Very clean apartment with good layout. Elevator. Smart TV. 2 bed, 2 bath. Soft towels. Umbrellas were provided and used - thanks! Easy and convenient access.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Seville

Wonderful location, so close to everything. Busy area with lots of shops and cafes, felt very safe at all hours. Very comfortable apartment, extremely clean. Our host Maria Luisa was very kind. Would definitely stay there again.

The pillows were a little hard for us but that did not stop us from getting a good nights sleep.

겨울시즌에 너무 춥다. 윗층 공사로 인한 자동기상 시스템 그중에 가장은 화장실 하수구 냄새는 어떻게 처리 불가다.

Modern, clean, comfortable apartment in the heart of old town Seville.

Excellent location. Just minutes from the Cathedral and the tram to the Palace. In the heart of the old town. Lots of cafes and restaurants on the street. Beds were very comfortable. Minimum street noise in the bedrooms.

Church bells woke me up every hour in the early morning. Nothing to be done about that though!

central, very noisy, you pay for its place, overrated, price-cost ratio is not fair

Maria was very nice, who gave us the keys and she gave us some information and allowed us to stay longer in the flat even if check out was at 11:00. The location was very central.

It was not very clean in the flat, for instance bed cover was very dirty. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Furniture was very old fashioned, especially bathroom in the second room. Kitchen had not basic things like cup for drinking tee/coffee. The air conditioners were very old, there was too much noise when they were on.

I would definitely use this property again which tells you everything. Location location location.

Our host Maria Louisa was just lovely and very helpful suggesting restaurants and places to visit and was contactable throughout our stay. The apartment is slap bang in the historic centre of Seville and perfectly located for exploring the City.

Maybe the property needs a little modernisation in the kitchen and bathroom areas but it functions perfectly well as a comfortable and central base

Excellent stay in the heart of Seville

Excellent location, right in the centre of shops and restaurants. On a busy pedestrianised shopping street but as bedrooms are at the back no problem with noise. 10 mins walk to Cathedral and other attractions. Met by lovely host who handed over keys and gave advice on the city. Apartment really clean and comfortable, would definitely recommend.

Wonderful location in the centre of the city. Great with kids.

Location was fantastic and the apartment was very clean. There were basic amenities such as coffee and tea. The owner provided plenty of towels and some basic toiletries. The apartment is old but there was air conditioning, TV, small living space, kitchen with enough utensils to whip up a basic dinner. One bedroom suite, one tiny bedroom with small double bed and another bathroom. Here you pay for the location and extra bedroom. A nice refurb would make this an excellent choice. Overall a good place to stay.

The pillows were very hard (none of us could use them) the showers are typical of old buildings and either burn your skin or are cold with no medium.

Excellent Location

Location.. This hotel is a very short walk to all the major sites in Seville. Located on a busy street, the comfortable bedrooms are in the back so are very quiet. We were met by the hostess, Maria Luiza, who was very friendly and helpfully provided tips to get the most out of our stay in Sevilla.
