Lovely would stay again

Loved that the property was ground floor and opened onto a nice lawn with flowerbeds and table & chairs to sit outside + the free Wi-Fi was great also very clean and comfy with a nice breakfast in the morning

It was ok

It was very clean and the staff were friendly

The beds were very uncomfortable and the walls are extremely thin I could hear everything our neighbours were doing and saying

Very basic room, no garden view, no bathroom window coverings, very good breakfast. Great location.

Loved the location. My son lives a walking distance away from the hotel which is why I chose it. Parking was no problem. Breakfast was very good and they provided gluten free options

Room was very basic. The "garden view" advertised was an overgrown piece of land at the back of the hotel, no garden in sight. There was no window coverage on the bathroom window at all. Bearing in mind these rooms are like a motel set up so the bathroom is viewable from the car park(all ground floor) so I was very uncomfortable even having a wash as anyone outside would be able to see me in the bathroom naked. I resorted to a large piece of cardboard to cover the window so I could have a shower. Luckily I didn't need to spend any time in the room other than sleeping as my family live nearby.

Property was a delight clean quite even tho they had a birthday party in the evening didnt hear a thing was lovely relaxing staff where freindly and very helpful polite

Basic but passable

As somewhere to stay between going to a wedding it was fine. The bed was comfortable and despite being near a road it was quiet. The staff at breakfast were lovely.

It wasn't the cleanest and our door kept getting jammed so at one point I was locked in. We didn't have enough towels and it was almost taken as a personal offence when we asked for more perhaps because we had to ask twice before we got any?

On the whole well worth the money compared to meny others.

Reception desk was so helpfull arranging a taxi for us to our venue, all in all very pleased. Lovely big room, very clean, loads of hot water.

My only disappointment was they don't offer de-caf tea or coffee in the rooms and at breakfast there is only coffee available no choice, again not de- caf and I am advised not to have caffeine if at all possible. Most places do offer this choice but not here.

Friendly staff at a seaside comfy location (+fantastic breakfast included)

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was a decent size. The shower had good water pressure with good towels provided. The breakfast was super tasty with a range of drinks to go along with it. I didn't eat there in the evening (although the food that went out looked lovely). We instead had a few alcoholic drinks at the bar, which was great for catching up in. Friends were all impressed with the booking. Lots of parking for those that drove.

We ended up with a flat tyre… The manager and the staff couldn’t be more helpful, even one of the staff lending us her own personal tyre pump. The staff were lovely… the breakfast was delicious … the room was brilliant. Will definitely stay again

Lovely stay, very comfy beds and polite staff

Location was fab for where we wanted to be, rooms were lovely and had everything you would need in there, we loved the little extras (teabags, hot choc, coffee). Heated towel rail so a nice warm towel for when you get out the bath.

Great value for money

It's good value for money and adequate for a one night stop over. Breakfast is great, loads of choice. Unfortunately we didn't get to try the evening food because of a large party, so we went to get curry which is a 4 min walk and really good food.

Walls are very thin and can hear the neighbours. Bed quite small, but not used to a double.

Great Staff, good food, a shame the walls are paper thin as had a terrible night due to neighbours

Staff were really nice and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent, although we had to wait half an hour for it, but to be fair the restaurant was very busy in the morning.

Walls are paper thin. The chap in the room next door to us had a coughing fit at 5am and woke everyone up either side of his room. We could hear absolutely everything.
