This villa has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests + 2 IN 2 EXTRA BEDS* for a total of 14 Guests.. Each guest bedroom at Villa is beautifully detailed, has a unique theme and was designed with your comfort in mind - all to make your stay truly special. All rooms have been recently renovated and are simple and elegant.
First Floor :
Junior Suite(bedroom N5) is ideal for friends travelling together or families with children. It consists of two separate double rooms, which can be made up to any configuration for up to four people and one shared bathroom. One room features a small private balcony, and all rooms are have their own door to ensure complete privacy.
The Deluxe Queen (bedroom N3) with large ensuite bathroom including his and her basins - perfect for a couple! It also boasts a large shower. Complete with your own small private balcony and deluxe queen-size bed, it proves luxury can come in all packages.
There is also another (bedroom N4) on this floor which sleeps two people.
Second Floor
Queen Terrace Suite 1(bedroom N1) is the master bedroom and offers views over Sorrento and the Gulf from your large private terrace. Complete with your own outdoor shower and sun loungers, it is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun go down. The suite can accommodate two people and features a spacious bedroom with private bathroom.
Queen Terrace Suite 2 (Bedroom N2) offers views over Sorrento and the surrounding mountains from your large private terrace complete with outdoor shower and sun lounges. The villa has a newly refurbished lounge which leads to the veranda with a fully equipped kitchen including a wood burning oven. You can enjoy your very own pizza parties! The veranda has French doors and windows so you can sit and enjoy the outside from inside whilst watching satellite TV and enjoying a glass of local, Italian wine. There is also a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy pre or post dinner drinks.
The pool features hydro-massage and micro bubble jets. As you access the water, you can sit on the benches, which are built into the pool itself. There are some steps, underwater, which take you down to the deepest part of the pool. The water is salted and unheated.
The property owner lives on the below ground floor but you will be guaranteed complete privacy during your stay. At Villa Adriana, our goal is to offer our guests and other visitors to Sorrento the complete Italian experience!
*If you have more than 12 guests in your party, we can accommodate a further 3 people in foldaway beds (extra charges apply).

My family and some friends stayed at this incredible home for 5 nights. It’s MAGNIFICENT!! The location is perfect - everything in walkable distance. Carmine is beyond incredible also! He immediately responded to any questions or needs we had, and on top of that’s he is an excellent cook! HIGHLY recommend 💕

Our family of 8 stayed in this beautiful Sorrento villa for 6 nights. The experience was truly outstanding. The location of the villa was within walking distance of all major Sorrento sites (downtown shops, cafes, restaurants, marinas, etc.). Daily maid service included cleaning of all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, outdoor sitting areas and pool--and was exceptional. The best feature, however, was Carmine. What a gem! He arranged all of our tours (Positano, Amalfi, Mt. Vesuvius, Pompeii, Capri Boat Tour) and transportation to and from Naples. Everything went perfectly! Would highly recommend this villa (and Carmine) if you're looking for the perfect experience!

The property was luxurious in every way. Perfect location (minutes walk to downtown Sorrento). Bedrooms all had King beds and most had great views. The grounds and pool were meticulously maintained. Staff was extremely helpful and took great care of my group and we cannot say enough about Carmine our host who helped and organized tours, limo transportation, or anything else needed. 5-star property bar none. Carmine was great! He helped us from initial booking, to check-in, and check-out. He even cooked during two pre-scheduled dinners at the house which were an absolute blast. House is perfect for multi-generational trips. its a very short easy walk into town with easy access to cafes shops etc. Plenty of nearby parking lots. Daily cleaning service is fantastic for a true boutique hotel experience. Only small feedback is the lack of a powder room on the main living floor and perhaps replenishing some of the bathroom amenities when needed.

This place is top-notch. Carmine will help you organize any activity you want. There were 8 of us. I would highly recommend the Culinary Food Tour of Italy. We did that the night of arrival and it was perfect. Carmine and his sous chef prepared the meal…it was super. Our son is a chef and he was ecstatic. And don’t miss the pizza dinner at the Villa too. The grounds were spectacular. We were there at the end of August and it was hot. It was great having a pool and the AC worked great. Carmine arranged a boat tour to Capri — do not miss this activity. Also, I would highly recommend having Carmine arrange your transfers to and from the airport…so easy and reliable. Couldn’t recommend this more…our whole family agreed.

