You and your guests can come and go on the yacht anytime, day or night.

Due to local regulations, it is required that you choose at least one of the following options during your reservation: a two-hour sunset sail, a four-hour excursion, an eight-hour excursion, a ten-hour excursion, or a 24-hour excursion.

Please note that the cost of the excursions must be paid directly to our company at the time of booking. The prices listed above include the captain's fee and fuel, however, does not include gratuity.

These excursions are highly recommended by our previous guests and are sure to provide you with a memorable experience. During these outings, you'll have the opportunity to learn how to navigate the yacht, snorkel around the coral reef, fish from the yacht, spot dolphins and sea turtles, and much more. Our 24-hour charter is particularly popular as it combines the activities of a day excursion with the unique experience of spending a night anchored on the ocean with a maximum number of guests of nine. If you are staying for more than two nights, you can even enjoy multiple excursions during your reservation period.

Just imagine sleeping under the stars with no neighbors next to, above, or below you like in a hotel room. You can spend your days and nights fishing from the boat, relax on the deck while listening to the sounds of tropical fish jumping in the water, and experience the thrill of being away from the marina, anchored on the ocean. If you're seeking an adventurous and extraordinary vacation surrounded by breathtaking ocean views, wildlife, and fish, this is the perfect choice for you. You might never want to return to land again!

The weather in this area is ideal throughout the year for activities such as snorkeling, fishing, lobster catching (seasonal), kayaking, paddleboarding, learning to sail, scuba diving, or simply enjoying a relaxing sunset cruise.

You have the option to cook your own meals in the fully furnished kitchen, arrange for food catering, or even hire a professional chef for an extra cost. In the charter industry, it is customary to share your food and beverages with the captain and mate. If needed, provisioning service can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

The Perry Hotel is a pristine resort located in the heart of a turquoise paradise with crystal-clear waters. Your stay at the hotel includes access to two waterfront swimming pools, live music performances, a fitness room, three restaurants, retail shops, marina showers, laundry facilities, and more. One bedroom offers a queen with a single bed that is accessible through a small opening in front of the queen bed. You access the single bed by climbing over the top of the queen bed. A bareboat charter to the Dry Tortugas would require a minimum of five nights and you would have to purchase three-24 hour excursions in addition to what you pay VRBO, giving you one night at the Dry Tortugas. You would stay at the Marquesas islands halfway on your way there and on your way back. This is truly a bucket list charter that will provide memories that will last a lifetime. The Dry Tortugas is too far to go and come back in one day.

The excursions/charters offered are discounted from the regular price and must be paid directly to our company outside of VRBO at the time of booking.

We also offer bareboat day charters where you do not have to stay overnight on the boat. This type of charter must be booked directly through our company as VRBO is only set up for overnight accommodation bookings.

If you want to operate the boat or tender yourself you must book directly with our company to go through an approval process. Taking the vessel yourself (and not hiring a captain) is subject to prior experience on similar vessels.

We do not provide snorkel gear, & it is recommended you rent a full set at a nearby dive shop to assure your gear will fit you properly. You can rent fishing gear here as well as this is not provided. Paddle board and kayak rentals are also available nearby and some companies will even deliver them to the marina.

The advertised price on this listing covers the cost of insurance that covers you and the crew during your reservation period as well as the cost to survey the boat after you leave. You will be required to undergo a bareboat contract and will take full responsibility of the operation and safety of the yacht, crew, and all passengers.

Guests must be able to walk up & down stairs inside the boat and be able to make a longer than usual step at times to get on and off the boat.

Additional House Rules:

1. There is a $50 charge per night per person over four. There is a $100 fee to make any changes to your charter after your paperwork has been drafted and emailed to you up to 3 days prior to check in. There is a $200 fee to make any changes to your charter after your paperwork has been drafted and emailed to you 3 days or less prior to check in.

2. There is a $150 fee to add additional guests on an excursion, not staying overnight after your paperwork has been processed, up to 3 days prior to check in, and $200 per guest not staying overnight, 3 days or less prior to check in on a day charter.

