Nestled in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, this 24-bedroom oceanfront home on the Outer Banks is an absolute showstopper! Equipped with 20 King En Suites, four custom-built bunk suites, and 25 bathrooms, there is enough room in this home to comfortably sleep 60 people.
The artfully designed interior and top-notch amenities in this OBX rental are incredible! The private, oceanfront heated pool is complemented by a covered tiki bar, an oceanfront sundeck and two, eight-person hot tubs. The first level hosts a 16-seat theater room, a Foosball table, and a 9-foot indoor Shuffleboard. Two billiards tables, a poker table, a ping pong table, arcade games, and two wet bars are thoughtfully positioned within the home to allow for multiple groups to spread out and enjoy the amenities.
Ocean views from this vacation home are gorgeous and the dune-top deck is perfect for watching the tides change.
Large enough to hold an event, this house features a butler pantry ideal for catering services, accordion doors that open to the fourth level ocean-facing deck, and a fenced-in yard perfect for entertainment purposes. This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**
**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

Overall the property was great for large group, plenty of bedrooms. Some things broken and needing repaired and sometimes long waits to get through tho guest services, but overall the family really enjoyed.

The house was great for our group and had many rooms and great common areas with lots of games and entertainment including a theater. The master bedrooms and kids' rooms were perfect. The gas stove was great in the kitchen and there were lots of refrigerators and a commercial ice maker (someone had removed the drawers from a couple of the refrigerators which we found in the pantry). None of the soap/shampoo dispensers in the showers worked. When we checked in, the windows facing the ocean were dirty with sand and spray--we cleaned them ourselves. The check-in information had the wrong wifi network and password, but there were sheets with the correct wifi information. One of the child-proof gates to the pool was broken and they did not fix it until Thursday even though we had several young children. There were two gas grills with full propane tanks. They were a little worn but worked fine after we cleaned them. We would go there again.

Upon arrival there were giant bags of clean and dirty laundry on the floor, not all rooms were cleaned, after having housekeeping back out and their assurance that rooms were clean, 3 guests had sand in their beds, and we had 3 occurances of bugs that looked like cockroaches! In addition we paid extra to have to pool opened, but the pool area was filthy. We spent the first evening cleaning. Disappointed to say the least.

We rented Oceans 24 and took our family of 35 to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The house was perfect. We had lots of room to spread out and the main kitchen/living area was very spacious. There is an ample supply of dishes, glasses and cookware. The house is close to stores and restaurants. We had a wonderful time.

I really enjoyed staying here during the off season. The house was beautiful and had a really nice view of the beach. Would love to come back here in the summer.

Maintenance came to clean our pool , and told us they would be able to check it., and give ok to use, never returned. Elevator broke, and maintenance didn’t come to fix. We had handicapped individuals in our party that had to be carried down the stairs along with w/c. Several calls made, with no return calls.

This proper was amazing! Lots of room and amenities. We had a group of 17 and had a great time....great pool, easy beach access, 2 hot tubs, plenty of refrigerator space. Only issue was cleanliness with the outdoor space - the tables were still dirty and the pool had dead bugs in it. Easy fixes for sure and did not take away from the stay at all.

Perfect for our corporate retreat
This was a great venue for a team outing. 24 team members were able to use the common area for meetings, presenting on the TV. Free time was spent using the amenities, vs. team members disappearing into their hotel rooms or a large resort. Perfect for building relationships and an overall team vibe. Dinners were catered in, and daily housekeeping helped us with trash removal, etc.
It's also conveniently located next to the Wright Brothers National Park, which made for a great 90 minute break for the team.
All in all, this was perfect and we may do this exact same trip again next year. The team loved it!

