THE ACCOMMODATIONS
Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, this cozy condo offers an open floor plan with tall ceilings and southern exposure that creates a spacious yet intimate getaway. Equipped with full-size appliances and fully stocked cookware, the kitchen has everything you will need to indulge in a finely cooked meal. To start your day on the mountain, a toaster and coffee maker are available for your use. Sit down at the dining table with room for four or pull up a seat at the island to grab a bite before your next adventure.
The bedroom offers a new queen-size memory foam bed with quality linens and a flat screen TV to help you unwind after a day of activities. The large closet contains extra blankets and pillows to suit your needs, while allowing plenty of room for your belongings. Iron, ironing board, safe, and a box fan can also be found in the closet.
Cozy up in the living room next to the gas fireplace to relax, or enjoy the sounds and scents of the forest by opening the windows and French-style patio doors. Kick back on the leather sleeper sofa or futon, while viewing the large flat screen HD TV with cable or one of the many paperback books in the entertainment center. Free WiFi is also available.
The spacious bathroom features a jetted tub/shower, fresh towels, toiletries and ample counter space. There is also a stackable washer/dryer tucked away in a closet next to the bathroom.
Lastly, spend the spring, summer and fall barbecuing or relaxing on the patio in this great wooded setting. Enjoy the mountain views and sounds of the Snake River, which is only 50 ft away.
THE LOCATION
When you’re ready to venture out, take a short stroll to catch the free Keystone shuttle, running several times an hour. You can be at the River Run base area in minutes, with access to slopes, shopping and dining. As a guest of our condo, you also have access to Dakota Lodge’s heated, year-round pool, located in River Run. If soaking is more your style, the hot tub is a few steps away from the condo. If you are visiting Keystone for an event at the Keystone conference center, the shuttle will drop you off at the conference center if you ask the driver. Wanna go for a hike or take in the alpine scenery? Hiking trails are right on-site and the Snake River is just a short walk away where you can watch fisherman haul in colorful brook trout. For biking, you can access a bike path that will take you to Lake Dillon, or Breckenridge if you don’t mind a longer ride—the views are incredible.

It's s really charming apartment at a very convenient location. Short shuttle ride away the lifts, short drive away from stores and restaurants. Very well equiped kitchen helps in really feeling at home there. It exceed my expectations and I'm looking forward to visiting again! 5-star hosts and location! Thank you!

Great location to the slopes. Perfect size condo for our couples getaway with our pup. Clean, nicely stocked for kitchen use. Very convenient location for shared hot tub use. Queen size bed was very comfy with lots of good pillows and blanket options. Fireplace worked and was nice. It was awesome to have the in unit washer/dryer. We enjoyed walking the cleared sidewalks all the way to the Keystone resort. Its also great that this area has so many dog bag & trash stations along our walk routes. Only negarive was that there was a fire alarm going off in another unit for 3 days that cpuld be heard faintly through the walls and when I called the management office they told me they were aware of it but couldn't do anything about it for some unknown reason. Thankfully it was subtle enough that with running the fans we could drown it out. When I asked the owners of the unit questions they were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay here!!

We stayed for 4 weeks (Got 22 days on the slopes). Worked out great, especially because they allowed our dogs. Condo was clean and good size for 2. Short walk to the Keystone Shuttle when skiing and about a mile walk to River Run Village when we wanted to walk for dinner. Parking lot and sidewalk were kept clear. Only negatives were due to our longer stay - We ran out of some necessities, but we were fore warned and brought our own. Also the Property Mgmt company is not that responsive but the owners came through with answers to our questions. Would definitely Stay here again.

