مكان جميل ورايع ولكن غرفهم مره مره صغيره

النظافه والترتيب وأسلوب الموظفين

ضيق الغرفه بشكل مو طبيعي تنفع بالكثير يومين ولا يمديك تتحرك بالغرفه محشور بين سريرين حتى الأكل علي السرير ولكن غير هذا اهتمام وتنظيف وأسلوب الموظفين

Unsafety small space hotel with cheap price.

Honestly to say, only the price is attractive.

During my 1 night stay in the A&R hotel, my staying room was trying to open by somebody twice. First time is during the first night, around 12.50am there is a lodger keep on knocking and pressing my door bell, then after i raise my voice only they stop doing it. How come the lodger can going wrong door? Isn't the room number has been written on the door access card? And the 2nd time was happened on the next early morning, there was a guy who i guess is the internal staf, as he got my door room access card and he is trying to open my door with that card, luckily i've lock the door with the security swing bar door lock, otherwise my door room might have been forced to open by that staf. After my wife is shouting on that staf only he close back the door for us, and no apologies for that. I m not sure is the staf was trying to open my door intended or unintended, how come he do not know the room has been already chck in by somebody? And somemore i've lit up the "do not disturb" sign, how come still the staf is trying to open the door? When i describing all these to the front desk, they just answer me that maybe someone is going to the wrong room, their respond on these is just so irresponsible. The another thing i want to complain is about my parking experience over there, the parking on road side is very sufficient, and i've park my car just in front of the hotel, the next day when i m going to take my car, and i found somebody spitting on my front mirror, that's so disgusting. Suspect it is doing by the lodger who are staying on the higher level from the hotel.

Very good price for value

The room was small but really comfy, the bed was great and overall everything was cozy and good. The bathroom was clean and has a great shower. The staff was super friendly.

The wi-fi connection is terrible, it got so bad that we gave up at a point. The air-conditioning needed cleaning.

it was good and the staff were nice too. i had a good stay since they were very nice to me :)

the place is very convenient, close to 7-eleven and got lots of other places that are near. comfortable enough for a short stay or even longer if you wished to have a longer stay. it’s also in front of the main street so it won’t be too quiet if you are travelling alone.

Not so worthy, the room need a great maintenance.

Staff is friendly, good service.

The whole room need to be refurbish again. The bed sheet is awful, dirty towel, flooded shower and basin, no soundproof at all. The worst is the light switch, its broken and got sound of electricity! For god sake I'm didnt got electric shock!

The hotel is well-designed and clean. They were very supportive for my request of earlier check in. The staff was friendly. The bed was nice.

There is no exhaust fan in the toilet, the room became humid after two people took showers. The siren of ambulance/bomba is quite likely to be heard for a few times. The noise proof wasn't really strong.

Good but can be improved

The pillows and mattress were too comfortable for this budget rate. The soap and shampoo also smells good.

The quilt cover got big tears and my leg keeps stuck in the hole. I think the housekeeping didn't check the tears or they didn't even change the cover. Because it is such a big tear and i am too tired to ask them to change it. I can't sleep because of it.

Was happy with the stay except for room size.

The staffs were very good and friendly. I liked the cleanliness & room service. They have free coffe service in the reception which is excellent.

Room was small according to price. Other sites of Kualalampur offer you bigger room in same price.