Room for improvement
Beautiful property but needs some work and deep cleaning. I reached out to the property manager prior to our visit with concerns from a review i read saying the grills were dirty and the sound system wouldn’t work, and was assured that neither were an actual problem, but the grills were honestly so gross and we had several tech-savy people try to hook up to the speakers with no luck. One of the dishwashers was full of dirty dishes and mold upon arrival. Underneath the beds were dusty and had items left from previous guests (socks, toys). several of our guests complained of no hot water in their room, and that their room got very hot at night. Other than that, the trip was great and beautiful weather. Comfortably fit our group of 50 with plenty of seating and space to play games.

Great property, poorly managed
The house is great. Wonderful living space, bedrooms are all very nice, game room, pool, etc - has it all. The company managing the property needs to do a much better job of cleaning the house and getting it ready for the next group coming in. The rental is from Saturday to Saturday, with check-in being at 4pm (pretty inconvenient) and check-out being at 10am. This leaves the cleaning crew 6 hours to get the house ready for the next group - which can be up to 60 people. When we arrived the team of 3 people was feverishly trying to get the house ready for us and still had the entire bottom floor to clean at 3:15pm - impossible task. The inside of the house was pretty clean, but all the outdoor spaces (patios, pool, pool deck, outdoor furniture, etc) were filthy. When I asked about this, they told me to call maintenance (my first of many calls). When calling Kees they often could not answer my very simple questions, and most of my requests were ignored until I called back a few times. The backyard is mostly just dirt, which is watered a few times a day (usually when we were walking to/from the beach) so it was actually mud and you couldn't not use it for anything, and was actually an obstacle to navigate when going to/from the beach. The property came with 2 charbroil propane grills which were not cleaned and very low quality. Shocking that someone would build a 24 bedroom home and opt for the low end grills. The stairs going over the sand dune to the beach was a bit tough to cross, especially at night because the lights don't work (no one could tell me how to turn them on). No one was able to explain or show us how to use the indoor/outdoor bluetooth speaker system, which would have been nice to have - instead we had to bring our own speaker everywhere we went - and just hopelessly gaze at all the speakers we couldn't get to work. We scheduled a midweek cleaning and at 5pm the cleaning crew still had not arrived - several angry calls got them their, but they were cleaning right in the middle of when were eating dinner, pretty annoying and it was something we paid extra for. All in all, the trip was amazing because we have amazing friends and the space itself is perfect for large groups. The management company can do a MUCH better job. I would recommend giving the cleaning crew a full day to get the house ready going forward.

Everything about our stay was perfect!
Kees was very accommodating and attentive, we were able to check in early, check out a little bit late to accommodate a guest with an elderly dog, awesome! A door handle came loose and maintenance repaired it near immediately!
Many of us viewed to make it an annual gathering!

Oceans 24 was perfect!
We stayed at Oceans 24 for a family reunion of 58 people. It's a great house with tons of stuff to do around the area. We had family of all ages and the pool was definitely the hot spot. We saw dolphins almost every morning we were there. I highly recommend Oceans 24 and Keeps Vacation!!

Beautiful house, all of our family members loved it and enjoyed the stay. Everyone loved the hot tub, blue tooth around the house and easy access to the beach front. Wish we could of used the pool but maybe next time I’m hotter weather.

House is amazing, the neighbors were not
This is a beautiful house with amazing amenities and lots of space. It easily accommodated our very large group and the pool and hot tubs were lots of fun. The only issue is that there was a wedding next to us in another house and they were loud and rude, and told us we could not be on the beach at the same time as them. One suggestion is to provide more towels.

An Absolutely Perfect Design
This house has everything you need for everything from a corporate event to a family gathering. The attention to detail - from the incredibly equipped kitchen, the perfect media room, playful game room, smart technology, to the fabulous, stunning ocean view from the third floor makes this house truly something to experience. So why not 5 stars? The houses to the left and right are built very close to this house. You will be subject to the noise and in our case, the language, of your neighbors. Depending on the event that you may be hosting, you may want to take that into consideration. As far as the house itself goes, I have never stayed anywhere this perfect for a large group.
