If you are looking for a quiet sanctuary in the beautiful Sonoran Desert, our Casita Del Sol is the place. This fully furnished one bedroom Casita is located on 1.25 acres in North Phoenix. With a private entrance and shaded parking the Casita is situated in close proximity to hiking and biking trails, shopping and dining. With easy access to I-17 and AZ 101, golf, MLB spring training and Barrett Jackson are close at hand. Lounge by the pool by day and enjoy a drink by the fire pit at night. With room for four there is a queen sized bed and a pull-out couch. A little serenity in a desert oasis may be just what you need.

Very attractive casita that is well decorated and designed. The owners communicate quickly. The grounds, including a pool, fireplace and hot tub are very nice. Good access to the northern Scottsdale/Cave Creek area.

The casita was perfect! Cave creek offers great hiking and restaurants. Highly recommend taking a sunrise hot air balloon ride just down the road. If it’s not on your bucket list it should be. Friendly hosts and private surrounding. I hope to return again.

The casita is wonderful, the scenery is beautiful and the use of the entire yard including the pool, the hot tub, the grill and the gas fire pit was perfect! The hosts live on the property and I was a little nervous that it wouldn’t feel like a private get-away, but they were wonderful - there if we needed them but otherwise left us completely alone. Highly recommend staying here, it was a perfect getaway for my husband and I, we would most definitely go back! Oh and if you stay make sure to drink your morning coffee outside to enjoy watching the hot air balloons every morning, it was quite a treat for us Midwesterner’s :)

This was the perfect place to stay for a trip to Phoenix. The casita was just the right size for me and two kids. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and yard. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Eric was very helpful, greeted us when we got in and was available via text if we needed anything. This was a great place to stay and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying for most of the month of February in this property. We especially enjoyed the proximity to Cave Creek and Carefree. We took advantage of nearby hiking options every day. For those wanting to take day trips to Sedona and or Jerome, the area is very convenient. The only difficulty we experienced was at time getting strong internet access which appears to be more an issue of the area as a whole, not the property itself. Since I was working remotely part-time it created some difficulties but was solved by using my phone as a hot spot as needed. Our host was very responsive whenever needed.

The casita is super adorable. Definitely in a backyard, which I knew from reading the reviews. Hosts were incredibly quick with their responses, which I appreciate. We met Eric for a few minutes which was great. About the casita, we were welcomed with a bottle of rosé in the fridge and two Lindor chocolates on the pillows. Love that nice touch. Shower is huge, place was extremely clean, lovely property overall.

Dr. Eric and Cinthya have such an amazing residence and our stay was phenomenal. Everything was so clean and the amenities at the property are top notch. We celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary and this was our first time visiting Arizona. The property is located within easy driving distance to Sedona, Town of Jerome, Flagstaff and Scottsdale. Our stay at the Casita was nothing short of perfection. Absolutely gorgeous property! Eric was so kind and helpful (our car lights were left on. He noticed and messaged. Went out of his way to get jumper cables and help us out). We appreciate the attention to detail in the casita. Everything you would ever need is there. He even included a nice bottle of red wine to enjoy in the evenings around the fire pit. We spent the first part of the week hiking in Sedona and the Grand Canyon so this was a perfect way to end our week in Arizona. Pool, sun, and complete relaxation. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back. One of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at.

Directions from the property owner are spot on. The owner did a great job stocking the home with everything needed. The rental home is on the same lot and behind the main home with easy access along a short path from the driveway. The location is ideal for hiking with many trails within a 20 min drive and for driving to Sedona. This is the best VRBO we’ve rented.