Our stay here was beyond amazing! The location was fantastic- just a short walk to the main shops in town and the market. Carmine was attentive to our every need. He coordinated our transfers to and from the villa as well as booked all the activities we requested- private boat to Capri, Pompeii tour with private guide and the pizza party!! The pizza party was simply awesome!! We’d come back just for that!!! Our next trip to Italy will definitely have a stay at Villa Adrianna included!!

Italy reboot 2021
Carmine was fabulous. When we initially rented house last year and had to reschedule due to Covid he was great about refunding everything immediately. When we rescheduled this year, we jumped at renting this house. He scheduled our trips to Capri and positano for us, cooked a phenomenal dinner and I hope he survived our pasta making class! Would highly recommend the house and Carmine is the host of hosts!

Awesome Location in Sorrento
We had a great though too short stay here! Carmine the property manager was terrific and super helpful with setting up cars and tours of Capri and the Amalfi Coast. Do yourself a favor and have him set up his cooking class. It was one of our groups favorite parts of the trip. The location of this villa is within walking distance of everything in Sorrento, making it very convenient. Looking forward to a return trip!

A wonderful time had by all
Can not fault the villa it’s location space and everything about it. It’s been such a crazy year with Covid but this was a chilled relaxed stay. Carmine the host or basically the fixer was fantastic. Beautiful villa, perfect location & wonderful service
This villa lives up to the beautiful pictures on the listing. Such a stunning property just a short walk to the wonderful centre of Sorrento. The pre visit and during service from Carmine was second to none, especially given the unusual climate and that we weren't sure if we were going to be able to make it. But we did and how glad we were! Highly recommended a pizza party with Chef Carmine himself, his pizza was exceptional and it was so much fun. They have also adhered to all COVID19 rules which was very reassuring. Also thank you to the owners who provided a wheelchair for my mother who injured herself prior to the holiday. Everyone we c

The only things we would say could be improved were the comforts of the mattresses, a bath tub in one of the bathrooms would be desirable, especially for the children and it would be great to have a toilet on the same floor as the kitchen/sitting room. Wonderful stay!
The villa was great and just as advertised. The walk up the hill from town wasn't an issue. Carmine was amazing, scheduled great excursions for us, and cooked us a wonderful meal. He even let me peak in on the cooking even though I didn't schedule a class. We would recommend this place to friends and would come back in the future.

Outstanding Property and Team
Our group of 12 had a spectacular stay in Sorrento at the Adriana. The villa spotless, luxurious and fully equipped. Carmine was a joy to work with both before and during our stay. Definitely take advantage of his amazing cooking skills and class. It was educational and much fun. We will definitely stay there again if we return to Sorrento some day!

Wonderful house
The house, location and hosts created a perfect vacation for us! We were a large party of twelve people and the house had plenty of room for all of us. It's well situated close to town and all the local sites (Pompeii, Capri, Amalfi, etc). Carmine and Vittoria helped arrange for all our tours, transportation and made themselves readily available for anything we needed. I would highly recommend their lovely house.

Amazing stay at Villa Adriana!
Vittoria is an extremely accommodating host. She helped us arrange for a driver from Naples to the Villa. Upon arrival, she met us and showed us to the private gated apartment within lovely quiet grounds complete with a pool. She gave us recommendations for restaurants, shops, etc. The Villa was roomy, comfortable and in a great location, far enough away from Central Sorrento, but close enough to walk everywhere. We were a 7-8 minutes walk to the Port or to the Train/Bus stop. Vittoria arranged a private drive down the Amalfi Coast stopping in Positano, Amalfi and Ravello for a full day without our having to rent a car. Vittoria & her saff, were responsive to our questions, responded quickly to take care of our needs, and generally took care to make certain we were comfortable throughout our thirteen-day stay in Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast.

Additionally, you were so right about the boat to Capri. We would have missed out on so much, had we not taken your advice. We would highly recommend that trip to anyone considering it.
A couple of things that may be helpful to fellow travelers. Don't rent a car! Although the freeways around Rome are easy driving, the mountain roads in, and around Amalfi, and Sorrento were truly harrowing. In the future we would have you arrange all transportation.
