We enjoyed our stay. Everything worked as stated. The instructions provided had all the necessary information. You will need to bring your own towels, sheets, quilt covers, pillow covers and tea towels. It is nice to have a wood fireplace.

Loved our stay at Ageri that we wish we could have stayed longer! Very clean, it's close enough to town that we walked to and from the town centre without having to think about the parking etc. Spacious for our family of 4. Quirky designs on the bathrooms but wasnt an issue. Love all the facilities: wifi, kitchenette, Coffee Machine!! Smart TV with all the streaming services, HUGE front yard, enclosed backyard etc. Even said hello to the family that stayed on the units and kids loved the company. Communication has been extremely outstanding (if anything I was the one not communicating).
Only small downside would be it can be a bit noisy from the traffic at Great Alpine road, but you only hear it when you're sitting outside, which we did a lot. The parking space is a bit small for our SUV so we happily decided to park elsewhere but again, wasn't an issue.
Have recommended Ageri to all our friends and hope to come back and stay there in the near future

We had a lovely time over the long weekend in Bright at Ageri. The location was perfect - walking distance to town but away from the crowds. The house was comfy and perfect size for the two of us. Martin was easy to communicate with too. Highly recommend if you want a good base for exploring Bright and surrounds.

Bad shower
One of the showers had absolutely no pressure . Meaning all of us had to use one shower. The hydroponic heating, well, don't even go there. We used the air con when we first arrived as there was no wood in the compartment next to the firebox. Also when you arrive you expect to be able to easily access the front door. NO, It was accessed around the back in a small compartment, labelled cleaners keys . When leaving to go out, we had to lock the front door from the inside and leave via the back door. It was quite reasonably priced but a lot of idiosyncrasies that were very annoying.

Exactly the house and holiday I needed!
For three kids between 6 and 11, this was a perfect holiday house and destination. The house itself is so cute and the kids loved that they could sleep on the third floor by themselves. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and equipment and there was heaps of room when we were all together in the dining/lounge room. The yard was also excellent and they could play outside in the cold while I watched from the couch in front of the fireplace!! Location was great too and we walked along the river into town/playground almost everyday. Martin was a fantastic host; easy to communicate with and readily available to answer questions. Such a relaxing family holiday! Thanks!!

A stay to remember
It is such a beautiful and clean property at a prime location. Everything is so well organized with very clear instructions/tips pasted around the house. Owners were super helpful on the phone. Deserves all 5 starts in all departments. We are already planning a second trip... :)

Great place to stay for 2 couples
Very well equipped for self catering including new large gas BBQ. Set in attractive garden with large outdoor table and chairs. Well lit comfortable lounge area. The ensuite bathroom was somewhat cramped and the other bathroom was on a lower level than the bedrooms. Short very pleasant walk to town centre. Excellent value.

Unique and comfortable property
My family and I enjoyed a three night stay at Ageri. Everything was as described - spacious and comfortable. The wood fire added a lovely atmosphere, although wasn't necessary for heating purposes as the split-system and hydronic heating were more than sufficient. Kitchen was well-equipped so self-catering was no problem.
Martin was very helpful, providing all the information we needed for check-in, check-out etc. The property is conveniently located, just a short walk (or 3 minute drive) from the centre of Bright. Thanks very much Martin for an enjoyable stay. I hope we will be back soon.

Very nice, fun house.
Kids had a ball in this 3 storey house. Lots of little nooks to explore and a terrific treed yard to play in. Not too far and not too close to Bright. Kitchen looks new and is well appointed. Minor grumbles are that it gets a bit hot in the upper level bedrooms in summer and we couldn't work out how to get the spa bath to run. Google Maps took us up Delany Street for some reason, but the house is quite distinctive and easy enough to find if you follow the instructions that are provided. We had a great stay. Kids are already nagging for another visit.

central location
Only the bad it, it is to hard to find property as goole map was showing to the other side of road and because of those tree it is impossible to see the house at 9 pm. Finally we found it. I think it will be better to have those trees trimmed. After all, It was pleasure to have very good house with all equipment. It would be more better if there was supply of linen and towel. Anyway fully equipped kitchen, more then enough room for family of six. Great place to walk drive or just escape from busy life.

Great home away from home for a family
We stayed at Ageri 3 nights and it was the perfect home away from home for our family of 5. We had plenty of space and the kids loved the labyrinthine setup of the house. Finding all the bedrooms was a bit like a treasure hunt. The house is well equipped and the kitchen has everything you need the gatden is a good size and finding lots of fresh lemons on the tree was an exta bonus. The house is in a quiet location but close enough to the centre of town twalk or ride your bike. Communication from the property owner was good and friendly. I would not hesitate booking this property again.

Ageri Holiday House Bright
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ageri. It was just a short stroll into town and also quiet and private. It was very well equipped from biros, paper, books and every kitchen gadget. We enjoyed the ambiance of the fire but it was just as warm and cosy without it.

Fabulous location
Ageri was perfect for our small Xmas party. Easy walking distance to shops, easy access to various local walking tracks, and a quiet end of town. Kitchen is much better resourced than the average rental.

Great family house
Ageri is great A-frame house probably built with love in the 70s and refurbed with love ever since - it has a great vibe, lots of character and the kids adored the quirky staircases and attic rooms. There is a small garden with lovely spruce trees and the house is just the right distance to walk into Bright and feel you have breathed some mountain air on the way (we walked in and out a couple of times every day). Heaps of heating and hot water. Bathrooms and kitchen are serviceable, not luxurious. There is seating for 6 with outdoor furniture too and a great log fire with wood supplied. Very clean. Bright itself is gorgeous and well set up for tourism at all times of the year. We hit the end of the ski season which meant access to the slopes was free and still snow enough at Hotham for toboganning (BYO toboggan). If you can bring or hire bikes they would be ideal at this property on a family holiday (safe path all the way into town). All good!

its convenient and near town.
the property is very clean and the kitchen is excellent.
the only discomfort is the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. we have to pass the 2nd bedroom for the bathroom/toilet esp in the night.

We could not fault this house. The A-frame design appealed to the child in the whole family. The location is close to the shops and river. Heating was more than adequate. We will be back soon.

The property is a lovely distance from the centre of town - an easy walk or a good short ride for the kids (up the back road). The house is full of character and extremely well appointed. I think the kitchen was better equipped than my kitchen at home! The queen room with ensuite was perfect for my husband and I who are room-sharing with our 4-mnth old - plenty of room for the port-a-cot. We will be back!
