Group of college friends celebrating a 65th birthday. The house was ideal for a big group, especially the kitchen and living room area. Host was easy to communicate with.

The location was great, the house was perfect for our family, lots of space, hot tub and very pet friendly.

We were a group of 7 and had more than enough space. Very close to Sunday River and local restaurants. Comfy rooms, plenty of parking space, nice hot tub, and fire pit. Hosts were easy to communicate with, arrival and departure were simple. Be advised there is an attached dwelling where people were staying, but we only saw their golden retriever in the window so it was fine. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our third stay at this property and the kids look forward to our return every year now. There were a few updates to the decor that were a nice addition ;) Will return again for our annual ski vacation next year! Thank you!!

Location near Sunday River Resort was Great. Parking was more than Sufficient and property would be interesting in non snow season. Entrance Vestibule was nice to store outdoor clothing and Skis and such. Outdoor hot tub was used and required nightly after Skiing and Hiking days and large barbecue was only used once unfortunately. Interior had more than sufficient bedrooms and close by washrooms on 2 levels. Open kitchen/dining/livingroom was large with room for all. The larger Dining Table easily sat us all and was used eating and gaming and we did not even get to use the smaller kitchen table. Reclining couch was used by all and well enjoyed. Kitchen was well equipped and appliances modern and island nicely large to do all prep work and act as buffet table. Washer and Dryer were used for wet snow wear and worked great. We would’ve have all stayed longer if not for work and tired Skiing Legs. We would certainly visit again and the group had discussions about this already for another ski trip. Overall we were appreciative of the accommodations.

We had a great time even though the area have a terribly destructive storm a week earlier. It's a great house for a family gathering. The kids loved the hot tub. It was great to see them all putting the puzzles together on the giant dinning room table every night (not something I've ever seen them do before). And we had an epic game of janga that almost reached the ceiling. Would love to do it again.

Our two-night stay at Jordan Run was generally acceptable. The check-in process was smooth, and the owners kindly extended our check-out time. However, the kitchen lacked basic cooking supplies, and the grills ran out of gas after the first night. We provided constructive feedback to the owners about these issues, but in response, they falsely claimed damage to their property (an old rug and a problematic umbrella). Fortunately, we had purchased insurance, which covered their baseless accusations. If considering a stay, it's advisable to purchase insurance due to potential unfounded claims and deposit concerns.

We stayed at this ranch while on a golf trip and felt right at home. There was plenty of room for two large families and we just loved the hot tub and fire pit. While there we dined at both the Sunday River Brew House and the Steam Mill Brewing, both were a big hit. There was plenty of hiking in the area so we climbed one of Maine's 4000 footers, Old Speck, which was very peaceful. We highly recommend staying in this home.

My family of all grown children decided to spend a long weekend together. This house worked out perfect for that. The location was great for golfing, kayaking and going to breweries. Communication with George was great up until we were at the house. We had a problem with the TV and called number in information book but was not right number. Then called Beth property manager. She said she would get a hold of George and have him call us. We did not hear from anyone. My son ended up using an app he had on his phone and we used that on the tv. Other than that everything was fine. Would recommend this house if you want to stay in this area. House would be perfect for both summer and winter.

A group of Maine educators stayed at the property for a leadership retreat. The house was perfect for our group to get a lot of work done and relax.

We had a great time staying at this property and will definitely rent again! Plenty of space and I LOVED the fact that there was a door we could close at the bottom of the stairs so my toddler couldn’t get up there. We literally packed a baby gate and never even needed to unpack it! We rent a house in NH every year and this was our first time renting in Maine. Best decision ever! The drive into New Hampshire to go to Santa’s village and storyland was scenic and easy. Additionally, this house is SPOTLESS. We also loved the jacuzzi and firepit. There was more than enough space and our family had a wonderful time. Thank you for everything!

Overall, the property is as advertised. The hot tub and location to mtn activities are nice. We had a nice week vacationing with family despite a solid amount of rain.

Entrance to the property a bit confusing. House and area itself was nice, despite not having hot water the owners were cooperative in trying to get it resolved.

This home is lovely! Great location, great style, comfortable, and roomy enough for us to each have our own space. Hot tub was an extra special feature. While we were only there for the weekend, this is one destination we will plan to return to soon. Highly recommend.

We had another great stay at Jordan Run and love all the space this property has to offer (although we didn’t use the second floor for most of the week). It’s great to be able to bring our 12 year old lab who has arthritis and no trouble at all getting in and out of the house. Most of all you can’t beat the 3 minute drive to Sunday River!!! Looking forward to our return next year ;)

Great Home that was perfect for our group of Skiers. Great location, just a few minutes to the mountain. Hot Tub after the slopes was a nice treat.

This was our second time staying at this house and unfortunately it was not a great experience this time.
Our trip got off to a bad start as we did not have heat for the first night. Obviously these things happen, but not ideal. Had the thermostats been set to higher than 55 degrees for arrival, we would have noticed the issue sooner and not late at night.... instead we lost a night of sleep in a house that was 48 degrees inside.
Additionally, when it snowed, the plow driver did not show up until very late, after I had already started shoveling the driveway myself.... not what I was trying to do on vacation.
Again these things happen - but a bit more recognition/concern from the owner of how much of an inconvenience this was would have been nice.

We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day. The proximity of the house to the mountain was perfect.

Great stay at the Jordan’s. Loved the open living space and large dining table, perfect for meals and games. Super close to the mountain and hot tub was great after a day on the slopes.

The property has a lots of useful amenities, plenty of space, and great location. Hot tub is always a llus after a day on the slopes.

Perfect location to share with family and friends. Great room to gather and socialize. Clean and exactly as described. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Sunday River at George and Kim’s home. We had 8 adults and had more than enough room but the place still felt cozy and homey.
There is plenty to do around the home with the mountains so close - but for the non-skiers, we didn’t feel we had to leave. With the hot tub, walking trails out back, and the large table perfect for big family dinners and games, there is plenty to do on the property. The owners were very responsive when we had a couple questions pop up. Would definitely recommend!

The property is an amazing place for any skier advocate. Location to Sunday River cannot be beat with the house having everything one would need to have a great weekend. Plenty of space to lounge out after a long day and have dinner together. Would stay again no doubt

The home was great for a large group! Large kitchen and dining area, and plenty of room in the living room area. The bedrooms are set up separately which makes it quiet for all which was perfect when you have a baby with you. Easy ride to the lodge for skiing, nice trails in back of house for a quick snowshoe. So nice to have a large mudroom for boots and coats. It was very clean, tons of towels, great hot tub on the deck. Wish it had a fireplace, but you can't have everything :)
Only negs:
We have 3 pro chefs in our family, who usually travel with their own knives but didn't this time. I would suggest bringing your own steak knives and chopping knives. Other than that, the kitchen was more than fully equipped for us. Also check out at 10am is way too early!
Kim & George were great, tried to get us in there a bit early since we had an infant and had no electricity where we came from. Beautiful home, superb set up, would love to go back!

Although we only stayed two nights (were there for a local wedding) it was the perfect home to stay together with family, while also having plenty of room for "your own space" (which the teenagers appreciated!). Really enjoyed viewing the stars from the hot tub...after a snowfall!
10.0
we had a wonderful time at this property! the size of the house accommodated 11 of us and two dogs very well. we enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, the grounds, and proximity to the mountain, as well as the large tables for playing games and meals together! the property manager and owner were responsive during a power outage due to heavy snowfall.

We were a group of 9 and everything was nice, clean and spacious. George and Kim responded to all of our questions promptly!

Nice big yard, walking trail in the back by the river and awesome area for a fire with lights.
