Four of us stayed for two nights. Great area and close to the beach and shopping. The unit was clean but parking was tricky and the instructions were not clear. The instructions for the entrance code was also unclear. There was no mention of the # as a part of the code. After the first few times it locked us out. A few additional amenities would be great to make the space more comfy. Overall not a bad stay, the unit is decorated tastfully and spacious for four adults.

Set in a nice enough condominium building the unit was very private and suitable. Parking is under cover and space is dedicated to the unit. The kitchen could have used a few more cooking items, but we made due, and admittedly like to cook a few meals while away - usually breakfast. We rented bikes to get around, even though we had a car. It was a little far from Duval, and that is good for the quiet, but also far from restaurants, shops, and attractions. The only close attraction was Smathers Beach and it was closed for construction. Overall we made due, and would recommend this unit for anyone who doesn't mind being out of the way, driving, or biking. Walking is really out. On the other hand it was very quiet, which it would not have been if it was downtown.

We were in town for long weekend for a wedding. The condo did its job as we were not really there much. The internet is slow and there are no streaming apps or devices in the home to watch anything outside of your basic cable. The bathrooms and kitchen are the originals and due for an upgrade. They do have an in unit W/D which is nice but is incredibly loud. We stayed through Monday and housekeeping came in on Sunday via the 6 digit code on the door without notice or announcing themselves. Thankfully we were still home and they could hear us but left a uneasy feeling. The condos are on the far side of the island away from all the action. Even though close to the airport we couldn’t really hear the planes that much.

Main TV did not work, texted management, they ask if I wanted it fixed. Said yes please, no one ever showed up, we were there for 4 days. Very sparsely equipped. Tissue container was empty, no cleaning products, no extra trash bags. Would not stay at this unit again, but maybe they are all like this. Ask to put some items in the refrigerator 45 minutes before check in, they said no even though it was already clean, saw the cleaning people leave.

Older dated property. Professional manager would not refund a $28 lost item fee 15 minutes after initial call. After fees this was over $400 per night. We thought it poor value for a place with no screens an an odour.

Loved the short drive to Duval St. The condo had a kitchen, cute balcony, two bedrooms and two separate baths as well as a washer and dryer. I believe the couch is a pull out too. Great for families or groups. Loved that there was more than enough toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap and dish wading bags. Very useful! Negatives, found a bug in the bathroom, but it is Florida. No tissues in the tissue container in the bathroom and the extra toilet paper was hiding that. The bathroom with the washer and dryer barely had any counter space and the space there was, was above the toilet. There’s a piece of art in there and if it were owned by me I’d take that out and put two empty shelves. The condo is also right beside the airport and it can be loud at times, but didn’t stop me from sleeping at all. The people staying above us were very loud. Over all, very cute place. Excellent communication from the Vacasa workers the entire time. They definitely deserve a shout out or raise! Made checking in and out extremely easy.

We didn’t stay long. A Harley motorcycle made some noise outside for a bit. The ceiling fan’s chain is broken so you can’t turn it off. Nice location.

I've stayed in this particular building two other times, in two different condos. Ste. 101 was definitely nicer in every way than the previous two. It was extremely clean, well appointed, and the management team that rented it to us was exceptional. I would recommend this unit to anyone who is traveling to Key West

The condo was very nice. Really liked the little touches that was left for us, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and laundry tabs, coffee pouches, and bath supplies. It was very spacious for our family and the patio was very nice. I was surprised as to how quiet the complex was in comparison to how close it was to the airport. The only issue was the mixer valve for the hot/cold were mixed up in the master bath and the air conditioning was leaking a bit in the kitchen area. I'm sure those are issues that can be repaired. I'd stay again at this complex! Really enjoyed it. A suggestion would be for the complex to have a tiki bar near the pool area to serve drinks.

Two couples trying to beat the cold and we enjoyed the stay at this condo. It's definitely a dated facility but everything was in working order, ample parking, easy to find and decent pool. In unit washer/dryer was a nice to have and plenty of towels both bath and beach were provided. A/C worked well and it was very quiet and peaceful at night. Only minor complaints were the mattresses were rock hard and the kitchen lacked a few bare essentials (coffee filters, salt/pepper).

This was a great location away from the noise of downtown but only a couple minutes drive to get to where the action was. Room was clean, nicely furnished and check-in was a breeze. Relax on the balcony and you'll make it to Malory Square for the sunset in about 5 minutes. We didn't stay long enough to use all the amenities but will the next time we come back. Soon we hope!

Very happy with this condo. Very clean. We were two couples and having the separate bathrooms were great. Nice to be able to sit on the patio with a coffee in the morning. Near the airport but absolutely ZERO noise from it that would be bothersome. Cozy. Would definitely recommend!!

Clean, represented correctly through pictures on site. Missing basics like coffee filters, basic seasonings. Only table to sit and eat at is outside. Otherwise bar seating. Very close to airport- planes loud starting around 7 am and delivery trucks loud early mornings also. 5-10 min drive to Duval street. We rented a car and it worked out great! Overall a nice place to stay. We all enjoyed it.

This was a nice place for us and our two teenage sons. Plenty of room for everyone and a good location. My only suggestions for improvement...we've never rented a place with a full kitchen that didn't also have at least basic seasonings and cooking oil- that would have been nice. Again, every place we've ever rented has had games and puzzles. Our son was sick for two days and since we have kids we aren't our partying late and having some games to play would have been great. Finally, there were no sheets for the couch bed so we had to wait until the next day to get them and some coffee filters would also have been appreciated as per had our own coffee. Just some suggestions to make it even better but overall a nice stay!

Our group was two couples and this condo was perfect for what we needed. An easy ride/Uber to Duval and other attractions around Key West. The process was great - directions were explicit and simple, it has a private parking space, and a door code to come and go. No complaints whatsoever.

The home was clean, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were nice. Kitchen was well equipped. The covered parking and washer and dryer were a super plus! Everyone enjoyed the pool area. Location was great, we weren't bothered at all by the airport nearby. Our family rented 3 condos for the week and enjoyed our time so much we didn't want to leave.
