View the Thursday night fireworks from the comfort of this home or from the large deck off the dining room. Close proximity to 3 Walking paths accessing the Sundance Learning Center or Ridge RunTrail to South Ridge Express lift & the Chondola. One car attached garage for all your gear and vehicle. 3 full baths, one on every level. Laundry with washer/dryer/iron. Outdoor hot tub with Bluetooth speakers. Enjoy mountain biking at Sunday River Resort, kayaking, canoeing or fishing on the Androscoggin River. Cool off in summer in the many area swimming holes. 25 minutes to Grafton Notch State Parks many sites & hiking trails, downhill & cross country skiing locally, snowmobiling. Moose & deer abound. The autumn foliage is robust and the views plentiful. Weddings venues abound in the area and this home has plenty of room for an entire wedding party.
