Location was amazing
The only thing was all the steps and getting all our bags up to the accommodation. It was quite difficult with two young children with us.

The holiday home was perfect, the location was perfect that gave great views from the room but still in walking distance to the centre. The home was cosy and had all the amenities needed while on a break away. We will definitely be returning .

Absolutely fantastic, Steve and Julie go the extra mile , they have literally thought of everything and more ! Tea coffee fresh milk , biscuits and chocolates but more important information about local amenities, we do know Barmouth but other guests might not and although we know Barmouth we never knew about the first national trust site if you venture further up the steps and it's a memory we will never forget 💞 the is nothing more they could do to make anyone not feel welcome or want to come back ,we highly recommend and we hope to stay again next year 💯💞
The steps up to the property with luggage etc but we'll worth it for the views and the quality of the property and after doing them 1 time they do get easier

The views were stunning.Barmouth is beautiful, well equipped cottage.chocolates and prosecco a nice welcoming touch.
Bunk beds for adults not ideal.needs a service that takes luggage upto cottage on arrival because of the many many steps. Not possible to wheel cases they have to be lifted. Everything else was lovely.

The view of the sea and the estuary was brilliant Every thing we need. Good instructions on how to find the house especially the U-tube video on how to find our way to the venue.
It was a comfortable apartment with a seaside theme to the decor. kitchen had everything we needed.
Having a car parking permit was so good as the road had yellow lines
Everything was OK

The cottage was in a beautiful location, stunning views and peaceful surroundings. Even at 6 months pregnant with a toddler, dog and a husband the steps were more than manageable! Excellently explained and good hosts

It was a very nice old building with a modern feel inside, small but not cramped. Nice view of the beach in the distance from the window.
The steps leading to the apartment were a killer after a large meal and a few beers

The apartment was excellent with everything you could want plus extras. Peaceful location. Spotless and well equipped
Steps steps steps lol but well worth the views. The YouTube video is excellent so you realise how many steps there are. Wouldn’t put me off book again though.

Very clean accommodation with everything needed for a self-catering stay, and a wonderful view across the bay from both living room and patio area. We met Stephen on arrival when we were scouting the route up to the accommodation, and he kindly let us bring our luggage up early, and also gave us the car park pass to avoid having to pay. Really nice having breakfast with the bay view from the patio, and similarly having an evening G&T with the same view.
Town centre was close by, albeit no road access, but we found the alternative, almost step-free route a lot easier to climb - we were certainly a lot fitter by the end of our weekend!!!
That climb!!!!! Seriously though, as noted above, the alternative route did prove to be a lot easier.

it was self cattering.
all was good, except for the steps up to property, but ok, once you have luggage up.

It was very homely easy to get used to comfortable beds and a nice outdoor area there was also a google play which you could ask the weather and put music on which we could use free, they left us a milk tray which we wasn’t expecting was a lovely surprise, they also gave us advice of how to get food in the area, and held lovely conversation.
We would definitely return to this property, and the shower is a dream.
The steps are the only problem cause we had heavy bags but if there was more people with us it wouldn’t of been a problem.

Great property, clearly stated that there are a lot of steps to gain access but this was not a problem, I would advise guests to pack light, video of how to access the property really helped us find it the first time. Located very centrally to all amenities, beach, pub, cafe etc. We wanted a central place to stay to walk and enjoy the beach with the dog - absolutely perfect for us. Very welcoming hosts, excellent communication, very well equipped property, literally everything we could have needed! A simple break for us, felt as COVID secure as possible, very clean and tidy. I do love my memory foam mattress so missed that! What more can I say it is a great spot to stay and enjoy the views of Barmouth and surrounding area’s. We were able to drop off and pick up ok as directed by the hosts - got the last parking spot both times and then used the permit for the car park by the Lifeboat station. Hope to visit again in the future. Thank you.
Nothing it was all perfect.
