Excellent location which is very close to most of the main tourist sites, very clean, whole hotel smelt amazing, cleaners were nice and efficient, roof top bar had a nice view, reception staff were friendly enough and spoke good English, the room was amazing, comfortable bed and an option to order different types of pillows to suit different sleeping types, stayed in premium room which had complementary drinks in the mini fridge that were restocked every day, soundproofing was unbelievable as our room was facing the bars and we couldn't hear anything once the window was shut. Highly recommend hotel kivir for anyone visiting Seville. Especially since the price was not too expensive either per night

Some of the reception staff weren't as friendly as others, room service had a closing time so anyone checking in late or wanting a late night snack is out of luck, pool is very small (just there to cool off in the day like a plunge pool), TV in the room doesn't have any smart features like Netflix or Amazon prime video, bidets in the toilet weren't working in any room in the hotel, there was a nice area near reception that offered free coffee, drinks and some light breakfast snacks however this area was only open to us 2 days out of the 4 we stayed

River facing rooms were directly outside of restaurants and clubs which were very noisy especially on a Saturday night. staff were accommodating and we managed to swap room the next day

Perfect Hotel in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Kivir. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was great, we enjoyed the complimentary mini bar plus the drinks and snacks in the lobby too. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, a short walk from all the main tourist sites. The terrace bar is a lovely setting to enjoy a drink, soak in the sunshine and the views. We would also recommend the hotel restaurant for tapas. We would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent location with easy access to the historic center of Seville and Triana just a short, scenic walk across the bridge. Friendly staff and incredible breakfast, wonderful roof top terrace with great cocktails. Highly recommend!

Location was excellent and well-situated as close to main attractions with plenty of food options and supermarkets closeby. Nice views from the terrace. The staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was nice but could be improved. Not enough options for vegetarians apart from cheese or toast.

amazing modern hotel!

One can not go wrong with Kivir. Modern hotel with an amazing minimalist concept. Very comfortable and modern room, and excellent bathrooms. location is good, right next to Triana bridge and a 10 min walk from La Giralda, Alcazar and the Cathedral. What I liked most was the extra mile the hotel goes in ensuring a comfortable stay, by providing complimentary refreshments in both the rooms and lobby.

Great hotel !

Extremely clean, my experience at many other hotels in Seville wasn’t great…as if room cleaning isn’t important enough .. Hotel Kivir was very clean with comfy bed, and very good sound proof window, didn’t hear any noise from weekends party right outside of our room. Very happy and I will go back for sure

location was good overall, with walk-able sights.

parking was challenging. it was not stated at all that there is no drive-up check-in service available at all. i had to stressfully circle the block multiple times in order to park in a near-by underground parking garage. this needs to be communicated at the time of making a reservation!

Amazing hotel. Absolutely loved everything.

Loved everything. Beautiful hotel near the river and easy walk to the best districts and historical sights. A very large and quiet refurbished room. Free guest mini bar with snacks and drinks. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and staff welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing hotel for location, cleanliness and great staff

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It’s was immaculate and the staff were so attentive. The location next to the river was great for all the sightseeing. The roof top bar and pool was fantastic. After a few hours sightseeing it was great to be able to cool down in the pool with a drink. Complimentary soft drinks in the room and complimentary snacks in the hotel reception were a very welcome addition. Cannot fault this place.

Lovely stay

It was a wonderful stay here at Kivir Hotel. Check-in process went well and smoothly. The room was really nice, with big window. It was clean and cozy. Staff was really kind and hospitable. Additional thanks to a bartender - your cocktails were nice :)

I would say it was a really strange breakfast. Portion was really small and bad-cooked. When you see egg with avocado you expect more than badly cooked egged with teeny-tiny peace of avocado. You definitely need to pay your attention on breakfast. and improve it
