I recommend the accommodation. We had a great time.

The room offered everything we needed, and we felt comfortable. Communication with Jing was excellent. She was willing to help if we needed anything.

Absolutely unpleasant. Petty vile host. Avoid at all cost.

Nothing. If you want to live an hour away from london on your holidays then go on and book this property. If you wish you to pull your hair out trying to get your deposit back then be my guest.

This property is a scam. The host takes the deposit money and will do her absolute best to keep it and not give anything back. It’s a shabby set up so everything is on the brink of falling apart. Bed sheets are old and mouldy, windows are barely held together, there Janek sink in the kitchen so you have to wash dishes in the bathroom. There is no washing machine either. And photos are very deceptive. It’s a tiny loft and there is hardly any space. The sofa is right beside the bed. You can’t sleep on it either as it’s very slanted. And on top of that if you want to check in early, know that the host will charge money for it. Pettiness on another level.

Okay place, not so good location.

The studio corresponds to the photos and description, no bad surprises. The place is clean.

The neighborhood is not very nice and is fat from the city center. You should be able to find something closer to the center for the same price, but without a kitchen. The owner asks for a guarantee deposit via whatsapp in a way that for me is not formal enough. However, the deposit was given back as planned.

Jing was very welcoming & accommodating to our needs without being intrusive. Our stay was very comfortable & the loft had everything we needed. Definitely would stay again.

The place suited us as we needed to stay in this location only, close to our friends.

Overall we had nice experience. The owner was pleasant and helpful, available on the phone. It was easy to communicate with her and find the keys too.

In filters we chosen to show hotels only, and we booked this place thinking it's proper hotel. But it looked more as private stay. Which was still ok though, cz the owner is a lady, the place was private and no sharing of bathroom or anything, also she assured that my family will be safe there. So no complaints.

Kettle was with green dirty water inside, we couldn’t to make a tea. Was only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a couple for a week. We bought more for our money. Door, floor and bed makes a noise, impossible to sleep comfortable! Toilet wasn’t fix from last claim. Please fix it! Spend a bit money for you better business) Unfortunately 1 towel is lost somewhere, owner called us and ask money for that, we sent as owner ask(12£). check out at 10am, as usually 12pm.

Highly recommend, super cute studio loft!

Very close to town. The property was easy access, easy to find and right next to the park. The host had great communication and the property was nice and tidy. Kitchen appliances supplied in the studio, which made it very convenient. Very happy with this property.

Great value for money in London for a separated lodge fully equipped with a large private bathroom.

Small but completely separated cozy locker room with a large private bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you may need: towels, dishes, tables, microwawe, fridge, water heater, hotplate, cleaning supplies and even an iron with a small panel. A bit far from the centre but silent neighborhood, bus stops and food stores for five minutes walk. Great value, perfect for two persons for a few nights. Also Jing was very nice and helpful with immediate responses and infos.

The studio was very well equipped and very clean. The location was ideal for us as we were visiting relatives in Enfield town. The microwave and fridge were a great addition, there's also a hotplate/minicooker but couldn't work it unfortunately! Overall highly recommended..

Comfortable and affordable

Location was great to where we were staying. Host was super friendly and accommodating. Lovely little room with everything you need. Bed comfortable and it was lovely and warm inside. We left early in the morning so was able to leave the key in the lock box and go on our way. Would recommend this lovely host.

Maybe leave some milk in the fridge or leave some milk sachets out for coffee in the morning. Otherwise everything was fabulous!

Very good

Jing is super helpful and kind! She helped me to get in the house and carry my stuff. The bed and the room were comfortable. The room has a fridge, cutlery, hair drier, ironing and basically everything needed.

The cleaning of the bathrooms could be a bit better. Also, it was diffucult to carry the heavy luggage over the narrow staircases for the room in attic.

Lovely litte studio perfect for short city stays. Clean and very quiet. I will be back.

Lock box outside the property opened via pin emailed to you securely.

Only critique, tv could be on a moving bracket to watch TV in bed :)

Birthday treat

Stayed for 2 nights. Plenty of parking along the road. We stayed on the top floor, the room has an ensuit. Plenty of light coming in to room. All you need for a comfortable stay, small kitchen area, table, wardrobe comfy bed. We would stay here again.