Don't overthink it - just do it and the rewards will follow - Boat - well cared for Marina - very well appointed Hotel - fantastic - Stuttle helped make it easier to get to town You are off the beaten path of the craziness of Duval which is both nice and frustrating depending on your vision for the time there - RECOMMEND the boat out for the over night worth every penny!

It was our first stay on a yatch and we planned it for my daughter’s birthday. It was an amazing experience altogether with the yatch stay. We had 3 kids (10,9&6) and along with us, they also had a blast on the yatch. Special mentioning of Sue (property owner) and her communication promptness. We didn’t have to do any follow ups on anything. As per the agreed arrangements, everything was in place and was provided on time. We opted for the 2-hour excursion and post that my daughter said, “it was one of the best 2-hours of my life so far”. Captain Daniel and Branzco were more than excellent in providing all the info and a smooth sailing. Not to forget that Dan has good photography skills too. Overall, it was a great experience and we are surely looking forwaed to rebook the yatch.

The idea of a week on a sailboat as a family really appealed to us. The ad for this catamaran stay looked great and the available excursions looked fun. The reality is that this boat is no where near as spacious as the ad appears. For people who have had sailboat experience, perhaps the reality would be less jarring. For those who have had no sailboat experience, prepare yourself, especially if you have 6 or more people. The ad claims to sleep 11, but the only way 11 people are staying on this boat is if several people are sleeping outside on the decks. There are four cabins but it would be tough to sleep more than 6 people comfortably. PLEASE pack lightly because your storage space and ability to maneuver in the cabins is very limited. The bathrooms are extremely small and they smell terrible. You will need to keep the bathroom doors closed at all times to try to control the odor throughout the catamaran. I saw on other reviews that many people showered at the marina. I personally did shower on the boat. The water got nice and hot but the small space and horrendous smell certainly did not make it an enjoyable experience. The beds were super soft and comfortable and the AC did work well….we were never hot or uncomfortable. Overall we had fun, but if we had it to do over we would stay elsewhere and purchase a sailboat day excursion. The small spaces and bad odor, at the price we paid were just deal breakers. For the money there are just better options.

Six high school buddies (from many years ago) did a boys fishing & eating/drinking trip to Key West. Best decision we made was staying aboard this boat. Boat was super spacious with great entertaining space and lots of beds and baths. The marina/hotel is top notch and you have access to if all. They arranged a sunset cruise with Captains Justin and Thomas who were just outstanding - excellent piloting the boat with super fun personalities and focus on our safety and satisfaction. They also arranged for a private chef to cook our catch. Chef Brian Roberts was just terrific - he cooked at least a half dozen wonderful dishes throughout cruise and just was a great entertainer. The sunset cruise was the highlight our 4 days in Key West. (Our only mistske was telling our wives in vivid detail how great everything was and now they want come on our boys trip next year…ugh…😊😊). All kidding aside just a fabulous experience. All six of us Highly recommend!

For the amount charged, our party of six did not think the accommodations were appropriate. All four showers leaked heavily during the rainy day we had on Sunday and the toilets kept backing up and were emitting an unpleasant odor. My husband and I were given 1 wash cloth and 2 towels for a 4 night stay. The showers on board were a pain to use so we walked a block to use public showers onsite. The onsite showers were clean and maintained by the Perry Hotel. The beds were comfortable sleeping but my sheets were wet on the corner the first night on board. JB, who checked our group in was great and handled all the issues we had that he could,ie getting more towels and wash cloths. We ran out of gas for cooking and JB came right away and switched the tanks. I consider our stay 1 step above camping in a small camper.

This trip was exceptional and everyone we worked with on the rental team was so helpful. I have to give a special call out to JB that even after we checked out, helped us find ground transportation back to the airport. He is a rockstar! I would be remiss if I didn’t also call our captain, Dan Haddad, and his first mate Mary for showing us a beautiful afternoon and sunset.
