Disappointing

Apartment was in a good location, clean and valuable for money.

The owner was absolutely nightmare. Very unprofessional. Rude. Not allowed us to explain our situation why we has to stay longer. We went to on to book another 3 nights at the apartment due to medical emergency, it was not done through booking.com She treated my family like a weren't going pay witch money wasn't problem. Shouted at us, called us a lier. It was nightmare.

A terrible apartment

There was nothing to like it was not nice

Had to pay extra for air conditioning. Air conditioning units were old, didn't work efficiently and we could not find the remote control Apartment was small, tiny rooms, broken door latch, old furniture, on 2nd floor up steep stairs. It was NOT a beautiful apartment and there were no great views. False advertising. It was so bad that we did not even stay there, we left and found somewhere else to stay. I would not recommend this to anyone

Adequate

The apartment was spotlessly clean.

When we arrived there was someone already in our apartment.. it then took nearly an hour and a half to sort out! So not a great start to our break.

We made a bad accommodation as good as we could. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone else. I will return to

The property was spacious.

The property lacked a dishwasher, Microwave, things were broken such as the door handle, the furniture was very old and tatty and the sofa bed was broken. There were only 4 loungers that were owned by owners on the complex and not who we rented from. The surrounding area was run down and the walk to the beach was long when you have children. The pool was consistently dirty with flowers and insects. The owner of the property was very rude when you asked a question and was not helpful at all. on the last day there is no where to store luggage so you have to take them with you. This is not good when you have a night flight. The amenities advertised are for a hotel over the road and are not where you are staying. That hotel has no connection to this property. I feel it was falsely advertised.

Passable

The pool was good for the kids cleaned Monday to Friday. Large balcony with plenty of space washing machine and dishwasher was very useful, it was a very quiet area.

Immediate surroundings was very run down. Kitchen was very dated with missing door handles, broken appliances and no baking trays in oven. Clothes dryer was rusty walls and floors were dirty, light in stairwell didn't work. Not enough sun lounges only 4 avaliable 2 of which were a residents. Advertising wording is very misleading as there was no indoor pool or hot tub the word access too was used meaning another complex was available. There were no views of paphos from the apartment as it was in a residential area about 1 mile from seafront. Also no safety deposit box. Not all the apartments had dishwasher, microwave or ironing board. I know this as we were on holiday with family who rented 2 other apartments so we were sharing amenities. The shower pressure was really poor.

The Location, and the owner is responsive and answers immediately, also the house is okay for the money paid the bedrooms just a bit old.

5 euros per unit of air con is not acceptable, also there was no elevator to hold our luggage upstairs,

Don't book this one people!

Absolutely horrid On first coming to this property all we were looking for was a clean safe base for a night but as soon as we entered through the main entrance the doors on the electric cupboards were hanging off! When I got to the apartment which I was told by email to goto i Unlocked the key holder and entered the apartment there was someone living in it!!! So I went to the original apartment and low and behold it had the same key access code so we went in the apartment had a very fishy smell to it all furniture and beds looked tired kitchen tops were worn broken sockets in the bedroom filthy shower curtain so I decided myself and my family would not stay i called the owner who refused to believe there was anything wrong with it and rudely refused to give me any refund We were meant to have stayed here the 1st week of June Just to not there are NO great views of Paphos here and its not a beautiful apartment....anything but! The owner should be ashamed of herself for letting this property out

Never again

Pool was good.

The apartment was dirty, the trash from the previous gests was not taken out and the apartment smelled badly. There was mold in the bathroom. Very chaotic - other guests got the information and instruction to our apartment. Many appliances were disconnected, because the had to adapter for the plug (and you could not "just out it in"). The "assistant" did not react at all - neither or whatsapp, nor verbally. Beds were broken.

Terrible hygiene

I can say i have faced my worst nightmares in this apartment.One of worst apartments i stayed in , i can perfectly say i got scammed. 1-Hygiene: First everything stinks , the bed sheets the smell of the sofas the bathroom smell even the smell of cups. it was terrible.All bed sheets were stained big stains and they smelled as if they were slept on and never washed , we had to put our own towels to be able to sleep because the property towels were smelly. watch out for the pillow . Walls: All the walls were full of dirt and black hand prints and some of the bathroom tiles were broken and at any point they would have come off. 2-Privacy:All the curtains were see through so we had to change in the bathroom to avoid neighboors seeing us. 3- Value: AC was at extra fees you have to pay money to get air conditioning, good thing i stayed in april but imaginr in the hot weather it would have been super hotand not a very pleasant feelings

Amazing trip with great time

The beautiful view, comfortable rooms and the fair price. The landlord helped is with everything and gave us tips of where to eat and what to see.

Really cold and uncomfortable apartment.

Apartment is really cold. The air conditioners don't work, so there's no heating. It only works in one room so 3 of us had to sleep in there cause it was only heated room in apartment. There is mold on bathtub curtains. Apartment doesn't have a hair dryer, although it was written that he has. The content is not as presented. Only location is kinda ok, but there is also closer ones to the center.

Superb

Location is pretty okay. We had about 15 minutes walk either to Old town or to the Touristic part of the city. Owners were always responding quick to our messages and whole communication was clear and nice.

Very good

Great size, lots of room and everything you need from a fully stocked apartment. The outdoor space is also great with a table for 6 to dine and lots of room to spare. The owner was great, lots of communication, advice on where to eat, visit, etc. And because the apartment wasn’t being used immediately after our normal check out time, we were allowed to stay late and with a late flight on the day of our departure. This was a real bonus.

There was no shade by the pool. Apart from that it was perfect.

Very bad experience. Felt like we have been cheated by false rating of this place. Very misleading!

Not complicated to reach

1. Dirty kitchenware 2. Very poor shower pressure 3. Conditional Air-conditioning 4. Misleading restaurant recommendation 5. Poor quality sofa/couch. Its a nightmare to sleep on it when unfolded into bed 6. Not worth the money for anything that was offered
