great location, great staff (very friendly), spacious room on a budget, within distance or a launderette and really good food places

balcony was shared and there were no windows so the only way to get cool air in the room was to open said shared balcony thin walls (can't be helped) so we could hear the couple above us making noise

Very friendly staff, clean fresh room with comfy bed and the very unexpected breakfast tray was a bonus.

Comfortable and convenient. I would stay again although the price will make me check the Travelodge

It was good to have a fridge, water and kit kats :-) Street parking was okay - only had to park a few minutes walk. After initially checking in at the pub, you can enter and leave via a rear entrance and gate.

I can't thank all of the staff enough here. They go out of their way each and every time to look after us and they do it out of sheer kindness. We've stayed here more times than I can remember and have never once had so much as a complaint about the service. Thank you ladies. You're all diamonds

Just what we wanted for one night

Although the pub is unprepossessing from the outside, the rooms had clearly been recently refurnished to a very high standard. We had a large room with excellent facilities, a lovely bathroom and everything was spotless. The hotel is close to a bus stop with frequent service into the centre of Enfield and the station. No breakfast is served, but there was fruit juice and cereal in the room, as well as tea/coffee. Very good value for the price.

Parking was difficult at first. There is no dedicated spot but on-street parking is free.

I always have a great visit when I come back to visit old mates. Management, staff and locals are always friendly and everything in Enfield is within an easy walk and easy links for visiting Central London. Looking forward to my next trip already.

I enjoyed my stay. the room was in the back & quiet and spacious with a desk & chair.

it was nice & very clean. there was plenty of sockets were they should be. the shower was great with good pressure. stayed one night.

the staircase to the room was windy & a bit narrow but still manageable

Had everything I needed for a short work trip. Was actually pleasantly surprised given the price point. Room had everything I needed and more, including a fan and a fridge. Perfect for my stay.
