Terrific property and location.

This home was a solid retreat during Commissioning Week. There was ample room for our family of 5 plus an extra guest - a very large master suite, two bedrooms for our Mid and other kids upstairs with a shared hall bath, and our guest had a room with a private bathroom. The bonus room downstairs with a pool table and couch was a hit. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the location was convenient to the Academy (some walked to DTA). We had no issues with parking - there was room in the driveway for two cars and extra parking on the street. A very nice stay. My only negative was the grill was dirty and rusty, and there was no propane (there might have been if we had asked ahead). A minor inconvenience that would not deter us from a future stay.

I rented the property for the bride and her bride's maids. The many bathrooms were perfect for lots of women who needed to be at the same place at the same time. All the bedrooms were lovely. I tried to fill in the who stayed, but the other just grays out the option to fully describe the group.

We had such a great time staying here. The house was fully stocked and so comfortable! Great location with parking in Eastport. Highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer.

Our family of 8 adults and 1 pre-teen stayed here while attending a family wedding at the Annapolis Maritime Museum. The location was perfect ...it's a quiet residential street! The kitchen is well appointed, and the property was as described. Communication with the house manager, Megan, was fantastic! She responded timely and addressed the issues we encountered at the house. Our group's suggestions include updating the linens as they are well used, freshening the paint in high traffic areas, cleaning/replacing the stained cushions and area rugs and improving the basement bathroom. Yes, it's a full bathroom, but it's very rough (and not included in the photos). All of these things are cosmetic and would be appreciated by renters, but did not impact our stay.

The place was lovely and the neighborhood was really nice. Beautiful sunrises watched from the upstairs loft.

We had a wonderful stay over New Years at the eastport house! It was perfectly sized for our family to gather (ample parking) and celebrate, and we loved the open concept living/dining/kitchen. We also made use of the very well stocked kitchen for cooking big family meals! The kids loved the unfinished basement to hang-out away from the adults, and the NYE fireworks off the back deck felt like they were just for us! Comfortable beds and pillows, loved the big tub in the primary suite, just overall wonderful! The 20 minute walk into the heart of Annapolis felt easy and safe - we'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

This property was perfect for us to visit our daughter at USNA. It was a short drive or about a 15 minute walk to Gate 1. The home had plenty of space and was beautiful. We would love to stay there again!

We rent VRBOs regularly, our overall opinion is we are disappointed in the value we experienced for the price we paid. The house needs some TLC & with some attention to detail the stay would have been much more enjoyable.
What we liked: Entry to the home was easy with the door code, air conditioning worked well and was reliable, water pressure was excellent, kitchen was large and all appliances worked well, and there was plenty of plates and utensils for our big family for multiple meals. It was also great to find some spices in the pantry. We were able to park two cars easily and enjoyed walking through the neighborhood.
What we didn’t like: Although the house was generally clean, there was not the level of cleaning that I would expect for a home in this price range. It needs a solid cleaning of base boards especially in the bathroom. Showers could definitely use a steam clean along grout as there was hair and dirt when we arrived. The current bathroom mirrors are so small, only about the size of a ruler, we found ourselves going into the hall to look in the larger mirror. Beds were old and lumpy, sheets were so wrinkly it was obvious they were left in a pile, bath towels were really old w fraying edges & mismatched (they need to be rotated to the garage), the ones in the closet were haphazardly folded, again it’s a super little thing, but would have been such a better experience if they were folded nicely. BBQ on deck was so rusted and dirty we would not use it.

Minor issues. Would appreciate window coverings in bedrooms on all windows. Iron didn’t get hot enough.

Everything was as described and my family and I would definitely stay here again. Super clean house in a great neighborhood with ample parking. Megan was super responsive via text with a couple questions we had during our stay.
Thanks so much Megan.

We had a wonderful time in Eastport and Annapolis. The home is beautiful and perfect for three couples. Actually there was so much room we could have had four couples and been comfortable. Lots to do in Eastport and Annapolis and great restaurants--all within walking distance.

The house itself is large, well laid out, and in a good location. However, things are a bit run down-- broken light switches, broken appliances, worn fixtures, accumulated bathroom grime,
tattered pieces of furniture, trash and broken furniture in the back yard, a pile of dirty laundry in the basement rec room, and so on. Nothing that would make me recommend against staying here, but for the money I expected greater attention to upkeep.

Great experience perfect location! Weather you stay in Eastport which has so much to offer, great food, brewery and so much more! Or a short walk across the bridge onto Dock street, Chop tank, Pussers, the Naval Academy and best crabs ever!!! and just see the sites!! Great location for all of it!

Had a wonderful Easter weekend with family and friends. Great neighborhood and location. House and amenities could use a deep clean and updates. But the owners were kind and responsive and we still enjoyed our weekend in Annapolis.

It was really really nice and comfortable. The only drawback for some would be the lack of TV's. However we didn't miss that at all.

House is located in a great neighborhood and well suited for family gatherings. The kitchen was really nice and a good spot for family to gather as meals were prepared. Parking was not an issue as two cars fit in the driveway and if needed the street had plenty of spots. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to spend time in Annapolis.

Quiet location but close to activities.

Had small gathering of company mates for Academy reunion. This home worked perfectly. Easy walk downtown, yet more room and a yard that would be hard to find right downtown. Everything as advertised (except Cal moved to other side of town)

This house is the best location in Eastport- a beautiful and quiet tree lined street with water views but walkable to everything. The home lives large with 4 very spacious bedrooms, two living areas, plus an unfinished basement with pool table. Our stay was very comfortable! Bonus with off street parking for 2 cars and a good sized yard!

Great commissioning week location
Good Location to Eastport restaurants
and walkable to DTA and USNA. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of friendly neighbors walking by with strollers and dogs. Front porch and back deck were nice for relaxing. Large dining table for games and seating for meals.
Host was very accommodating by providing a pack and play and high chair upon request.

Nice house & location—uncomfortable stay
House was well cared for, well provisioned and a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Annapolis. Good to avoid the traffic and parking issues encountered in Annapolis. Unfortunately the road in front of the property was being repaved during our entire 4 day stay—making it smelly, dusty and noisy. One of our party suffers from asthma and she was uncomfortable. They also started working early in the morning 5:30-7 am. Hostess said she was not aware the construction was going to happen. She did refund us half the base nightly rate but if we had known we would have canceled and gone to another place.
