Nice room's design and layout also like the bed and pillow.

The air conditioner in the bedroom and the ventilation fan in the bathroom have some noise, and some lights in the room are broken.

how hidden the property is its down a little side alley, traffic getting from BKK to the airport was awful but not hotels fault.

super helpful and friendly staff that spoke English, most places I’ve stayed had staff that spoke little to no English. close to some great restaurants!!!

super dark in the room. the lights felt light candle lights made it difficult to see what I was doing pool looked a bit dirty so didn’t use far from MTR

Definitely will return, it’s more than what you’ve paid for.

The hotel is in a nice part of Bangkok but the official photos do make it look a lot more than it is

Hotel was new, clean and tidy in a nice lively location. Comfy beds, good showers, no issues with wifi, helpful staff.

We booked an executive suite but really, we received a fairly standard sized room with a couch added to it. Adding a couch to a fairly basic room doesn't make it a suite. Also, the aircon could not be adjusted and blew (loudly) directly onto the bed at night. The lights were minimal and quite dim and there was a serious lack of power sockets (eg - the room came with a kettle, but the sink where the kettle was had nothing in the way of power outlets - you had to take the kettle to the bed and plug it into the bedside table if you wanted to boil water. Not a huge issue, just a little confusing).

Very beautiful

The room was absolutely beautiful. I regularly create content for my socials and the room was always well lit and offered beautiful views of the city. I could stay weeks here and work from home in this flat! Also I could cast Movies and music from my device to the TV which was very convenient for the days where it stormed to no end!

The hotel was certainly very nice at one time in the past, but unfortunately it has gotten to a bad condition and is slowly falling into disrepair. On here the hotel seemed very inviting, unfortunately everything is falling into disrepair and the pool could not be used.

- mold in ceiling and AirCon - loose floor and water underneath - unfriendly staff - pool could not be used - far away from city

Wonderful staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, this is a well-run hotel

This hotel is kept exceptionally clean, the rooms are spacious and the bed was the perfect level of firm. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming, they were helpful with almost anything I needed.

Perhaps soundproofing, i kept hearing a door knocking in the room below in the early hours.

The staffs were absolutely amazing! And I was offered one of their best rooms! Which was beautiful 🤩 such a comfortable and soft bed! And the whole place has such calming vibes, very zen.

For this price range, the best hotel I've stayed in Thailand. Clean, tasteful design and friendly staff.

Its not that convenient. I had to take taxi to most places, and the train stations aren't anywhere within walking distance.

Solid choice in the area.

Clean, modern, comfy bed, great location. Nice shower and very hot water.

They only give you one roll of cheap toilet paper at a time. The room has coffee cups and hot water kettle but no coffee or tea. No mention about coffee/tea, breakfast, or that the pool was closed so communication from staff could be better.
