WONDERFULLY CENTRAL LOCATION:
GREAT LOCATION A SHORT WALK TO MAIN ST (.7 mi), Frisco Marina, restaurants, and Whole Foods! Unlike homes in the Reserve, which might be as large, we are much closer to Main St. and not close to I-70. Check the location of places before you book! Main St is about an 8 min walk through a lovely park with creek.
BONUS AMENITIES:
Mountain View Retreat would serve you well for long stays! Separate home office with built-in desks, monitor and printer along with mountain views! Radiant floor heating in much of the home too! In the summer, ask about borrowing inflatable SUPs and Kayak for two! Like nearly all homes in Summit County, there is no air conditioning as it’s not needed given the elevation. Enjoy the summer breezes instead!
PLEASE NOTE: We require a rental agreement with all names/ages of guests before the booking process is complete. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that fails to return the rental agreement or will not comply with our house rules. This is NOT a party house. NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed. Frisco Heights is a quiet neighborhood with many residents who live there full time. A well-behaved dog (preferably nonshedding, but let's talk) may be allowed with $25/nt per pet pet fee and pet addendum.
Please email to inquire about month+ stays. We generally discount about 10-15% off the nightly rate but it depends on the month, duration and how far out the dates are.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Frisco! The house was even prettier in person than online, and was perhaps the most well-stocked rental I have stayed in. We stayed with my family of 5 (3 kids ages 17, 17 and 7), and some friends with a family of 4 (kids ages 10 and 14). There was more than enough room in the home for all of us, and plenty of fun things to do there at the house (games, etc). It was a 10-minute drive to ski at Copper Mountain, and an easy walk to Main Street. Above all was the excellent communication with the owner. She was outstanding and made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We can’t wait to go back!

This house was a beautiful property that came well-equipped with everything you could need during your vacation. The space was huge, especially the great room and kitchen. It was great for our whole group to be together at once, comfortably. The personal touches around the house give this home a very warm vibe, rather than a generic rental home.
The location is very central, and convenient to everywhere you need to go. Our communication with the property manager was always prompt and courteous. She was helpful at every turn, when we needed it. Any minor inconveniences that we encountered were minimized thanks to her personal touch.
We cooked many dinners in the fantastic kitchen space, and it actually allowed us to save money during the trip. The hot tub was well-maintained, and was checked by a professional during our trip. There was almost nothing that we could have asked for to improve. Great stay.

The home is spacious, and well appointed. it is very well furnished, has a nice assortment of kitchen appliances, dishes, cookware, etc. It has everything needed for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with a large group of people. The host was very helpful, and very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay again, if we have another family gathering in Frisco.

This property was spacious, clean, and well supplied. This house easily accommodated our party of six adults, five children age 5 and under, and one beagle. We also enjoyed the walking distance convenience to downtown Frisco and the easy access to the bike paths, hiking trails, and other activities in the area. Our family will definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Vacation Property
The owner personally communicated to help with check-in, needs during stay and check-out. This personal touch was very nice. The house is perfectly located with downtown only a short walk away, yet the house is in a woodsy setting. We saw a moose on the trail one day and the river is beautiful. Nearby park along the river and great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The house is well stocked with everything you might need including a wine refrigerator and wine glasses. We had a wonderful time during our stay and were able to explore Keystone, Breckinridge, and Vail, which are all short drives.

Family Vacation in Frisco
We have spent a week in Frisco over the 4th of July as a family every other year for the last 8 years. This is the first time staying at this property and it was perfect for our group of 12 people. The kitchen, bar, dining, and living area on the main level was perfect for congregating and hanging out. We spent every evening on the deck around the fire. The cleanliness of the property and communication with the property manager was outstanding. We could tell that it meant a lot to them that we were happy and making memories as a family. We like being close to downtown, fishing, and to the trails and this property was perfect for that. Perfect property to match a perfect week of activities in the mountains.

Thanksgiving Reunion in the Rockies
We loved our stay - everything was perfect. This gorgeous home provided all the amenities we could think of for our family reunion over Thanksgiving. The beautiful layout provided ample room for five families (grandparents, their four kids with spouses, plus several grandchildren) to spread out, enjoy time together and manage to soak up the crisp mountain air. The location was terrific - a quick walk to adorable Frisco, playgrounds nearby, a quiet neighborhood for walking and necessary shops close by for any needs. Our host was the most responsive host I've ever encountered and helped us with any questions or needs. The kitchen was top notch with great cooking and baking items and plenty of room for a hungry rotation of kids and adults alike. The open floor plan helped us stay connected even when managing kid dinners or preparing a Thanksgiving feast. Our trip was perfect and we can't wait to visit again!

