Сплошное разочарование. Хорошо оборудованный отель, но что с ним делать похоже персоналу не рассказали. Кровать нормальная. На первом этаже милое подобие террасы, можно вечером посидеть под внешним блоком кондиционера) Дизайн номеров хороший.

Началось всё с того что при оплате кредитной картой персонал потребовал 3% сверху от цены Букинга. Как испротить впечатление прямо при заезде? Спросите менеджмент отеля. Дальше – больше. В один из дней номер просто забыли убрать. На завтраке даже пакетики с чаем не положили, пейте растворимый кофе... ну или воду. В другой день попросили упаковать завтрак с собой, была ранняя экскурсия. То что положили пришлось выкинуть – это была не еда. Район довольно отдалённый от оживлённых улиц центра, так что если вы не любите тук-туки или долгие прогулки, не рекомендую.

Hotel consigliato nella città vecchia.

Stanza ampia e pulita. Doccia calda (dopo due giorni di escursioni è stata una bella coccola). Consiglio le stanze ai piani superiori, noi abbiamo scelto il giardino (è finto!). le stanze sono vicino alla reception quindi un po’ rumorose. Letto ampio e confortevole. Posizione ottima, all’interno delle mura in zona tranquilla.

Abbiamo dovuto staccare il frigo e spegnere l’aria condizionata perché erano troppo rumorosi.

Lovely hotel and helpful friendly staff

Everything was like the photos. The room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating breakfast and chilling in the garden to escape the heat of the day. We also liked the location being a little out of town as it was very quiet at night. The staff were so lovely and friendly - they made a nice homely atmosphere in the hotel.

Our room didn’t get much natural light - I would pick a room on a higher floor if I stayed again. Or a garden room at the end of the row so you had some privacy.

der var flere forskællige retter man kunne vælge til morgenmad, så noget for en hver smag. Værelset vor ok, der manglede dog stole til at sidde på på terassen sengene var meget komfortable.

Siddeområdet hvor man indtog sin morgenmad, kunne godt trænge til en opgradering.

Un 10 en chiang Mai

Todo :) La amabilidad, los desayunos, la ubicación de Ingmon House perfecta para ver todo lo que tienes que ver en Chiang Mai! Al lado de todo!!! Nos dieron plátano frito al llegar y fueron encantadores. Nos organizaron el traslado a Doi Suthep, aeropuerto… todo. Perfecto todo :) gracias!!!!

Great staff and comfortable bed for SE Asia

Very sweet staff and comfortable beds. We liked being a bit away from the tourist crowds in the old city and wondering the small side streets. The Chinese restaurant close to the hotel was one of the best meals we had in Chiang Mai- bonus!

Fine for one night in Chiang Mai

It was nice that we were able to get a room downstairs (and didn't have to bring our bags up the stairs). Staff were very friendly. The bed was excellent and the location is, too - in the SW corner of Chiang Mai (old city), just a couple minutes walk to the beautiful Nong Guak Haad Park. The decoration of the tiny terrace was cute.

For one night, it was fine but for longer, we wouldn't want to stay there. The room is rather small and there's no closet; practical storage space is quite limited. It would be nice if there were screens to keep out bugs - we did have mosquitoes in the room. The walls seemed quite thin (one could hear noise from other rooms/the hallway).

The hotel itself looks super nice, each room has an own balcony, or if your room is on the ground floor you even have a small garden. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning system, TV, hairdryer. The breakfast is very tasty and the portions are big.

No safe in the room, bit fare from the main attractions.

Primero de todo nos encantó la simpatía de la recepcionista, muy amable y resolutiva. La habitación cumplia las expectativas, cómoda, limpia y bonita. Además tenía un pequeño patio. La ubicación era muy buena, dentro de la muralla. Calidad-precio estupendas.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, trying their best to answer any questions that we had in regard to the area. Room was clean, tidy and had a cozy feeling to it.

Fridge didn't stay on when we were out of the room, as it was connected to the key system.

The staff are all super nice who helped to contact the local activity company. The room at the ground floor is spacious and no need to take the luggage upstairs. Comfortable bed and pillows that you can stay there all day long. The breakfast garden is very chill and relaxing. Having different amazing breakfast everyday which are made exactly the same with the photo shown. Wifi is strong.

Location is a bit far from the centre of old town (About 15-20 mins walk) . But a nice park is just around the corner. Shower is not strong enough yet water is hot.

Exceptional

I would recommend Ing Mon House to anyone visiting Chiang Rai. The room is very comfortable and as exceptional value, you have a variety of breakfasts to choose from, and the staff is phenomenal.

if I was going to complain about anything, it’s that the wifi isn’t stellar. Its very good, just not perfect all the time. That is a very small thing.

Appreciable and comfortable

Our stay at Igmon House was really appreciable. The facilities and the environment were nice, the staff always comprehensive and trying to help us. Not to forget that the room was unexpectedly really comfortable! We recommend !

The location, even in the old city structure is still a little bit eccentric! Be ready to walk to go more near restaurants or activities.

There are many nicer hotels in prettier areas.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were basic to a fault. Our first room was on the first floor and looked out on a wall. It was too dark. We upgraded to a larger room with good light, but the room was very poorly laid out and designed with cheap plastic chairs. That room was only available for 4 nights so we moved to a 3rd floor corner room. Good light, a bit small, and in need of better furniture. It too had cheap plastic chairs, but the room felt better. There was not much of interest nearby.
