Charming turn of the century Victorian house. Located in the downtown-west area of Colorado Springs, just 1.5 blocks from I-25 and ~1/4 mile from the popular Pinery venue, this 4-bed, 2-bath Victorian has been lovingly renovated with modern conveniences including central A/C, but keeping some of the historic charm, such as original fir hardwood floors throughout.

Please note, no parties are permitted and this is a non-smoking house (both inside and outside). Please read and agree to follow all house rules when booking.

This house was very comfortable, had plenty of space for the 3 of us. They had tons of amenities in the kitchen, more than any house we have ever stayed at. All bathrooms were well equipped too. Lots of extras! Seems they have thought of everything. We where very pleased with our stay.

Great house - it was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and our group of 4 and sometimes 5 had plenty of space. Nice location - close to downtown, Colorado College, and Old Colorado City.

My family all came to Colorado Springs to celebrate my grandmother's 100 birthday! This was the perfect location for Garden of the Gods and Downtown Colorado Springs. Beth is an amazing host and only a call or text away if you needed. This house is very unique and clean. We enjoyed making many meals in the kitchen, time together playing games, and exploring Garden of the Gods.

I really wanted to give this place a great review but I can’t if I’m to be fully transparent. There is basically zero yard, just a tiny front yard that’s very exposed to Bijou street and the back drive area is open with zero privacy and not appealing at all. The house is absolutely adorable and we did enjoy that very much. Beautifully decorated and mostly clean. Every accessory and kitchen utensil you need is there. There was unfortunately a lot of mouse droppings in the bottom stove drawer, which we didn’t see until after we had already cooked our meal. We did alert the owner in which the response is that “its an old house” Well…I also live in an old house and do NOT have mice. Sadly it is in a higher homeless population area but that’s no fault of the owner, that’s just the unfortunate de-evolution of Colorado. I would say, if you aren’t going to be there much at all, it’s perfect. Maybe also really good during the winter and Christmas time. As long as the mouse problem is taken care of. I would Not want to stay there in the summer since there isn’t anywhere to enjoy the outside.

We had an excellent stay in this well kept house. Clean and conveniently located just five minutes from downtown and close to many attractions. Check in/out was easy. Plenty of space for a family of 4 and room for more. Very quiet and and a great stay overall. We appreciated the k-cups and tourist magazines that gave us ideas to fill in between sheduled events. We would definately stay here again whne in the area.

Stayed for 3 nights and the house worked great for our group. The first floor bedroom/bath was awesome for my elderly grandmother since she can’t do stairs, and the smaller room off the bedroom upstairs was awesome for our little one. Like 2 blocks from where my family lives. Super convenient and comfortable

The property was well maintained and very clean. Owners were VERY responsive and easy to work with. The location was great for our needs. Access to Greenway Trail, downtown and 1.5 blocks to I-25 ramp. Plenty of supplies and items to cook with and prepare meals. Plenty of parking. It is an old house, but had great charm. We had our son and daughter-in-law and 2 grandkids with us. Enjoyed the Cheyene Mountain Zoo, and Cave of the Winds. Great time. Thank you.

The description of this home is absolutely accurate. It is immaculately clean, updated, conveniently located, has comfortable bedding, and WELL stocked kitchen. The only negative I have to say is outside of the owner's control. There are homeless individuals roaming during the afternoon and night. From my understanding, there is now a new law that the police can no longer intervene if on public property. That means that they could be sleeping in front of the house on the sidewalk. I would love to stay there again as I have a child in school at the Air Force Academy. However, due to the neighborhood and social issues, we probably will not return.

This historic home is a very comfortable and well decorated one. We loved the front porch and spent a good deal of time after our daytime events watching lightening storms or just relaxing and reading. The house is located with easy freeway access.

Our group of 5 turned this character-filled house into Santa’s workshop. We had a great time and the house was equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We are planning to return in the late winter.

This was a great house for our family of five. Spacious kitchen with all the necessities, private bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a nice front porch for us to gather. Our hosts were responsive to all our needs, and the location seemed central to all the attractions we came to see. Only request from our young adults and teen was to have TVs in their rooms. Since that wasn’t the case we were able to enjoy movie nights together in the living room after our long days of sight seeing. This is an older home, but well maintained and very charming. I would stay here again on future trips to the area.

The stay was pleasant. It is easy access to the freeway. The A/C is not very strong upstairs. The entertainment room was fully equipped. The kitchenware was well stocked. The grill was a plus. The backyard patio offer leisurely relaxation.

This property is all it was said to be and more. Very clean, very comfortable and very well stocked. My two sisters and I had a wonderful time quilting at the dining room table for four days. Retails stores were nearby for all our needs and DQ isn't far!! Great rental for a visit to Colorado Springs.

This was a very nice house. Had up to date appliances that worked. There is a coffee shop two doors away, and a convenience store just across the street. Restaurants were close by. The home had a beautiful front porch which we used every day. The Wi_fi was good, the air conditioner worked great, except for in the room upstairs with the twin beds that had no air conditioning. Perhaps a window unit would help there. Overall we had a great experience here and would recommend this home.
