Outstanding amenities and staff. Location could not be beat. Art district, beach and theatre district within walking distance. Kind intelligent conscious people everywhere. This location is a personal favorite of mine ! We will be Back ❣️

El departamento tiene full equipamiento, es muy confortable. Barrio tranquilo, seguro.
Un poco lejos del centro, pero muy buen transporte público cercano. Un supermercado a una cuadra
Todo bien. Solo me habría gustado estar más cerca del centro

Great location, easy access to everything.
I didn't understand that I needed to go through the back. It was tough with a lot of bags and felt a bit unwelcoming.

Wonderful, clean location. Great price, the security is awesome and saved me from losing my phone. I would stay here in a flat minute everytime I go to Chicago.
It's a little out of the way from downtown.

Directions and check-in instructions very clear and detailed. Entrances inviting, flowers, maintained. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The views from the room and balcony were A-MAZ-ING! Bed linens and mattress were most comfortable. Extra linens and pillows available. Perfectly furnished and decorated. Location to train station, Target, river and restaurants just PERFECT. TV was easy to use. It was all great and we WILL be back!
Front desk staff not very engaging. Frowning, looking bored, often didn't look at you or greet you (except to correct you) upon entering, but that was ok, not necessary. Rooftop access was supposed to be 6am (to see sunrise!) but it wasn't open until 7a,. I tried online help and got prompt responses but they just kept saying "do you have your fob?" DUH. Of course I did. AND then repeated the hours it was open. I was standing there! And it didn't open until 7am. I suspect Programmed not for Daylight Savings Time. I might also suggest some sort of nice, heavy duty, curtain on a ceiling track, between bedroom and living room so if one person still sleeping, the other can get up and make coffee with less light for person sleeping. ALL of these are VERY minor suggestions.

The room (both bedroom and bathroom) is spacious. They offer most of the essentials. Its about 15 mins walk from the metro.
The train noise is definitely loud. The elevators are very slow ( only 2 elevators), so people need to wait for a long time. Some shelves are not stable, so be careful when you close the closet.

Apartment setting. No contact check in and check out
A little more pricey than we’d like to have paid but still worth it.

The listing is accurate and the rental agency was easy to work with; the unit was really quiet, in a great location (walking distance to good restaurants and subway), comfortable bed and nice linen, good water pressure and A/C, secure covered parking, balcony with seating, gorgeous view
Nespresso coffee maker didn't work very well, resulted in cups full of grounds; thankfully a coffee shop is a 5-minute walk away

It was an excellent location with a beautiful view.
We wished the living space was more comfortable. With just the couch and one straight chair, there wasn't enough comfortable seating for 4 adults. The indoor/outdoor mat on the floor was hard and scratchy for kids to play on. Also, we had issues with one of the toilets not working properly, midway through our stay.

Good location to walk to tourist sights. Close to L Blue and Red lines.

It was so comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. We had a great view from our balcony. I also loved having a kitchen and washer/dryer available.

The check-in process was very self-explanatory, the property was very clean, it was very easy to move around the property
The beds were rather uncomfortable

It was clean, comfortable, easy to get to, in a nice location, close to public transportation and Union Station.
I was sent a message offering the option of a later check-out time, then was told "no" when I clicked on the link to take advantage of it. If it wasn't a real option, don't offer it.

They really took care of us. I liked the kettle coffee maker. I found a lot of coffee capsules and tea 2 kinds of salt pepper and frying oil. It was a nice bonus to what was in the apartment. Thank you.
No guest parking. It is not possible to find parking on the street. It was a problem.

Great space - clean, well-appointed, comfortable bed
The apartment was very loud - not street noise, but hydraulics and machinery from both nearby apartments (water and flushing - mostly during hours that you’d probably be up anyway), AND the elevator or building HVAC at all hours. For a short stay it was fine, and I don’t really mind putting a pillow over my head to keep sleeping. But I’d be furious if I was paying rent and lived there. Maybe that’s why this unit (and others too) are not leased to tenants and instead run as short term…
