This space was amazing! We celebrated our extended family Christmas here (ages 21 - 80) so every night we used the large living space to play games on the huge dining room table where we could all gather, we had a puzzle out on the kitchen island all week and we even brought in a 5 ft Christmas tree! So much room! And the space outside the bathrooms with the dressing room-like vanity was perfect for people putting on make-up drying hair. It really was a perfect space for us! Highly recommend!
If you have someone with mobility issues young or older guests, the narrow, wooden stairs could be an issue as you maneuver two sets of stairs throughout the space. The two bedrooms on the ground floor face a courtyard area and one weekend night there were people outside talking until about 4am. It's what happens in the city so we weren't reallly bothered by it but something to consider.

Central location - right in the heart of Copenhagen with the sights, lovely cafes and restaurants just across the street and within short walking distance. Check-in process was smooth and there was no need for any keys as the doors work electronically. The guidebook had all the information needed as well as local recommendations.
The apartment was clean, recently renovated and with all the amenities and appliances you would ever need. Great benefit of this apartment over many others is the two complete bathrooms/showers instead of just a single one, which really helps for large groups like ours.
The heating works great and is more than adequate even in the middle of the coldest season and considering the quirks of an older building. Hot showers with plenty of pressure, no issues whatsoever.
Overall, we're very pleased with our stay and can recommend this place to other groups as well!

Pretty good location.
The bedrooms without doors.
It needed a bit more cleaning ( at least when it comes to the kitchen itself )

Location was great. Just what we needed for the stay. Really easy with the check-in and out and perfect for a group where you can leave the keys in the box.
There was a smell of mould/sewage in the bathrooms. The images on the website gave another image than I thought – not better or worse, just different. Perhaps a bit on the expensive side for the number of days.

It’s very close to all city attractions - perfect location. It has all needed facilities and a tasty coffee.
It wasn’t sparkling clean. And the bedroom on the first floor was too wet.

The location is excellent. Very quiet despite its centralized location. The host was very responsive with excellent communication throughout. The check-in instruction was very thorough and very easy to follow. Spacious apartment and the rooms were of good size, with shelves and hangers. Clean towels and linen. Heaters everywhere. The washing machine, microwave, kitchen were clean. Great to have Netflix for the kids. Can clearly see the hosts have put a lot of care and thoughts into the apartment to make their guests comfortable.
The thing I dislike the most was the row of rubbish bins (large and small, probably around10 of them) right next to the entrance. There was no other way in and out of the apartment other than passing this row of bins. It was smelly and dark. But once pass that, the rest was fine. The house keeping lady did a great job cleaning the toilets, but the previous tenants left them in such a bad state that the smell lingered for another day. My children refused to use that toilet. We eventually bought bleach and cleaned the toilets ourselves. As other guests had mentioned, completely see through glass next to the shower. Since it was right next to a large window, not only your own family could see you while you shower, the tenants in the opposite block got a pretty good view too. My elderly parents found hard to climb the 3 flight of steep stairs when each step was not totally leveled. It was understandable as it was an old apartment and the hosts have tried to modernize it in every way they could.