Great Home in Frisco
Great, centrally-located home, shared by a group of hikers. The home is private, located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The owner was very helpful and accommodating for all of our questions. The home has a very comfortable layout for both entertaining and sleeping. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there are indoor and outdoor eating areas. We look forward to returning to this property.

Family reunion
Shana's home and property is beautiful. The home really shines beyond what the photos project. The key for our trip was the shared spaces. We had plenty of room to lounge both inside and out for our party of 11. The kitchen is truly gourmet. We enjoyed coffee in the morning by the fireplace on the outside patio and many meals on the giant wooden table inside. Location was great. Close to town and trails and a park but also felt very private. My Mom celebrating her 80th birthday enjoyed her oversized master bedroom. All of the bathrooms are very nice as well. Overall great place and great time.

Gathering a family plus with variety of interests and ages is quite an effort! Our lovely home provided exceptional location for everyone’s interests from, walking to the river tho skip rocks, strolling into town to eat at one of the yummy restaurant, excursiining to hiking trails, golfing, and playing at the beach in Frisco Bay! Oh and for shoppers there was plenty of little quaint places to wander into!!! We truly enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, hot tub, gas fireplace and amazing grounds filled with wildflowers!!! On top of it all the sleeping arrangements were plentiful and well positioned for our mix of adults, young adults, and kiddos! I would love to return to this home!!! Mountainside Wonderland
Our stay at the property was wonderful. The mountain views were spectacular (we had a moose walk right past the kitchen windows) and the property was beautiful. We used the fully equipped gourmet kitchen multiple times per day as well as the workout equipment and sauna. We would stay there again anytime.

Rare Gem-Great Location
We stayed here with my 79 year old parents, my sister and her 3 year old, plus my 2 adult children. This place was spectacular for all of us. Loved the location with a short cut path through Walter Bryon Park to downtown Frisco. This enabled us to not have to take the car everywhere(we mostly biked everywhere). The Marina is also within 5 minutes, where you can rent Kayaks, paddle boards, and boats.(check the weather it tends to storm around 3 pm each afternoon)The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of cooking equipment and they even provided coffee and tea. The gas fireplace on the back porch was an enjoyable place to gather in the evenings. The family room with with the huge sectional was perfect for reading time and the game table allowed us to play cards and games(tons of games, books, and puzzles are provided)The bathrooms were up to date and very clean and the beds comfortable. We rented bikes from Recycle Sports which is a block away from the house and walkable(Frisco has amazing bike trails that are pretty darn flat). Check out the maps provided by the house for biking trails and hiking) Recycle Sports have amazing multi day rates. If you are into biking catch a ride up to Vail Pass and bike down hill to Dillon(my adult kids loved this 18 miles). We also used Mountain Angler for a Fly Fishing guide out of Breckenridge (ask for Willis) Worth the price of a guide every time. Hike Mt Royal if you are up for the challenge. Officer’s Gulch and Old Dillon Reservoir were good hikes for the 79 and 3 year olds. Rainbow Trail is mostly deforested at this point and not as pretty. Great central location for Copper, Breck, and Keystone.
Booking this gem next summer.

An absolutely fabulous home in a perfect location. First time in Frisco and used it as a central location to access Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone and Beaver Creek. Amenities were wonderful with the hot tub and sauna being a welcome relief to tired legs. The main living area was perfect for our group of 9 adults. Shana was so helpful and accommodating, thank you!

Fun family summer trip!
We had 10 people stay at this wonderful home. It was clean and very comfortable with everything you could possibly need! The owner was great to work with, very pleasant, and quick to respond to any question I had.
It's a great location as it is so close to everything. Do find the gravel footpath in the neighborhood that cuts through to main street. It's much faster and such a beautiful walk along the river! She left a map for it, but we didn't see it until our last night.
We had a great time at the lake paddle boarding, kayaking, and hanging out with the kids and dogs on the beach. Tons of hiking, biking and mtb trails nearby. We did horseback riding 20 mins outside of Breckenridge and Whitewater rafting with Kodi company in Frisco. They were great and it was only a15 min drive to the rapids. Main street Frisco is so cute with tons of great food and shopping. We also rode the Vail pass back down to Frisco, there are companies to rent the bikes and take you to the pass. We spent the day at Vail Village which is only 30 mins away, a day at the fun park at peak 8 in Breck which is just 10 mins away, and went to Copper which is 10 mins away for free concert, go karts, bumper boats and zip lines for the kids.
This is a perfect location because you are in the middle of everything with endless activities to do. Or, just relax on the deck or in the hot tub and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
It was a perfect house for our big group, we would definitely stay here again!
