Eagle’s Roost is the right side of the Eagle’s Nest Duplex. Eagle’s Nest Duplex was designed to be utilized as a duplex rental or as a single side rental. When you rent the Eagle’s Roost side of the duplex the other side will not be utilized by any other party during your rental period. That way there is no sharing of any outside areas. All the outside docks, decks, and lawns are yours to enjoy.
Eagle’s Roost is a dramatic, four story, luxury duplex with magnificent three level sweeping vistas and open lake front decks and patios. This exquisite home is configured for optimal use by large groups and extended families. The entertainment amenities include extra-large cable TVs in the game room and in the family room. The highspeed internet will keep you connected, or a regulation sized shuffleboard, a regulation sized pool table, darts, or ring toss will let you disconnect.
The magnificent Eagle’s Roost has abundant sleeping space for 20 guests. A spectacular master bedroom, seven additional oversized bedrooms, an ultra-modern kitchen, a spacious game room, a large comfortable family room, boat docks, large covered decks, spacious outside grounds, and a custom designed bar area.
The first floor has a CUSTOM DESIGNED BAR area that is large enough to accommodate all your friends and relatives. With ice maker and wine cooler there is no reason to go thirsty while overlooking the lake through oversized windows and sliding doors. These doors lead out to the breathtaking lake decks. This is absolutely the finest view on Lake Harmony. The two oversized bedrooms on this floor are both queens and there is a full bath. The more active members of your group will enjoy the entertainment equipment including a regulation sized pool table and a regulation sized shuffleboard, or they can match skills on the dartboard or ring toss set.
Located on the main entrance floor is an extremely large family room, a gas fireplace, and the most comfortable furniture you could imagine for watching the oversized LED Smart TV. The ultra-modern kitchen is perfect for large families with a spacious granite countertop breakfast bar. The kitchen has everything you need and is fully equipped with all upgraded cookware, a side-by-side refrigerator, a ceramic cook top stove & oven, and an over-the-range microwave. Your dining area has a CUSTOM DESIGNED solid wood table with matching seating for 20 that is situated to take advantage of the awesome lake views. There are two queen bedrooms on this floor, each with an attached full bath. This is the perfect setup for a grandparent of loved one that does not want to do a lot of stairs. There is also a half bath on this floor.
The third floor has the spectacular master bedroom with breath-taking lake views, and a unique attached bath that features a large two-person rain shower. The laundry is located on this floor consisting of a washer and a drier. This floor also has a large full bathroom and two bunk rooms. Each bunk room has two bunk bed sets, each set is a twin over twin and a pull-out trundle.
The Eagle’s Nest Duplex occupies the most dramatic location on the lake, so naturally the outside area is designed to take advantage of this unique opportunity. There is plenty of seating on the sweeping two level decks or you can sit down by the lake on the lawn to enjoy the sunsets. The manicured lawn area has a fire pit on slat slaps, and it runs down to the water, where the two large boat docks provide space for sunbathing and swimming in total comfort.
You may never want to leave this fabulous location but if you do Big Boulder and Jack Frost ski areas are less than 2 miles away, and there are several water parks in the area.

Couldn't have rented a better house for our girls getaway weekend at Lake Harmony!

The house was immaculate and furnished very well. We enjoyed all spaces except for the yard and lake (Mother Nature didn't cooperate).
The kitchen and Dining set up suited us, as we cooked and ate well during our stay. The massive dining table was gorgeous. We created a huge grazing/charcuterie board with it!
The counter ice maker was super helpful too - it kept up with our mixology endeavors throughout our stay!
We enjoyed all of the games provided on the lower level and were happy we brought a couple others so we didn't get bored "stuck" inside. Super fun down there!
Sleeping accommodations were plentiful!
The view... stunning!
The location was great and provided an excuse to walk to get coffee and admire the neighborhood. Coffee maker provided but you know, coffee!!

We had a wonderful Christmas weekend celebration with our children and grandchildren at the lake house. There was plenty of room for all of us (10 adults and 9 kids). The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a Christmas dinner together. Liz was very responsive and helped us navigate snow removal. Would love to come again!

The house is very spacious and appropriate for a large gathering or a multi-generational family vacation. Direct access to the lake is a big plus however the many stairs to get their can be difficult for some.

I booked this home for our family vacation- my 4 siblings and their families- (we were 15 in all) . The location is good and the views are great but the furnishings ( both inside and out) were scant and in need of repair and the overall home needs a good cleaning. Not a place for families who enjoy the comforts of home.

First, the house and views were incredible. They are better than the pictures lead you to believe and the house is much bigger than you think. We had 16 people there and the house felt empty at times.

The house is beautiful and even bigger than The online description. More than 22 people can sleep in the beds and there are sofas too. The backyard leads right to the lake so it is very easy to get into the water. I would love to stay every year. ❤️❤️

A spacious and adequate home for the vacation needs of a large family. Eagles roost provided a lovely vacation for our large family and we hope to visit again. The house was more than adequate for 20 people with the best dining table ever, family fun game room, large working kitchen for meals, and adequate storage for too much food.
Our swimming and kayaking family loved doing both from the docks on the property. One of our best vacation times together, Thank you Richard!

Eagles Roost
This was our first time to Lake Harmony and our stay didn't disappoint. The listing is completely accurate and house/deck/yard are all much bigger than the pictures imply. We couldn't believe how massive the house was. Our entire group of 20 was able to hang out together anywhere in the house without feeling cramped. The lake itself was beautiful and having direct lake access with the docks was a real highlight of the weekend. Richard was very professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. I strongly recommend this place to anyone considering it and I hope I get another chance to stay here myself.

Location, location, location!
Beautiful property and a perfect location. Our large family enjoyed water sports, fishing, s’mores at the fire pit, games, the workout room and family dinners all at the same table. Great amenities. Richard was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely rent from him again.

Awesome Getaway
My family rented one side of this amazing duplex for Thanksgiving weekend. The house was had a beautiful view, amazing accommodations. Plenty of room so that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Close to town, bars and restaurants. I will be renting again for sure!
