Adequate for our needs.

We were a group of nine people and finding a place that could accommodate us was complicated. This place had a 5 Brd house and another 2 Brd close to that... so that is why I predominately chose it!

There were cockroaches in the bathrooms, mouse poo on the pillows and in the draws. The main A/C unit in the living space did not work and many of the doors, including bathroom doors, did not function properly. This is not a 1st world nation, so I am simply stating facts for you to choose.

Nice to have our own space but not worth the money

Loved having our own space for a while within our 3 month trip in the Pacific. Great if you like cooking for yourself after a visit to the local market. Bed was clean and had everything we needed. Staff on site were super friendly and helpful. The manager/receptionist however was stand-offish and reluctant to help without making us feel like we were putting her out.

There were lots of little broken things in the studio which could have been fixed with some simple maintenance e.g. tiling in the shower, towel rail coming off wall, lamps not working, oven smells like gas which is worrying. We informed the staff of the oven as it also kept tripping the power to our studio, we asked if someone could come and take a look at it as all the on site staff could do to help was reset the fuse but no one did (studio 6 if anyone else has the same issue). Also make sure you aren't charged the 3% card fee if paying cash, check your confirmation.

I strongly recommend this best valued resort and will forward to returning to stay again soon.

Right next door (less then a minute away) was Cafe Vila with great breakfasts, good pizza and seafood lunches, fab happy hour cocktail, and fun dinners in the hotel restaurant. The staff organised a good rate on a rental car and had it waiting for me, though when I stayed last time I took short stroll and caught the bus into town (only 10 minutes journey). The (newly added) villa I stayed in this time was very spacious, had great hotel water, everything I possibly needed and was so comfortable.

I could not fault this lovely small resort for another relaxing stay in Vanuatu.

Gut für Kurzaufenthalte

Super-nettes Personal, das mir bei allen Belangen sehr gut geholfen hat!!! Angenehme ruhige Lage, drei Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe!

Die Einrichtung und die Installationen funktionieren zwar, machen aber einen recht abgewohnten Eindruck. So richtig gemütlich für längere Aufenthalte fand ich es nicht. Die Grundreinigung im Zimmer könnte besser sein (scheint ein allgemeines Problem in Vanuatu zu sein, wenn man keine hochpreisige Anlagen wählt).

Super séjour à Port-Vila

J'ai adoré le jardin, les farés, la villa, les équipements (clim, télé, grand frigo, la wifi super.) Les hotes ont été super serviable et au petit soin pour nous durant tout le séjour.Merci à Josiane et Firmin. La proximité avec le centre villa, ni trop loin, ni trop proche et à approximité du petit magasin en sortant, avec cafe vila et the Three pigs,c'était parfait.

Par contre, dommage qu'il n y' avait pas de bouilloire électrique et de marmite à riz mais bon on s'est débrouillé . L'eau de la piscine était fort en chlore mais çà va.

beautiful people, comfortable apartment, close to a shop and restaurants. Loved it

You have to put this in context of the location that you are travelling to. The apartment was fantastic. The air con worked well, a full kitchen so we could cook fresh eggs in the morning. A shop and 2 restaurants just up the road. the staff were lovely and helpful. We loved being out of the noise and chaos of Port Vila but only a short bus ride to the action. The only noise are the dogs and the roosters, but we loved that. We woke up to singing on one morning. Just a lovely place to relax and spend time from.

The shower is challenging to work. We didn't ask for help but I'm confident if we did we would have been helped. If you are looking for 5 star - then look elsewhere. The apartment is very well appointed, with a comfy couch and everything is functional. If you want to be out of the chaos, but still have access to a shop and places to eat, then highly recommend. If you book, and the taxi driver doesn't know where to go - tell them to go to cafe vila or the three pigs restaurant.

So nice we stayed there twice!

We loved our time at Elluk East Studios!! It is situated in a very safe and quiet location next to another resort and some lovely restaurants. We found the property itself to be incredibly clean and modern with almost everything we could want including laundry, WiFi, TV, and an associated car hire service. Above all, Patricia and Siula absolutely made our stay - they were so friendly and helpful in every way including helping us to arrange buses, tours, car hire, luggage storage, and a further stay after our trip to another island! Thank you so much for having us!!

It could possibly feel slightly tucked away for some but we found it very easy and inexpensive to get a bus into town or the airport.

Such a comfortable 3 day stay. Staff was lovely and so helpful.

Everything was there to make a comfortable stay. Kitchen utensils and appliances to make brekkie and dinner. Apple airplay to connect your device to stream movies or play music. Air con and fan. You name it ,everything is there.

Nothing everything was perfect to my liking.

I would definitely stay there again. Being a solo traveller, I felt safe and comfortable.

My room was beautifully furnished and presented. The pool was great. The staff were more than helpful and can't thank Suila enough for her help and time she provided while I was there and Patricia for her great customer service.

The TV was not working and the shower was complicated to get the water temperature right. I couldn't use the iron as it had a wrong plug connection, which I couldn't plug into any power points provided.

Excellent value for money. Great accommodation, facilities and location. Great Staff.

I booked into Elluk East Studios for 3 nights before flying to the island of Santo for a week of diving. It was great value for money, quiet and secure. The Studio was well equipped especially as I like making my own breakfast in the morning and the bed was comfortable affording a great night's sleep. After a day of sightseeing it was fun to relax in the pool. Great location either to nearby Resort restaurants or a 5 minute bus ride to downtown Port Vila dining precinct. Highly recommend this property.

Laidback self contained accommodation conveniently located with great service

Great and affordable self contained accommodation with everything we required including prearranged car hire. For a small fee they even arranged to pick us up from the airport and all though our flight was delayed until midnight they were still there smiling and waiting for us. The property was clean, well maintained and in a convenient location. Thanks to the friendly staff for adding to the enjoyment of our stay.
