I liked the location
That I payed more for a city view and they had me facing an alley with another building blocking everything
4.3
Sem café da manhã. Local com muitos sem teto no entorno à noite.
Localização. Quarto pequeno.

I loved the eco friendly vibe, the room and hotel itself were cute, clean, valet parking was helpful, just too expensive. Unfortunately didn’t go up to the rooftop bar it was cold! Coffe shop was good!
A few things, for the money and the area your in , way too expensive. The amount of fees were overwhelming, parking was very high, the breakfast or meal credit should be returned if you don’t use it, which we did not. The pillows were awful! For the amount of money charged per night a nice pillow would have been appreciated. And lastly, it is so loud right on the street can hear every car at night, hard for a light sleeper to sleep!

My sheets appeared to have coffee (?) stains on them that weren't from my stay...
Otherwise, everything was very clean and tidy. Cleaning staff were friendly and very pleasant.

Wonderful rooftop restaurant and after hours bar with views and good food, couches and tables for whatever your mood. Great bar and lounge area in the lobby, too, and cute cafe for morning coffee in lobby. Room was small but stylish and spotlessly clean. Had a refrigerator and coffee station. Walking distance to Oracle Park for concerts. Very close to MOMA.
Maybe a bigger room? But really not much to complain about.
4.3
Short walk to nearby areas but also across the street from the subway. The coffee shop is also very convenient in the morning
The pillows were not for me really soft like my pillows to be more firm but that’s really just a nitpick.

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel

environmentally conscious, super clean, modern hotel about a 10-15 minute Uber from popular restaurants, fisherman’s wharf, pier 33 (Alcatraz boat ride), painted ladies. great food & drinks at the rooftop bar, and the hotel gives you a $30 credit for the rooftop bar each day due to some tax fee you have to pay for the city of San Francisco.
Nothing super walkable around the hotel, would need to Uber or drive (minimal parking in the city near touristy destinations). Pricier side, but to be expected in SF.

Too expensive n it’s a ripoff. They keep your security deposit n charge it for something you’ve not done. No parking. You have to pay $69 for valet n the breakfast at the rooftop is so bad but ridiculously expensive. I feel scammed cos I was there for just a night n they’ve charged my security deposit with some ridiculous charges. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone NEVER….
Everything.

I liked the rooms being clean
the prices were outrageous for the surrounding area being filled with homeless people on drugs. It felt super unsafe walking around even during the day. valet scratched the under part of my car and since I didn't realize until I got home I was unable to file a claim. also the $30 destination fee for breakfast is silly(just have free breakfast or don'). felt like a money grab location which would have been fine if our room wasn't looking at apartment decks filled with crap. the rooftop was cool but me and my friend got yelled at by an employee because the bar was closed and we couldn't be up there? really weird considering the doors were open and also what's the point of having the rooftop if guests can't even lounge and talk on the couches. For the price I could have stayed farther and ubered to my event or stayed at a closer hotel.

The hotel was great but it was VERY expensive for the purpose of the stay, no breakfast was available and the small bar at the entrance does not cook a good breakfast.

Location, staff and atmosphere/decor was very nice.
Bed and sheets not very comfortable. No full restaurant service or room service offered.

upon checking out I wanted to settle my bill, the front desk won’t take my cash for a restaueant charge and said don’t worry about my bill as it’s complimentary and I just found out my credit card got charged with the conversion .. not happy!

The valet parking was great and the shower was wonderful. The rooftop bar was nice and the waiter was very friendly.
The view from the 11th floor was just meh. It overlooked a small parking lot and some very trashy apartments. it was nice at night when the city lights were visible though.
4.3
The facilities are nice and modern, the room was small but had everything I needed. Loved the rooftop bar
Hidden fees. During the booking all taxes seemed to be included in the final price. However, I was charged some extra fees and taxes upon checking in. Overall it turned out to be very overpriced, wouldn’t stay next time
4.3
Both bar were real nice and the food was great
Cheap rates
