We are six 65 years plus friends who decided to celebrate a special birthday of one of our group at Noosa. This was an excellent choice having 5 bedrooms. Two of the group shared what I assume was a room normally used to accommodate children. However, There was nowhere to hang anything, no bedside tables and no bedside lamps for reading. The other rooms were beautifully furnished and well equipped. We had an issue with lighting in the carport as there was none and a sensor light onto the steps down from the carport didn’t appear to work. We left the property at 5:30am to get to the airport and we weren’t able to see anything in the carport until I turned on the car lights. We were tripping over suitcases.
On the up side the property is very well situated. It’s spacious with several living areas which meant that we could spread out or come together with ease. The kitchen was very well equipped and the pantry even had condiments, tea, glad wrap etc which made cooking much easier. Bathrooms were also well equipped providing body wash, hand wash, shampoo and conditioner.
A proper ironing board would have been a bonus.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. We are a group that travels together regularly and who stay in many different properties. I hope this review has been helpful.

3 generations for a long awaited week away in Noosa. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 infants.

The house was large enough for our extended family. The pool was a definite plus for the children.
Unfortunately the furniture and amenities were dated and subpar for the price paid.

Nice large airy home with plenty of space for all to relax. Close to Hastings st. Let down by being presented in a very grubby state. Bins were already full, barbie and oven very dirty. Bugs in one of the double beds. Needs a good scrub by a good cleaning team.

Great house for extended family group, everything you need plus more

We loved our stay at the Noosa beachouse… everything was just wonderful, there was even food in the pantry and fridge! The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect accommodation for our group of 5 girlfriends. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to use the pool - swimming in the mornings and in the afternoon. The house is in a great location away from the craziness of Hastings Street, but still easy to get to if we wanted. We loved Noosa Junction - the Coles supermarket was really convenient and there were lots of great fashion shops to browse in.
I highly recommend this house to stay in - thanks for having us!

We stayed in this house for 4 nights with 7-8 people and there was plenty of room to move. It is perfectly situated for walking to the shops for groceries and coffee at Noosa Junction and then a bit longer walk to the beach/Hastings Street. We really enjoyed our stay and are going to try to stay here again next year.

Had a great stay with large family group - House is very spacious with comfortable amenities

We were a family group of 9 (7 adults and 2 small children). This property ticked all the boxes in terms of sleeping arrangements, space, facilities etc. The downstairs area was a perfect set up for the kids to have their own play area and spread out. Everything we needed was supplied, plus a few extras. The host was super easy to contact and very helpful. The pool was just magic and we all just loved our stay there, and it was very sad to leave!

Just returned from a wonderful family get-away to this very comfortable and well positioned property. Every possible comfort for a relaxing stay was provided. Supermarkets and endless eating opportunities are just a short walk around the corner. Hastings Street/Noosa Beach are an enjoyable 1km walk downhill via the boardwalk and, for those not inclined to enjoy the uphill return walk, the free local bus loop service every 15 minutes provided an easy alternative. The property owner, Davis, was easily & promptly contactable and helpful throughout the whole booking process and also once we had arrived. Best wishes & thanks to him for sharing this delightful property.

Really enjoyed our stay, the property had everything we needed and more, all room were neat, tidy and very comfortable. We appreciated the homely touches and catering to young children. Davis was extremely helpful and responded quickly to all our queries.

We’ve been coming to Noosa since 1997, so we pretty much know the area well. As our kids grew we needed more space than the apartment we used to rent, and now we have our dog travel with us. This house ticked all the boxes for us - a 15 minute walk to the main beach; a 5 minute walk to Noosa Junction; plenty of space for the teenagers and a smart TV to keep them entertained - but the ‘icing on the cake’ is the pool. Communication with Davis was excellent and the house has everything a family needs for a comfortable stay.
4.8
The home easily accommodated 11 of us from 3 families. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The proximity to shopping restaurants and beach was so good
4.8
The house was well located and easy to access. The host was great to communicate with and any little issues were addressed in a timely manner. The property itself is showing some age but it is also reasonably priced for what you recieve so it isn’t something that bothered us.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to family’s or larger groups looking to enjoy the Noosa area.

What a way to spend christmas!! It was an absolute delight to stay here. The property is amazing and comfortably fits 8 adults and 4 children. It is close to everything you need (beach, shops and restaurants) and has everything you could possibly need including games, high chairs and portacots and all crockery to hold a christmas feast. Although the cleanliness was sub-standard and left a lot to be desired we had a wonderful time.
4.8
The only thing was the cleaning was average. The house and location were great will recommend to others.

Great property in a great location. Perfect for a family holiday. Everything was close and the house was comfortable and very well equipped for our three generations
4.8
We had a wonderful holiday with extended family. The house is very comfortable and well set up for groups of 7-10 people. Even though the weather wasn’t great for the whole time we enjoyed swimming in the heated pool, walking/running in the national park and surfing at the main beach in Noosa. Communication with Davis was seamless and pleasant. We’re already planning our next trip!

The place was in a great location and fitted all 9 adults very comfortably. The house was clean and well equipped with all the basics which was great. The owners had great communication and ensured we were ok for the duration of our stay. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Noosa!

Beautiful family friendly house
We had such a wonderful time at this property, it was perfectly located and we took advantage of this by walking to the national park and beach many times during our stay. Due to covid, we stayed at the house a lot but we were still entertained with the pool and two break out areas with tvs for kids and adults to separate! Our group was 2 families with 3 kids each and grandparents. It was suitable for all age groups. We also have a child with a disability and it was a great area for him too. The safety gate at the top of the stairs was very helpful in preventing him from going down them! A big thanks to Davis for his prompt responses regarding any questions I had. We will definitely be booking again.

Just relaxing
This property was just as advertised and was perfect for a relaxing time in Noosa. We walked to Hasting Street, to the Reef hotel and to Coles. The dogs loved it. We will need to come back in summer to make better use of the pool. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious serenity
This fabulous home is perfect for large groups and families, with heaps of space to spread out and have time to yourself. Open plan dining that leads out onto the deck makes a great area to socialise. The house is so well equipped with board games, kitchen appliances and plenty of beds. The pool is beautiful and well shaded and the location is not to far from anything. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The house was spacious and suited us very well. Pool was well used as weather not great for beach swimming for young ones. Liked the location, convenient for most things so didn’t need to drive much. Free bus was good to avoid the climb up the hill.

Perfect for a girls weekend away
The house had spacious living and dining areas and a beautiful pool! The bathroom upstairs and downstairs was lovely and big, yet the ensuite was rather small though it didn't really matter as we could use the other two bathrooms. The house was very family friendly with lots of equipment for kids, e.g games, furniture and a portacot. The house was in close driving distance to Hastings street you could walk also, but a bit of a hill on the way back up. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house and will hopefully stay again for longer next time!
