The location is excellent, especially for someone attending conferences at the McCormick Place so it's a walking distance either internally from within the hotel with the bridge connecting to the convention halls or outside just a few blocks of walking distance.
This is the first hotel I've ever stayed in where water was not complementary and charged. The staff did not make this clear and I was charged for water. Additionally, the bedsheets and the towels were stained and not clean, even when they were replaced! This is disgusting and the hotel management really need to pay attention to this. Also, there's no room service which again is a very un-hotel like feature and such items should be made very clear across all platforms where bookings are made. With multiple basic hotel features missing and services in dire need of improvement, the cost per room should be reconsidered.

The room we selected was a corner room and it was perfect for our stay. Though we arrived early and could not get a higher floor as we wanted they were able to put us into a room immediately. This on a Sunday morning in the middle of morning turnover 10:30-11:00 AM.
Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful from the gentleman cleaning windows, (did not get his name) but he was working 2nd floor on Monday afternoon), to the entire front desk staff.

I think they did an excellent job, considering that there were many people there for a volleyball tournament. My biggest issue was that there were two elevators, one of which was not working. This meant extremely long waits for an elevator. Unfortunately, taking the stairs was not an option. If taking the stairs had have been an option that would’ve been much better. I wish they would’ve made the stairs accessible during the time the elevator was out of service (which included the entirety of our stay). Other than this, everything was handled pretty well by the hotel.
The on-site gym was really nice and I really was appreciative of being able to work out during my stay.
My daughter really enjoyed the pool.
Elevator being out of service.

Friendly staff and needed the key to get on the elevator
No good food places close, nothing to walk right outside and do

It was small but offered lots more then expected
Parking situation

Amenities were nice and organized and very clean.
I did not like that the staff were being overly aggressive. One security guard was constantly harassing my kids and threatened to evict them out of their hotel room for no apparent reason.
7.0
It was conveniently located, we were able to get to our event in a matter of minutes.
No Complimentary Breakfast

The location is close to alot of things.
The parking is an absolute nightmare, even with "valet" parking. Be prepared to wait an hour to retrieve your car. Or leave before the 11am checkout and you may be in luck.

It's very close to McCormick Place and even has a bridge, so you don't have to leave the building.
The free WiFi is so slow that websites feel you are back at a dial-up modem. If I pay $300+ for a night, I expect free good WiFi. It's 2024. It's like you get free cold water and have to pay for warm water.

Nothing I loved the whole experience

The location was great. Close to China Town and Navy Pier.
The rooms were quite basic and in my opinion not worth the amount of money that was charged.

Location. Cleanliness. Friendly helpful staff.
Small portions and fairly pricey breakfast. I don’t mind paying a lot for food but don’t skimp if charging high prices.
5.0
Ability to access the McCormick Place
Parking rates, refrigerator on a 2-hour limit, extra rate for late check out.
2.0
Bad service, the staff did not give any instructions, no one gave any instructions and seemed dishonest.

Beautiful property in a very convenient location. Our room was exceptional. It was on the corner so we also got great views of the city.
There is a lot of loitering in front of the property in the late afternoon to evening hours and that can make people feel unsafe. There are also smokers right outside the building which is not a big issue but can still be gross.

Has a small swimming pool. Rooftop breakfast and bar.
Smell in the room and corridors, room service not great, rude staff at breakfast,

never been in such ridiculous hotel!
4 stars are ridiculous: no more than 2!
Go somewhere else. I had to be there because of the proximity with a conference room.
NEVER AGAIN:
THE STAFF IS THE WORST EVER!
If you’re attending an event at the convention center is perfect.
For any other reason it’s an extremely average hotel, with non existing service, mold smell in room, nothing in the fridge and shameful bathroom with the thin sticky plastic curtain like the one my mother had in the 80’s.
And overpriced.
It’s not a Hilton at all.
Thé breakfast service is tremendous and full of incompetent staff!
Stay away from here!

pool had chunks of hair floating all over, both beds would squeak with the slightest movement, other guest that stayed at the property kept us up all night due to slamming doors and yelling throughout the entire night
