“Cape Serenity” Escape to this stunning coastal retreat, where every moment is a picture-perfect memory waiting to be made. From the expansive balconies, offering panoramic views of both the river and the canal, to the large lanai with its heated pool, outdoor kitchen, grill, and ample seating for lounging under the sun or stars. Watch the fish dance in the water and the breathtaking sunrise and sunset in this peaceful oasis. Conveniently located within walking distance to a park with a boat ramp, it's the ideal haven for those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation.
Just a short drive to Sanibel and Captiva Islands, and Fort Myers Beach, embark on endless adventures along the South West Florida waters. Bring your own boat or arrange for a rental to be delivered to our private pier. The boat ride from our dock to the river is just 2 min!

Area attractions: Must see attractions include the Sun Splash Water Park located 10 minutes from our home. More than 2 dozen wet and dry attractions include tube ride, waterslides, lazy river, Cape Fear and more. Golf courses abound. The fishing is great whether you choose Captiva Island, Naples, Pine Island or Fort Myers to begin your expedition.Tarpon, snook, redfish, grouper and others are abundant. There are many islands to explore either on your own or on one of the many tours available. The Yacht Club is owned by the City of Cape Coral and offers a fishing pier, swimming, tennis, a snack bar and full service marina. It is 10 minutes from the house. Sanibel and Captiva have beautiful white sandy beaches accessible by car or boat. Don't miss the bird sanctuaries, the lighthouse and the amazing shelling available. There are over 35 golf courses within 30 miles.

Other activities: There are many fabulous restaurants in and around Cape Coral. Not far from Fort Myers River District. Go to Fort Myers Beach for great food right on the beach or explore the nightlife at the restaurant/bars downtown. You can drive out to Captiva Island which is very quaint and fun to walk or bike around. Fort Myers Beach has a ferry to Key West. It is a 3 1/2 hour boat ride and you can spend the day or stay overnight-nice trip-interesting place.

Boat rentals: Boat rentals are available for daily, weekly and longer. Boats can be reserved in advance and delivered to our dock, or bring your own boat which can be put in at Horton Park which is at the end of our street, and driven the short distance to our dock.

DAMANGE DEPOSIT: In lieu of taking a damage deposit or card authorization we require guest purchase an $89 property damage protection policy. Upon booking we will reach out to you, with a link to purchase.
*Minimum age of all travelers is 25 unless part of a family group
* Grill must be cleaned after use.
* NO STANDING ON THE TABLE IN THE POOL.
* No parking of boat trailers or Rv's in the driveway. This is a city ordinance and requires a permit to do so.

*Refunds will be applied according to the cancellation policy minus 3% transaction fee.

*SECURITY CAMERAS: There is one on the front of the house. There is one on the back of the lanai facing the dock.

*Garage is locked and for owners storage. No access is included with any rental.

From the second we pulled up to the house we knew this would be our forever vacation home moving forward! Absolutely stunning views from the front and back balconies. The view of the canal from the patio area is so beautiful. We were able to rent a boat and dock it right outside the home which was so convenient. Fully furnished in every room makes it feel like you are right at home. So beautiful and can’t wait to return! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with our family ☀️🌴❤️

It was a 10/10. The house and property was gorgeous. Everything was so clean and so nice. We all had a wonderful time staying in this house. The decor and all the designs really elevated the feeling of the home. We all made winderful memories that we will remember for a lifetime.

We had an excellent family vacation and the main reason was the house we stayed in. Perfect house for all of us to enjoy each others company. Big enough for us all to be together and even to have quiet time away from each other. The lanai is perfect for swimming, sunning and playing cards. The hosts are so friendly and inviting. Just a perfect place for our perfect vacation. Looking forward to coming back. Thank you so much!!

Our party of 7 (6 adults + 1 tween) loved our stay at April’s place. The heated pool and lanai area was spacious and we spent most of our time outside. Part of the lanai is covered which was nice for our one rainy day. We also enjoyed hanging out in the open concept kitchen, dining and living rooms with plenty of seating. April was super responsive to all of our questions. Overall a great stay!

We had a great time staying at this home! Our son had a baseball tournament in Ft Myers, so this was a great central point for us to travel back and forth from fields to house. There was four of us total (2 adults and 2 teenage boys) plus 2 Frenchies! The beds were comfortable, the house cooled easily, and the kitchen appliances were very handy during our visit. We hung out as a family in the living room the most, watching Netflix and playing cards at the kitchen table. I would recommend this home to anyone with kids and it was very pet friendly as well!

My family truly enjoyed ourselves at Cape Serenity. The views were beautiful from the back of the home as well as, the upstairs view of the Bay area. The home is beautifully decorated and neat. We loved having the pool right out of the back door with plenty of privacy. April was very responsive with questions. If we are ever back in Cape Coral, we would love to stay here again. If you book this vacation home, you won’t be disappointed.

My family and I spent three weeks at Cape Serenity and didn’t want to leave. The house is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed spending most of our time in the lanai! Coastal heaven is accurate for this home! The home is large enough so everyone had their own space including the AMAZING lanai and porches. The view from being at the end of the canal is beautiful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds and linens were so comfortable. The pool was swam in EVERY day - even when we had the one day of cool temps. The dolphins by the dock on Saturday evening were a totally cool experience for all of us! Fishing occurred every day - unfortunately - nothing was caught to eat - but the sting ray and crabs were cool to catch! Amy, the owner, was very responsive and checked in a couple times. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Our family of 4 stayed here with my some extended family and let me just tell you not only was the home beautiful and spacious but it had everything you could ask for! The kitchen was probably better stocked than my own and the owner April was wonderful and very responsive! We have younger children and it was nice to be supplied with everything they needed without having the hassel of dragging it along with us! We felt so welcome!

We had a great time. The screened in pool area made for a great time, no bugs and certain areas had solid roof to enjoy sitting there eating in an outside space. Keep my book docked at the property and really enjoyed going out boating, going out and docking on a sand bar. We also able to have our dogs along which was really nice. Great property and wonderful working with April!! We will back back again. Thanks

April was an amazing host! Always quick with responses. Booking, check in and check out was seemless. The home was everything we had hoped for and stayed true to the listing. So much space and the kids and adults really enjoyed the outside area. We even got to see a manatee swimming by our dock. The location was ideal, close proximity to everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and the kids enjoyed riding their bikes throughout. Us adults felt comfortable with the kids exploring. Nice little park at the end of the neighborhood. Definitely recommend this home! We will book again.

Spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for 9 people. The lanai’s pool, lounging chairs and dining table were enjoyed nightly. The kitchen and laundry had everything you would need for cooking and cleaning. All of my family said they would love to use this house for another vacation some day. The pictures accurately depict this home. April, the host, was available to answer questions in a timely manner.

My family stayed for a week. The property was very clean - just as the pictures illustrated. John and April were very responsive on any quetions we had. Our family was entertained by the neighborly iguannas daily. Check in and check out was very smooth. We definitely will try to stay here again on our next Florida visit.

Our family vacation at Cape Serenity was perfect! We loved the location. It was a very welcoming and cozy home, and everyone was comfortable. The house and lanai were all spotless. All bedding was beautiful quality providing us great nights' rests after a day of boating and beaching. The heated pool was an added plus too. April and John were so accommodating and responded to any of our messages or needs within minutes. We would love to do this again!!

We had a great stay in April's wonderful home. Two very spacious bedrooms on the upper floor with access to two balconies with great views. On the ground floor are the master bedroom and a smaller guest bedroom. We also spent a lot of time on the beautiful Lanai. Highly recommended!
