Very good value for money, friendly staff and relaxing.

Chris is the most amazing host, nothing is too much for him, incredibly helpful and sympathetic! The bungalows are very comfortable and spacious and very good value for money. Small kitchen with all the necessities (stovetop and oven, toaster, microwave, full-size fridge and all the utensils), which makes the holiday more affordable as eating out is expensive. Chris has just installed Starline on the tv, therefore lots of choices, a.o. all free to air Australian programs. The bathroom is very unique with all the shells and the feel of an outdoor space (which it is not). We had an oceanview apartment with large veranda and comfortable chairs. The ferry to Erakor Island is 5 minutes via the beach (low tide only), otherwise at the end of the drive the mini buses at $2 each drive you everywhere, nearby restaurants, supermarket and Port Vila itself. The property is very quiet and peaceful, the only noise comes from Le Lagon in the evening (not every night) and stops at 11, but indoors not so noticeable. I can highly recommend Pacific Lagoon Apartments.

Even though a new system was recently installed the wifi reception in the room was very poorly. It was slightly better in the pool area.

Swimming pool clean. The rooms for grade. Lots of space. Beds were comfy. Very clean. Chris, the host was amazing.

Excellent setting and close to PV. Staff are thoughtful and owner is laid back.

Owner and vibe is wonderful.

Great views

Chris is a great host and does what he can to make your stay a good one. In terms of location, stunning, I got there at night so it wasn't until the next day that I realized I could walk out the back door and the water was right there!

No doubt it needs air-conditioning in the main part of the cabin. It was pretty warm and uncomfortable and I stuggled. The main bed has air-con so you can sleep but if you have kids in the other room, the fan doesnt cut it. With aircon in the main room this place would be elite!!

Great views and secluded which was very cool. Everything was in order and it was a good place to stay. Sitting watching the water was lovely. Very welcoming host and the staff are lovely too. Main bedroom was comfortable.

Must get aircon in the main part of the apartment, too hot to think!

Amazing location / Amazing host / Great facilitiws

Chris is very welcoming - he goes above and beyond to accommodate your requirements and is always available. The unit matched the description - clean and practical 2 bedroom, near the lagoon with a pool for the family. The outdoors facilities (bbq, comfortable chairs and day beds) were a great bonus. It is also a 3 min ride to the Erakor Island, which was one of our favorite spots (for half-day trips).

We really liked everything. If I had to put something - there was no cleaning on public holidays. But had we raised the issue with Chris, he would have accommodated. Communication at this property is really amazing.

Simple sweet stay in Port Vila.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay with our baby, we had washing performed for us and the place was so clean and tidy all the time. The gardens in particular are a source of joy, enjoying them from our patio. You can see the hard work performed in maintaining them. Over the duration of our 5 nights, the manager Chris went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was everything we'd hoped for. He organised a driver for us to visit Eton Beach and the Blue Lagoon, he assisted us with food shopping, advising how much things should cost. We discussed current cultural practices around Vanuatu. Chris was the stand out factor in our stay. Whilst we did not stay in an apartment near the water (baby safety), you can see the water and it can be accessed easily, for a quick swim or a kayak or snorkel. The pool is a central feature of the property, and it was very enjoyable chatting with others as we shared the facilities.

We had an enjoyable stay in a relaxing location with very helpful advice.

The combination of excellent location on the Erakor lagoon with lovely views across the water, pleasant tropical garden, clean and well equipped units with cooking facilities, swimming pool, very helpful manager and staff.

The road nearby was in an interesting state waiting on resealing - full of potholes making for evasive action by all drivers! Made for interesting watching. The weather did not turn on the sunshine while we were there for 8 nights which was disappointing.

we had our own villa. they had a nice pool and it was set on the lagoon for swimming and snorkeling the man running it was extremely helpful and nice

it was hot and only 1 room had aircon out of town so bus ride each time to do shopping closest restaurant 700 mt walk ok in light not in night but a nice restaurant

This place is just perfect. Can’t speak highly enough about it. Beautiful location, wonderful family rooms and amazing staff that go out of their way to make sure you are relaxed and enjoying your holiday 😊

Best Place for a quite relaxing holiday on the lagoon.

It was quite, awesome location, very clean, great for families that like to do there own cooking. Chris the manger was fantastic, very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure you had the best holiday possible. Definitely coming back to stay here again. Couldn’t fault the stay.
