the mood of the whole company. There was no desire to stay after that. Although we saw that other visitors are quite friendly.

This is a wonderful beautiful place. Made with love. Everything is very comfortable. Tasty breakfast. We liked staying there.
Unfortunately, the price did not correspond to the point that was at the time of booking. And when trying to find out the reason, they shouted at us very strongly. We were also called names because of our nationality - this was unacceptable. I hope that on this day the owner was in a bad mood and this will not happen again with other guests, because the hotel itself is simply beautiful!

The hotel is very nice. We had a lovely and very spacious room with a nice bathroom. The hosts were very friendly. We enjoyed the lavish breakfast, that was really superb! All homemade produce and such an incredible selection that we did not manage to try it all.

Our favourite stay in Armenia! Anna and her husband were the most welcoming hosts who treated my partner and I with the upmost kindness and generosity; cooking a huge dinner and breakfast for us both, and giving us a takeaway lunch are just a couple of examples of how excellent their hospitality was. My partner and I spent the evening chatting away to them both about their experiences being Armenian, travels, politics and much more, leaving us feeling incredibly lucky to have had that experience with locals. The property was beautiful, very big and decorated with a homely feel. The beds were very comfortable and the room was perfect. Anna's food was delicious and her dogs adorable! I strongly recommend a stay here when visiting Garni

Everything was incredible. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating, warm and friendly, and shared many stories of their country and Armenian heritage. The property has all the feels of a relaxing getaway, complete with a charming home, an orchard, where you can harvest fruit, and plenty of outdoor areas to simply spend your leisure time. The hosts’ have two friendly pets, who made the stay feel even more homely. We recommend dining here, too, as the meals are incredibly delicious. We wished to have stayed longer. Will definitely go back!

It looked beautiful right from the garden to the room. Mr.Tigran was a great host. We reached there late and was difficult to get something for dinner. He allowed us to use their kitchen and make instant noodles, also he offered Eggs , Salad, Soup , Compote and coffee. Great Hospitality. Would prefer staying here than any star hotels. Ideal for families. Well maintained room with beautiful view. I wish we had reached this property early and stayed for one more day.

Fantastic place! We swam in the pool, rested in the beautiful garden, and ate a gorgeous meal surrounded by birds and fruit trees. Comfortable room, and cosy bed. Breakfast was also magnificent, served with friendly hospitality.

Garni HinYard is a paradise. It is such a large property with a beautiful orchard separating the house from the street. We found countless trees: pears, apples and more.
The staff was extremely attentive, kind and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
There are many amenities in the property, from places to sit and relax in the orchard, to a swimming pool to refresh oneself during a warm summer day.
Our room was on the top floor. It was HUGE! It easily accommodated 3 people, and there was so much more space. Rooms were very clean and very well taken care of. The bathroom came with all bathroom amenities.
Breakfast was the BEST breakfast we had had in a while. There was such a wide selection of different dishes, from various cheeses and hams, to hot dishes and Armenian specialties. We really appreciate all the work and effort that went into preparation. It was really delicious.
We also had dinner at Garni HinYard. We had some BBQ chicken, BBQ pork, salads, and bread. Very delicious!

Great host who let us stay some hours later after checkout time. Also the pool and amenities are well thought and clean. We ordered a dinner which was also very delicious.
The only thing we would like to have is a mini fridge in the room to keep cold water and snacks.

One of the best places we've stayed. Tigran and Anna are the sweetest, friendliest souls you'll meet. It's strange that this place does not have more reviews.
They took care of us like they would take care of their own. The house and the surrounding are beautiful, it's very close to Garni, and the food was delicious,all home made with in house ingredients. When we asked Anna about the recipe, she said the most important recipe was love. Our favorite was the cherry juice and the tea.
How could we forget their beautiful German shepherd's.
When we told them that we had a long drive to Tatev, they surprised us by packing lunch for us for the road.
I'd recommend to spend a full day here. This stay rates up there with all the monasteries we visited in Armenia