The condo is clean and cozy. The back deck has very pretty views. The kitchen is a great size for a smaller space, lots of counter space to prepare a good meal. There are numerous hikes close by, and a short drive to town with great breweries, restaurants, and shops. Now that we know about this place, we’ll stay again and stay longer :)

The condo exceeded our families expectations and provided an incredible location for a family getaway. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything in order. The condo was clean, cozy, and conveniently located along the orange bus route, making it easy to get to the River Run gondola. The fact that the condo is dog-friendly and on the ground floor level, along with having a dedicated parking spot right out front, were added benefits. BYO coffee and toiletries, as the ones provided by the property management company are pretty basic.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway from Denver. It was amazing! The hosts were quick to respond to my questions and gave great recommendations for food. Convenient location close to the village and the unit is well stocked. It made for such a relaxing time where we didn't have to worry about a thing. We will be back!

Nice spot for a stay at Keystone!
We really enjoyed our week here and so did our pup! It was wonderful to walk out our door and find the nature trail just around the corner for daily walks. The convenience of the bus stop and short ride to the slopes was appreciated as well as the amenities within the condo. The kitchen was very well outfitted and we enjoyed the game cabinet in the evenings. Thanks for the stay!

From the thoughtful welcome basket, perfectly equipped kitchen to checking on us during the power outage and accommodating our longer than initially planned stay (due to weather conditions). Quiet getaway
This is our second time staying at this property. We loved the unit, the check-in process as well as great communication with the property owner / property manager. The place is clean, with full kitchen allowing us to enjoy spending time in Keystone.

Just what we were looking for
Great condo for a couple or small family. We discovered it because they allow dogs. Less than a five minute drive to main parking lot at River Run. We, and our puppy loved the bike trail from our place to River Run Village. Just over a mile. I recommend this place.

Quiet getaway
We spent our wedding anniversary weekend at this beautiful condo. We booked this place primarily because it was pet friendly. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us, and our dog. The check-in process was seamless (the Property Management company sent clear instructions on how to collect the keys and has a consolidated welcome package waiting for us). The condo itself was great - decent sized bedroom with a nice kitchen and living area, and a nice backyard facing the stream. The host also had a Bose portable Bluetooth speaker which was perfect to play some tunes while sitting in the backyard. It had 2 TVs (one in the bedroom and another in the living room). The kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils for cooking, which was exactly what we were looking for. There was a grill in the backyard as well!
It was a perfect getaway from the city. We love coming to Keystone in summer as it is quiet (compared to towns like Breckenridge). It’s less than 5 min drive from the slopes and the restaurants in the town, has some nice easy trails to take the dog out for a walk.
Highly recommended place, and will definitely book this property again!

Peaceful, quiet retreat!
This condo provided the tranquil, peaceful escape we were looking for. The unit sits at the end of the complex and thus very little traffic-hardly any at all. The patio was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and listen to birds chirping and the river rolling. The screened French doors are the we're amazing, allowing for the fresh air to flow through. Shelly & Nick were fantastic hosts! They made great suggestions along with making sure the condo was ready for our arrival. We appreciated the extra linens, towels and propane. There's no doubt that we will stay here again, it's just a matter of when. My girls are already talking ski trip.

Amazing home away from home
Everything about this property makes you feel at home from the first email expressing interest to the thank you’s at the end. We felt like we were right at home in front of the fireplace, making meals in the kitchen and getting an amazing sleep in the quiet of the mountains. Delightful in every way!

We would stay here again!
The property was perfect for us! It was decorated very nicely: furniture was comfortable (except for the futon sofa) and the mattress was especially good. The kitchen had everything you need and knives were even sharp - thank you! My only complaint was the amount of pet hair. In addition to the cleaning fee we paid a pet fee that was more than double the cleaning fee and our dog is a non-shed breed and our socks and pants were covered in pet hair (of a short hair variety). You could see it on the floor when the sun shone and on the duvet cover on the bed. I have to conclude that either the owners are not getting the cleaning I (and others) are paying for or guests are bringing pets they are not registering as to avoid the pet fee. I might add the windows are desperate for a good wash which was disappointing since the view of the trees and privacy was really lovely.
