A new, exclusive development of 6 private apartments with stunning sea views, situated on the edge of the romantic, historic town of Tropea. Each apartment is approximately 40m2, comprising one bedroom, shower room (with heated towel rail), living room with sofa bed for two, and a well-equipped kitchen. All apartments have private entrances and private terraces with beautiful sea views of the Aeolian Islands including Stromboli. Terraces have al-fresco dining tables and sofas. Internal facilities include satellite TV, air conditioning (hot/cold) and free wi-fi.
These lovely apartments are in a quiet location approximately 700m from the historic center of Tropea (about 15 minutes walk) and 1 km from the sea. There is secure private parking and a shared garden of approximately 2000m2 in which you will find a gorgeous saltwater infinity pool and a wood-fired BBQ.
The delightful owners are on-site and always available for advice, directions, and assistance.”
On the day of check-in, customers must pay the tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per day. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax.
Check-in ore 12:30 P.M. - check out ore 9:00 A.M.
The opening hours of the swimming pool are from 9:30 A.M. to 13:30 P.M. and from 15:00 P.M. to 20:00 P.M.
Not smoke inside the property
Use the washing machine for a fee of 4 euros per wash plus 1 euro if you want to use the detergent
Graziosissimi appartamenti a Tropea situati a meta collinetta soprastante il centro storico del paese. Gli immobili hanno tutti vista mare.Il piccolo complesso denominato Borgo Panoramico per la speciale posizione dominante.Vista mare vista centro storico vista Isole Eolie giardino di circa 2.000 mq in comune piscina infinity area idromassaggio forno a legna area BBQ in comune parcheggio privato . Poiche' il complesso e' panoramico vi e' una salita di circa 300 mt percorribile anche in automobile.Il centro storico si trova a circa 700 metri mentre il mare e' a circa 1 km. Ogni appartamento ha la sua veranda privata con area relax e tavoli con sedie per il pranzo o cena all'esterno.Tutti gli immobili sono dotati di climatizzatore caldo freddo e internet wireless.Si tratta di appartamentini in villa di circa 40 mq ad appartamento compost da:1 camera da letto,1 bagno con doccia e termo arredo, 1 cucina abitabile con comodo divano letto per altri 2 persone,veranda con vista mare. Proprietari sempre disponibili e cordiali.
Il giorno del check-in i clienti devono pagare la tassa di soggiorno di 1,50 euro a persona al giorno. I bambini sotto i 12 anni non pagano la tassa di soggiorno.
